The villa with an area of 80m2 offers a large lounge / living room, a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all the comfort you need during your vacation. The sleeping area offers 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 1 bathroom and / or a bathroom with bath and / or shower.
Outside, a garden with private pool, garden furniture, table, chairs and loungers.
On site, a playground for children, a common pool open and heated from 15/06 to 15/09, a tennis court, a gourmet restaurant La Ferme de Villeneuve, a bar open every day in season from 8h to 22h00 with sale of bread baked on the spot every morning!

Villa bien située mais literie à rénover
Coin tranquille et reposant. A savoir : une seule sdb avec douche et baignoire et non pas 2 comme indiqué. Heureusement que nous n'étions que 4 et non pas 6 !
