Cozy, modern and recently remodeled studio, Kudzu Cottage is conveniently located right outside and within walking distance of the historic, Greeneville downtown area and right off of Tennessee 11E. Located a ten-minute drive from Tusculum University. Less than twenty minutes from Interstate 81 and within driving distance of Bristol Motor Speedway and the Cherokee National Forest. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and all they have to offer are less than an hour-and-a-half away.

Kudzu Cottage
This is a lovely little cottage in a quiet country neighborhood about 10 minutes from Tusculum University. It was very clean and nicely decorated including some amazing photos from Italy and little surprises tucked around. Becky was very responsive although we had no questions while we were there because the welcome email was detailed and told us everything that we needed to know. We didn't cook on our visit but all the basic kitchen supplies were there if we had wanted to prepare meals on the small stove/oven. There is a microwave and small full size fridge with a few ice cube trays. We were pleased to find a corkscrew to open our bottle of wine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely request it again next time we are in Greeneville.

It doesn't get much better than this.
This property is clean and cozy. Becky was simply terrific in responding immediately whenever we had a question. I only wish that we could have communicated with her sooner so that we could have asked a few questions before booking the property. VRBO wants to control everything and will not let you communicate with the owner before booking. Trying to get answers from VRBO was very difficult as it was hard to understand the folks who are supposed to know all about the property. It the end, it was all worth the 'hassle' of dealing with VRBO because Becky and her property made up for their lack of a competent staff. Thank you Becky for everything. You were most helpful, and your cottage was 'spotless' when we arrived. We will definitely stay at the Kudzu Cottage again. Sure wish we could deal with you directly instead of having to go through VRBO.

The Best In Greenveille, TN
Perfect location, super clean, the best place I have found in or near Greeneville. If you have plans to visit I highly recommend Kudzu Cottage as a place to stay.

We fell in LOVE! Definitely will be back!
Booked this little cottage for a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary and marriage proposal weekend. Wanted a simple place to stay driving distance from the mountains. Becky was such a fantastic host. Check-in process was simple and easy. The second we entered the cottage we immediately fell in love. She has literally thought of everything. There was ice in the freezer, water in the kettle and coffee makers, a wide assortment of Kcups for coffee, a delicious assortment of snacks, a great and easy to use smart TV with an assortment of DVDs to watch, a wonderful assortment of board games to play, a wide assortment of toiletries in the bathroom, and plenty of pots and pans to cook with. We instantly felt right at home when we checked in but with the benefits of a five-star hotel. The futon was comfy to lounge around in front of the television, the recliner was INCREDIBLY comfy as well. We loved eating breakfast at the kitchen table. The bathroom was great! Well-stocked with toiletries, shower temperature was nice and hot but could've had better water pressure. The bed was nice and comfy, incredibly easy to sleep in. Plenty of blankets to keep us warm. I will advise that the amenities do list a spa tub. However, we did not see one on the property. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay 100% and will be back again.

Lovely Spacious Cottage!
My sister in law got married in Greeneville over the weekend and my family and I had a wonderful stay at the Kudzu Cottage! I have younger children and they loved the little logo set and slept very comfortably on the futon couch! I was impressed with how spacious the house was! It was a lovely place and we’d love to stay there for future events in the area! Thank you!!

Great place to stay in Greenville
The kudzu cottage is a wonderful place to stay in Greenville. It is in a great location, with just minutes from downtown. Rebekah is easy to work with and she leaves complimentary snacks and toiletries. This is my second time staying there, and I’m sure I will request another time to stay next time I visit family in Greeneville.

Very cute and comfortable cottage!
We enjoyed everything about our stay. Our host was great! The cottage was well stocked, clean and easy to get to. The little baskets of snacks and other essentials were a great touch. I am not a fan of futons for living room furniture, but I know they are great for extra guests. We would definitely stay there again!

Hello my name is Becky and I am the owner of Kudzu Cottage at Micro-Place. I originally purchased this building to house the training center for my business, Trinity Computer Training (when you stay here, you will notice the sign for my business still in the yard). Most of my customers want me to assist them at their home or place of business, so instead of my house sitting empty most of the time, or selling it , I thought I would share it with you.

Why they chose this property

This property has been my project for the last nine years, I have enjoyed remodeling and decorating it. I am thankful for my family and friends help with the big projects. Kudzu Cottage still needs some work, but it is truly a gem. As you can see, the outside is not perfect yet. The deck may be peeling, where I used faulty paint, (at least they gave me my money back), but enter through the blue front door and you will find it as lovely a place, as your own home. This house is cozy and modern on the inside and I hope you find it as comfortable and peaceful, as I and my clients have found it to be. When you get here you may not want to leave. Now you can park on the new pavers that have been installed on the driveway and walk right in. No more gravel and weeds yay!

What makes this property unique

This house is right on the edge of downtown Greeneville, but in a quiet neighborhood. Most of the hustle and bustle is in another area of town, yet you are still within a walk or short driving distance to all the amenities that our little town has to offer. The home has been remodeled. It is also within ten minutes drive of Tusculum University and a one minute drive to the Niswonger Performing Arts Center (NPAC.)
