Location, Location 1/2 block to the beach, 1 1/2 to the downtown shopping district and only 8 units in this complex which allows for quaint quiet times for the family. One of Stone harbor s strongest rental properties. Grilling not permitted. There are 3 wall air conditioners: 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom.
