Located in the small apartment building of n. 4 units built on one level, each apartment has its own entrance and garden / terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and n. 02 easy chairs which offers sweeping views of the sea on the islands of Pianosa, Montecristo and Corsica. The small property is managed directly and edited by the owner, is immersed in the green of the Mediterranean, on foot or mountain bike, you can trek and reach the mining area of ​​the magnet, an area rich in the history of history, endemism and colors where nature has enjoyed mix as a painter on his palette. Schöne Wohnung mit Traumaussicht
Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, es war alles wie besprochen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist wirklich traumhaft, man ist auch gleich im Ort. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Appartamenti a picco sulla baia di Capoliveri, veranda con tavolo sedie e sdraio con vista mozzafiato. Casa piccola ma dotata di tutto l’occorrente, proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in anche prima dell’orario previsto. Possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice in comune con altri ospiti. Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro di Capoliveri la sera a piedi, senza usare l’auto e impazzire per trovare parcheggio soprattutto ora che è alta stagione. Vicinanza alle più belle spiagge della zona: Zuccale, Barabarca, Calanova, Felciaio etc Consigliatissimo!

Meraviglioso!
L'appartamento è molto pulito, dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario per cucinare, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Capoliveri e a pochi minuti di macchina da molte spiagge. È dotato anche dell'aria condizionata. Ogni appartamento ha una terrazza attrezzata con una vista spettacolare sul golfo. Presente anche il parcheggio interno (decisamente utile all'Elba in estate!) Loriana si è mostrata molto disponibile e gentile, anche nei confronti della nostra bimba di soli 9 mesi. Se dovessimo tornare all' Elba non avremmo nessun dubbio su dove soggiornare di nuovo!

Gute Lage, schöner Ausblick
Alles in allem ein gutes Appartement, Die nette Vermieterin versucht auch wenn etwas nicht passt für Abhilfe zu sorgen. Das Appartement ist funktionell eingerichtet die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind ganz OK allerdings die 2 einzelbetten in der Wohnküche sind ziemlich unbequem da nur sehr dünne matratzen verwendet werden. Die Bettwäsche ist eigentlich nicht wirklich Bettwäsche sondern einfache tagesdecken ohne Bezüge. Nur die Kopfkissen sind überzogen. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und die Terrasse ist perfekt für schöne Abende mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Allerdings mit nem anderen Auto, da die einfahrt nicht unbedingt für sportliche Autos geeignet ist.

Spettacolare
Casa molto bella, vista impagabile e posizione davvero comoda. Bisogna avere la macchina (ma questo in tutta l'Elba) ma è vicinissima al centro di Capoliveri e ad un buon numero di spiagge. Proprietari gentilissimi e discreti, siamo stati davvero bene. Grazie e speriamo di tornarci :)

Zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Capoliveri
Wir haben die Zeit in Capoliveri sehr genossen. Wir wohnten in einer sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Lage war für uns ideal. Die Wege ins Städtchen und an den Strand konnten wir zu Fuß bewältigen , sodass wir das Auto nur selten in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und half uns weiter, wenn wir Probleme hatten. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar.

l'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito, confortevole e accessoriato con splendida vista mare, comodo per raggiungere la sera il centro di Capoliveri a piedi e con un po' più di fatica la spiaggia di Morcone. Siamo appena ritornati dal nostro soggiorno all'isola d'Elba. Per noi era la seconda volta. Un consiglio: non perdetevi l'esperienza alle miniere di Capoliveri! Uno speleologo ci ha accompagnato dentro alla montagna... e ci ha spiegato bene come l'isola d'Elba sia patrimonio dell'UNESCO, e racchiude in sè tutti i minerali classificati, dal ferro all'oro, dal granito al rame. Così abbiamo apprezzato di più la spiaggia rossa di ferro dell'Innamorata, e quella di falesie bianche di Capobianco. Capoliveri è il paese con più vita serale, arroccato sulla montagna, da ogni angolo si vede il mare. Splendido, con un bellissimo centro storico. La sera si è però costretti a parcheggiare lontano e servirsi di autobus per salire in centro. Dalla proprietà della signora Rosa si va tranquillamente in centro in 5 minuti. E' comodissima. Ci è stato assegnato l'appartamento c1, praticamente una casa. Io ho tre figli e non abbiamo avuto problemi di spazio, anzi! Comoda anche la veranda dove si apprezza la tranuillità del mare la mattina, e le luci della baia la sera. Anche il cortile è molto spazioso. Il bagno è praticamente nuovo. Discreta e gentile la presenza dei proprietari. Dove sta la fregatura in tutto questo? Semplice: per la prima volta non c'è. Da questo soggiorno abbiamo avuto molto di più di quello che ci aspettavamo. Grazie a Loriana, Rosa e Mario per questo splendido soggiorno!

Slice Of Heaven
Our experience was that the property is better than the description, and that the photographs are not nearly as good as the real view from our balcony. Once I sat on the balcony and saw the panoramic view from Marina di Campo to Italy, I did not want to go anywhere else except the beach. I was happy to sit on the balcony every day and just enjoy the scenery. The property is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood and sits on a hill with an unobstructed view of the sea. Walk 3 minutes up the hill and 3 minutes across the ridge and you are in Capoliveri, which is one of the most interesting townships on Elba. If you feel the need to get into your car, you can drive 10 minutes and be in Porto Azzuro with its lovely waterfront activity. Our favorite restaurant was only a 15 minute drive away in Lacona. (Capoliveri and Porto Azzuro also had great restaurants!) Within a 5-10 minute drive there are numerous beaches. There are beaches within walking distance, but the return home is uphill, of which I am not a fan. I give a special shoutout to Naregno, which is only ten minutes away and a terrific swimming beach. Yes, the water temperature was OK for swimming in the afternoons, this April anyway. Our very hospitable hostess was Loriano, the owner's daughter. From our first contact to our last night, she graciously answered our every question and handled our requests. We stayed in the biggest unit, and it was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and there were big wardrobes with hangers and drawers. The WiFi was the best we've ever encountered on holiday, and we had no trouble taking care of our details and schedules, even watching a ball game. Not that we cared, but for the couch potatoes (why are you holidaying on Elba??) I will mention that the TV is small, but has plenty of satellite channels. All in all, staying here really made our holiday special. It's definitely one of the best ever for us. We would certainly consider staying here again if we return to Elba. In fact, the property would be a wonderful place to stay permanently.

