Comes furnished with new Serta couch that converts to bed, built in dining table that converts to a bed, large loft, storage shed with washer/ dryer, plenty of storage, USB ports through-out and iPhone controlled Hue colored lighting. A comfortable space to live and entertain! Other features: Reverse osmosis water at sink, Rain fall shower head, LED lighting to reduce energy, highly customized yard to conserve water, (4) Adirondack chairs, (2) person hammock, fire pit, Privacy fencing with 12 foot access to park a small boat or trailer. Keyless front door entry, large front porch, loft, full kitchen, fire pit and plenty of room for an organic garden. Separate large storage unit for your stuff.
