The house was amazing!! Far away from the city life. Some quality time with my family. We enjoy ourselves in the pool and the quiet countryside made it easy to relax.

My family rented this villa and almost everything was fabulous. The home is beautiful and easy to take advantage of all the good things in the house. The disappointing part of our stay was that the heated pool was not heated at all. We were told before booking that the pool heater had been fixed. It was not. In ten days it was never any warmer for the kids to swim. They did make attempts to fix this problem but the results were not satisfactory.

Fantastic stay in stunning villa.
3 couples staying in gorgeous Lisbon for a rock concert in the city. Beautiful villa with pool in a great location. Really easy to get about via Uber. Nothing was too much trouble with Carla she was only a WhatsApp away. Very sad to go and already planning a return trip. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing
The villa is better than expected. The photos do not do it justice! I could not fault anything with the property at all. The pool is amazing, barbecue and all amenities were excellent. The house is spotless and so much room! Secure parking was a bonus. The host and the lady who greeted us were brilliant to deal with. I would 100% recommend this property. Only 30 minutes from the city centre.

Not as advertised
Room accommodation as advertised with 4 functional sleeping areas and bathrooms. Bathroom shower wand not working and needs to be replaced. Showers could have a shelf for toiletries. Kitchen was well layout but lacked glass wear for number of guests. Air conditioning had issues as main living room area operated properly but AC in bedroom worked for about 2 hours and shutoff. Electrical panel needed to be reset and then a waiting period before AC worked. This process needed to be repeated every 1/12-2 hours. With temperatures in mid 30s this was annoying. The main reason we selected this property was for the advertised heated pool. This we were informed upon our arrival was not working. This was a major issue as we had 3 young children who were looking forward to using the pool. While they did use it the maximum amount of time was 15-20 minutes before it became too cold. Pool was dirty upon our arrival and was only cleaned 5 day into our 10 day stay. Outdoor furniture was also tired and rusty and needed to be replaced. This was rated at a 4.5 star accommodation but as someone who has travelled extensively I would rate it as a 3 star until the problem can be addressed.

Jolie villa avec des problèmes électriques récurrents concernant la climatisation, le plus gros problème vient de la piscine chauffée c’est un mensonge la pompe à chaleur ne fonctionne pas et ça ne date pas d’hier si vous aimez les piscines à 23 degrés très bien moi pas du tout j’ai payé une prestation que je n’ai pas eu Carla par contre a toujours été très réactive et aimable communication via whatsapp avec traduction Les chiens des voisins très bruyants

Belle villa un peu encaissée
La villa est très belle et elle offre tout le confort à qui veut séjourner près de Costa da Caparica (distance inférieure à 5 minutes en voitures) et à moins de 30 minutes de Lisbonne. Le principal défaut est que le terrain est petit et à proximité de maisons un peu bruyante notamment un chien qui aboie fortement. Par ailleurs le mobilier d'extérieur est à revoir et la piscine à entretenir (vieillissante et mal entretenue selon moi ). Elle reste une maison agréable et bien agencée sur la partie intérieure. Rapport qualité prix très correct. Propriétaire très arrangeant concernant les horaires. +++++

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Pool beheizt. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes dazugehöriges Bad hatte. Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour dans une villa très agréable
Villa très agréable pour pour plusieurs familles. Nous étions deux couples avec enfants et avons pu disposer de parties nuits et sdb distinctes. La maison est équipée pour accueillir un bébé. Attention a la piscine qui n est pas sécurisée mais c etait expliqué dans l annonce. Nous avons pris une alarme de piscine avec nous. La maison est très agréable et proche de Lisbonne. La voitures reste indispensable. Attention a éviter le péage automatique ou alors a prendre le bip via verre.

Großartiger Kurzurlaub
Das Objekt hat alles zuvor Versprochene uneingeschränkt gehalten. Ein wirklich fantastisches Haus, ideal für Familien oder sonstige Gruppen mit bis zu sechs Personen. Das Haus selbst liegt etwas abseits von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bzw. schönen Restaurants, so dass man unbedingt ein Fahrzeug vor Ort benötigt. Das kann man aber bereits im Vorfeld z.B. via GoogleMaps leicht herausfinden. Die Umgebung mit der langen Strandlinie um Praia de Caparica ist traumhaft und der Weg nach Lissabon (ca. 35 Min mit dem Auto) ist akzeptabel. Sehr herzlich möchten wir uns zudem bei unserer Ansprechpartnerin Helena bedanken!!! Sie war immer freundlich und ist stets auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen. Wir können die Villa absolut empfehlen.

SUPERBE VILLA POUR UN SEJOUR SANS ENFANT
Trés agreable villa, bien agencé. juste un pb avec la piscine qui était en panne à l'arrivée. Suite à l'intervention du pisciniste, aui a ajouté de l'eau, la t° n'est pas allé au dessus de 23°, donc juste pour se baigner.
