the apartment is on the 4th floor, with an independent entrance, has a bright living room, a kitchen with a small terrace, a large balcony of 35sqm, furnished with two sun beds, two deck chairs and a table for dining and a small garden.
two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms with large showers, one equipped with washing machine. The area is particularly quiet and fresh, close to shops, restaurants and all services. It is only 5 minutes walk from the best beach, and from the guarded parking lot and 8 minutes from the train station.
On request it is possible to book a parking space with subsidized payment directly under the house.

Apartment has all the mods and cons
Guerrina is a fantastic host . always available to answer your questions and very responsive. The apartment is in a perfect location In Monterroso. Walking distance to everything including train station but far enough to be peaceful . Has a large terrace with a nice outlook . Great apartment with everything you need. Could do with some renovation as the apartment and it’s furniture is original but it’s extremely clean and everything is still in working order . There are around 85 steps to get up to the apartment but this is advertised so if you have issue with knees I would opt for something else. All in all a great stay and would recommend

Très bon séjour
Merci à Guerrina pour son accueil et ses explications à notre arrivée Le logement est très bien équipé, on pourrait se croire chez soi 😉 2 salles de bain pour 4 dont 2 ados ce n'est pas de trop, une grande terrasse, un hall d'entrée couvert permettant de sécher le linge ou de se rafraîchir à l'ombre top! Et surtout, il est très bien situé, à 7 minutes de la gare (en marchant à bonne allure), d'une petit magasin, boulangerie, restaurants et la vieille ville (environ 15 minutes à pied, le long de la plage 😎) Nous recommandons !

Perfect stay in Monterosso
We could not have been more impressed with our stay. The location was perfect. It was just up the road from the main area of the town and a very short walk from the train station. The host was also amazing. She welcomed us when we got there and gave us lots of information about the hikes and farmers market. We had one small issue with the shower but the host responded immediately and had it fixed in less than a day. We will definitely be staying there again next time we visit!

Great place
This is a wonderful place for two couples or a small family to stay while seeing Cinque Terre. We stayed here five nights in early October and hung out on the terrace every night. Two bedrooms and two full baths were both very nice. Host was great and check in was easy.

Very Nice Condo in MONTEROSSO
We had a wonderful week in Monterosso at this great condo. Plenty of space. A wonderful large patio for relaxing in the sun and for meals. Great views. Convenient to restaurants and grocery store. We’ll be back.

Wonderful Appartment
The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The location on a quiet street was perfect. The host was great, she greeted us and showed us around the apartment. She gave us a map of the town and suggestions of things to see.

Fantastic apartment, wonderful host
Guerrina met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment, which was very spacious and meticulously cleaned. We contacted her at least once a day with questions and she always replied promptly and helpfully, often going to find out prices for things rather than just telling us where to look. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment which is just enough out of the way from the centre to be quiet. There are a lot of steps to the apartment but we got used to them and it did not impact on the holiday. Grazie Guerrina!

First time in Cinque Terre
We loved being in Monterossa al mare. Everything was easy to get to by train or hiking. We would definitely return to this property. Be ready for the stairs but it was well worth the climb. Ciao

Great apartment in great location
Huge, nice and clean apartment with a great terrace. Kitchen had all the equipment you need. Location was perfect, 3 min to the beach and restaurants. The terrace is located East, so you have the pleasure of the sun during morning and lunch time.

Great balcony
Loved this property. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and train. Our host, Guerrina was very proactive with all our needs. She is a great host. The only challenge is the 80 or so steps to get up to the apartment. But once you are up it has everything you need.

Beautiful Balcony
Our stay at Monterosso al Mare was just beautiful. My favorite thing about this place was the beautiful balcony. There are 3 french doors that open from the living room to the large balcony. We had the doors open all the time for the breeze and you could hear all the birds in the adjacent forest. There are also french doors from the main bedroom to the balcony. Just beautiful. The sweet lady Guerrina, made our check in process so easy and was there to greet us when we arrived. She was so accommodating and was happy to help us with recommendations during our stay. She is in great shape hiking those steps daily!

Super séjour !
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé à Monterrosso Al Mare ! Très proche de la gare (8 minutes à pieds) dans une rue calme et proche du centre historique (15 minutes par promenade bord de mer). De la grande terrasse, nous avions une très belle vue sur les jardins et montagnes environnantes. La communication avec Arpe a été très facile. Arpe est un hôte soucieuse de ces hôtes. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement pour visiter les 5 terres et autres villages.

Top Wohnung in bester Lage.
Sehr schöne, mit viel Design- Geschmack eingerichtete, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung in idealer Lage. Optionale Parkplatz. Wenige hundert Meter zu Lebensmittelladen, Ristorantes...und zum Meer. Weitere Pluspunktte sind, die grosse Terasse mit Meer- wie Bergblick, sowie der überdachte Zugang/Korridor (ideal zum Wäscheaufhängen. Wie in vielen Häusern in Cinque Terre, hat der Ausblick seinen konditionellen Preis, es sind 90 (flache) Stufen zu überwinden. Eine der schönsten Wohnungen, die wir bisher mieteten Freuen uns,auf' s Wiedersehen.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung
Die schön ausgestattete Wohnung ist super gelegen und sehr großzügig geschnitten. Zwei große Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder waren perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und es war sehr schön, morgens und abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Zu Fuß war man in 5 min am Meer und in weniger als 10 min am Bahnhof. Guerrina war bei Fragen schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Monterosso sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Guerrina!