Casa accogliente, pulita e con tutte le dotazioni.
Splendido soggiorno all'Isola d'Elba. Vista incantevole, ottimo punto di partenza per visitare dei luoghi unici che rimarranno sempre nei nostri ricordi, graditissimo soggiorno anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Consigliata la visita imperdibile a Capoliveri e zona mineraria. Un ringraziamento speciale per Loriana!

schöne Wohnung auf Elba
Schöne geräumige, saubere Ferienwohnung, 10 min Fußweg in das wunderschöne Städtchen Capoliverie, am Abend besonders zu empfehlen. Auch unser Hund war kein Problem. Es gab bei Fragen immer Lorianna als Ansprechpartner, was wir sehr schön fanden. Zu Fuß zum Strand war etwas schwierig, aber für uns kein Problem. Dafür gab es die Terasse mit wunderschönem Sonnennuntergang und einer Hängematte. Danke

traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Bereits die Buchung über FeWo-direkt klappte im Mailverkehr sehr gut, kompetent undreibungslos. Bei der Ankunft auf Elba wurden wir von Loriana am vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt und zur Wohnung begleitet. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt, erklärt und wir konnten jederzeit per Telefon oder SMS nachfragen. Wir wohnten in einer der 3 neuen Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Autoabstellplatz war direkt unter der Terrasse ( Hanglage ). Die wunderschöne Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, schönes neues Bad, Klimaanlage, Safe, Wlan, TV, Küchenutensilien und Waschmaschinennutzung. Capoliveri ist gut erreichbar und auch als Ausgangspunkt für die umliegenden Orte war die Wohnung ein tolles Domizil. Wir haben dort traumhafte, entspannte Tage verbracht und werden sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Siamo stati benissimo
Siamo stati due settimane in questo appartamento molto accogliente e possiamo dirne solo cose positive. La posizione è molto bella: tranquillo, con vista sul mare, in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro a Capoliveri per la passeggiata serale. Appena più scomodo, ma fattibile tranquillamente, raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia più vicina (Morcone). L'appartamento è pulito e fornito di tutto quello che serve e siamo stati comodi in quattro (di cui 2 bambini). Lo spazio all'aperto è molto bello e il tavolo nel giardinetto è perfetto per colazioni e cene vista mare. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili sia dal punto di vista "pratico" che per consigli relativi a spiagge, escursioni e ristoranti. Speriamo di ritornare!

Es gibt mehrere App.Einige sin älter,wir wohnten jedoch in einem der 3 neu gebauten Wohnungen.Man hat einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick ,darunter parkt das Auto geschützt.Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet,die Klimaanlage heizt auch an kühlen Abenden,deutsche Sat-Programme und gutes WLAN sind auch selbstverständlich.Uns hat außerdem gefallen,dass man zu Fuß zum Bäcker und in die Restaurants kommt.Auch zum Morconestrand,wobei wir Barabarca und Zuccale vorgezogen haben.Dorthin fährt man in 3 Minuten.Die freundliche Vermieterin (auch deutschsprechend) hat uns auch immer hilfreich unterstützt.

Sehr schönes App.
Es gibt 4 ältere und 3 neuere App.Wir wohnten in einer der neuen Wohnungen mit herrlichem Meerblick,ruhig am Hang gelegen.Die Klimaanlage hat an kühlen Abenden geheizt,es gab deutsche Sat.-Programme,Küche und Bad sind gut eingerichtet.Unter dem großem Balkon parkt man geschützt.Man kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in Supermärkte und Restaurants oder an den Morconestrand.Schöner sind die Buchten Barrabarca und Zuccale,da fährt man in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto hin. Siamo stati a fine settembre a Capoliveri. La casa si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese, e gode di una vista meravigliosa sul mare. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Perfekt!
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Wir konnten zu Fuss an den Strand oder nach Capoliveri gehen. Die Ausstattung war komplett, die Wohnung war grosszügig aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Wir wurden gut vorbereitet, hatten einen freundlichen Kontakt und wurden sehr nett empfangen und betreut. Schade, dass die Zeit schon wieder vorüber ist. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sicherlich weiter und werden sie selber auch noch mal nutzen. Reiner und Gabriele.

Erholung satt, ohne kompromisse
Schade dass es schon wieder vorbei ist, der Blick in die Morcone Bucht bis zum Monte Capanne... Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten mal bei Rosa und Loreana. Absolut guter Startpunkt zum Mountainbiken, zu Fuß nach Capoliverie um abends doch mal das zweite Gläschen zu sich zu nehmen. Mit dem Auto zu den Stränden, diesmal aber bevorzugt Barabarca und zum Klippenspringen nach Felciaio..absoluter Tipp für Mutige (Wassertiefe). Die Wohnung war wie immer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung hat absolut gereicht, W-Lan und TV für den Nachwuchs ist auch da. Nochmals liebe Grüße...wir kommen wieder, immer wieder.
