The Condo could use some updating. I did notice black on the baseboard that I believe was mold but I did get close enough to it. I don’t know why but I thought it had a bedroom not a Murphy Bed. This could have been my mistake. It worked fine. I would come back as it was a good price!

Agree with older facility but over all clean , great communication check in /check out. 4 pools, there is one on roof ! We missed that lol . Would stay again ! AC worked great . Unit comes with towels , full kitchen etc . Balcony partly ocean view

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is not a palace. The furniture and fixtures are probably from the 80s. But it was kept clean for how old it is. If you’re looking for something aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, this is not the place. If you care more about proximity to the beach and the pool, this place is 5 stars. It’s also relatively close to stores and activities. The management was responsive and helpful. Overall, for what we were looking for and our needs, we had a good stay. For what we paid, the place could have been more updated and comfortable.

The best location!!!
It's all about location!!! The place itself is nothing fancy but we only needed a clean place to lay our heads. Our goal was time on the beach and this place is PERFECT!! i love the covered parking and the walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes. Over all we enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful location!
The renting process and checking in process was so easy. The condo was easy to find and the perfect location. It was in the middle of orange beach and there was so many things to do around it. We will be returning!

Beautiful property
This is an absolutely beautiful property. There were only only a couple things that could be addressed, extra bed linens ( blankets for the trundles ) and towels. There just aren’t enough for 12 people. The elevators are a nightmare, this is no fault of the owners but the property really needs to address this. It is not unusual to wait 30+ min just to be able to barley squeeze on an elevator.

The property is nice and inexpensive to stay. Just wish it would get a little updated.
Had to wash some bed linens that were not clean. Equipped well with kitchen supplies. Overall it’s a good place to stay and super easy walk to the beach. Pools are nice as well!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit needs to be updated! Murphy bed was not comfortable. Only closet has a shelving unit in it with owners stuff on it (junk?) and a vacuum. Can’t hang clothes up so we removed during our stay and placed in a corner. Wires handing from tv. Tried to plug my cpap machine into outlet and sparks flew. Had to find outlet for machine. Looked behind couch and saw trim with nails behind it, wood trim also in closet behind shelving. Outlet behind couch didn’t work! Unit has 2 vacuums (1 in the closet with shelving). Owners need to move their things out and have it updated and repaired. Kitchen was fine and everything you need was there. Pools and beach were great!

Unsanitary condition, appalling even more
Grotesque. I took off the bed sheet to wash, mattress pad had blood and urine stains(unwashed) this basic unsanitary issue is inexcusable. I have pictures if needed. Other issues: mold on liner in shower. Dishwasher not secured, whole unit fell out. Ceiling fan extremely loose. Couch never moved to clean (gross), air conditioner filter needed to be changed, pool furniture is in dangerous condition. Tennis courts were closed (we play). Room advertised at 137.00 a night , I paid over 206.00 a night. I feel this is falsely advertised. Not interested in leaving a public review . More interested in rental Company knowing the unsanitary conditions.
