Conveniently located on the southernmost edge of SeaCrest Beach North, this home is just steps to The Village of South Walton and an easy walk or bike ride to Rosemary Beach. The amenities of SeaCrest Beach are easily accessible, with a 12,000 square foot pool within 2-minute walking distance, and access to free seasonal tram service to the beach.

The layout is perfect for families travelling together or those who just wish for ample space. The main living, dining, and kitchen areas are on the 2nd floor, welcoming you with bright and airy feel. The south-facing balcony has rocking chairs to relax and enjoy the breezes off the Gulf of Mexico.

There are 2 king bedroom suites on the 1st floor along with laundry. There is a bunk room on the 2nd floor and another stunning king suite on the 3rd floor.

The 3rd floor also includes a second separate living area complete with sleeper sofa. Find yourself in relaxation mode once you step outside on the balcony. You will be welcomed by a large area outfitted with plenty of comfortable seating surrounding a TV and expansive views of 30A and the Gulf. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with mini-fridge, and top-of-the-line gas grill. This is the perfect spot for enjoying coffee at sunrise or a cocktail at sunset and one of the many highlights of this exquisite home.

1st Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks and shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Twin-over-twin bunk, twin daybed with twin trundle, TV. Easy access to guest bathroom.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed. Private bathroom with claw-foot tub and rainfall shower.
The sofa on the 3rd floor pulls out to a queen bed.

Beach Access:
Enjoy FREE tram service from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Just walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup. The tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

Seacrest Beach II:
The showstopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool. With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest. Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, it might be hard to split your time between this pool and the beautiful Gulf.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Perfect space for a group!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 and my two best friends’s families of 3 loved this house! All 3 main bedrooms had plenty of space. We did not feel crowded and were able to really enjoy the common area on the 2nd floor. Finally a house with plenty of seating!! The walk to the pool was easy & quick. We LOVED the location - close to shops, easy to grab food, and Starbucks. The tram came quickly when we called. Finally, it was super easy to communicate with the host. We hope to book this house again.

Great Location, Poor Cleanliness
Location is WONDERFUL! Easy access to pool, beach, restaurants, and, shops. We loved the location. Property management company was responsive throughout our stay and immediately addressed issues we first discovered. The property was NOT clean and upkeep is not good. This includes: Black mold in showers, clogged sink (full of hair), 3rd floor grill that was covered with grease and food, 3rd floor deck area (kitchen area) that was covered in smoot, grease, and dirt. Third floor deck area that has dirt and black mold/smoot on the doors. The oven was not clean and had food particles and drippings inside (this cause the smoked alarm to go off when we attempted to use the oven). We found 3+ cockroaches during our stay and the main level (send floor) bathroom door could not be closed all the way and locked. Property management company did clean oven, fixed the bathroom door, brushed down the grill, and unclogged the drain. This was appreciated however, the grill area was not cleaned. We cleaned this ourselves and documented with pictures. The property has so much potential with a proper cleaning and upkeep as the location in second to none.

Beautiful house
The house was beautiful, clean, and very large - more than enough room for our party of 6. Conveniently located within walking distance of food, shops, ocean, and pool. Benchmark was great to rent from and highly recommend! It should be noted that the designated Rosemary beach area for this property is very small. This was the only downside but a big deal for us. We ventured out to visit the many little beach towns along 30A and found a lot of gorgeous, spacious public beaches to visit instead.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off I’d like to say the area was great. The house could use some work. The first night we got there I spilled a few drops of water on the ground and wiped it up. Seeing all the dirt on the napkin made me think that maybe the floor was dirty so I wiped a few other spots and found out the floor was disgusting. There was food everywhere and clearly hadn’t been cleaned a a very long time. With us having young children we couldn’t keep it like this. My wife and I spent the entire next morning mopping the three floors. furthermore, two of the King beds were completely uncomfortable and need to be replaced immediately. One was completely flat and felt like sleeping on a board. The other was as slanted in myWife’s side and appeared to be broken.

Location, Location, Location
This property has the perfect location. It is one block off of 30A, meaning you have about a two minute walk to shops and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 2 min walk to the pool. The location made our vacation so easy and enjoyable. There is a free tram available in the neighborhood but we didn’t have to use it because we were so close to everything. The Seacrest Beach community is charming and feels very safe. The kids loved riding around the neighborhood on the 4 bikes that came with the house. The property had plenty of room for our two families of five. Everyone had their own space and it did not feel crowded. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook most meals at the property. There is a grill on the 3rd floor deck. Check in/check out is a breeze. The management company was easy to communicate with and left clear instructions. The only negative thing that I can say is the management company supplies very little extra in terms of household items like dish soap, Kleenex, laundry pods, etc. Be prepared to buy those things if you are staying longer than a day or two. Not at all a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. We had the very best time and will definitely book again!

The beach was only a 7 minute walk, much quicker than waiting on the tram. The pool was also only a 5 minute walk. We appreciated the bikes on the property and used the natural gas grill on the upstairs balcony. We were disappointed in the kitchen, it wasn’t stocked with cookware the way we wished it was. There was also only ceramic dishes. We would have loved some cheap plastic plates so we weren’t so concerned with breaking something with the kids. The other downside that we didn’t pay much attention to in the listing is the living room is on the 2nd floor. So no matter what bedroom you’re in, prepare to climb steps. May not be the best for someone with mobility issues.

Beautiful and spacious home
This home was beautifully designed and with the layout across three floors, provided everyone enough space between two sets of grandparents, parents, and kid. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The proximity to the beach allowed a shirt and direct jaunt to the ocean, though the tram option was also nice to have for the grandparents. We had a lovely stay and plan to return!

We traveled as three families with small children, and the layout worked great: two families stayed on the first floor (each with their own bathroom) and one on the top floor, with the kids in the bunk room on the middle floor. (The only downside was that every bathroom is connected to a bedroom, which can be tricky if you want to use a bathroom after the kids are asleep). The house was clean and as pictured. It was a pretty short walk to the beach, though we’d recommend reserving beach chairs because it was fast enough that lugging chair’s and other stuff down there got old (if you take a wagon, they make you carry it all the way down the stairs to the beach, which from a practical standpoint means carrying a wagon full of stuff down the stairs unless you want to make multiple trips up and down). The house is very close to the shops/restaurants in Seacrest, and a short walk to all the stuff in Rosemary Beach. The top deck was fun for hanging out and grilling. The property management company was quick to respond and fix an issue we had with one of the A/C units. Overall, was a fun place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Royal Seaview was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay very much (despite the terrible weather, rained every day!) The home is decorated in a tasteful, beachy decor. There was plenty of room, the beds are very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms, a well equipped Kitchen, had everything needed to prepare a meal and the outdoor kitchen on 3rd floor was so nice for the night we grilled seafood. The house was very clean and the (4) bikes that were included were an added plus and much appreciated .I can't say enough about Benchmark Management, they were very attentive, checked on us several times during our visit, everything was handled by email & text with all codes being sent to us prior to arrival, so check in is a Breeze! I would definitely recommend Benchmark Management!
