About this property

Large studio in Biarritz next to the Thalassotherapy center on Miramar beach

This newly renovated studio enjoys an excellent location: next to the Thalassotherapy center of the Sofitel, a staircase to descend to be on Miramar beach, all local shops 100m away (St Charles district), not far from the Golf de Chiberta (4km)
It is spacious (25m2 and 3m high ceiling) and can accommodate up to 5 people: A couple bed (sofa bed), 2 folding beds and a foldable bed. A bathroom with shower and heated towel rail, a large dressing room, separate WC.
The kitchen area is fitted out with all the equipment: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob.

Sheets, duvets, towels and kitchen linen are provided.
Upon delivery of the key, 60 € for cleaning and laundry will be required and a deposit check of 300 € which will be returned at the end of the stay when the keys are returned.

Très bien!

Très bien situé, conforme à l’annonce. Près de tous les bons petits commerces et de la plage. Mme Fabienne, qui nous a accueilli est très gentille. Le propriétaire n’a pas été collaborateur lorsqu’on essayait de rejoindre Fabienne avec notre cellulaire du Canada.

En cœur de ville et près de la plage

L’appartement très fonctionnel et agréable est idéalement situé entre le sympathique quartier Saint Charles et la plage. Nous avons pu marcher le long des multiples plages de Biarritz et des environs. Un grand merci à Fabienne pour son accueil.

Une belle expérience au plus près du centre de Biarritz !

Un appartement bien équipé, entièrement rénové, pensé pour une famille de 5, avec en prime la place de parking... que demander de plus ? Jouant deux représentations de spectacle au théâtre "Le Colisée" durant la semaine, sa localisation est idéale, et la proximité du centre est un vrai atout ! A recommander sans modération...

Points forts : appartement bien situé à proximité du front de mer et centre ville, appartement bien équipé, parking. Une très belle découverte de Biarritz, de ses environs et des villes proches comme Bayonne, St Jean de Luz ou Saint Sébastien. De belles randonnées sur chemin littoral ou dans les espaces boisés.

4 jours de rêve à Biarritz !

Ma sœur et moi avons passé un super séjour à Biarritz en particulier grâce au petit studio de Jean-Michel, confortable, chaleureux, lumineux et bien équipé. Nous serions bien restées un peu plus longtemps. Merci à Jean-Michel pour sa disponibilité. Si l’occasion se présente, nous n’hésiterons pas à louer à nouveau cet appartement.
