About this property

This new apartment includes a beautiful living room of about 45m2 with a living - dining room + a fully equipped open kitchen. You have everything you need to cook and eat.
The dining table can accommodate 6 people. The sofa is convertible and offers 1 additional bed for 2 people. View of the greenery on the kitchen side and view of the roofs of Sarlat on the living room side. Large bay windows allow a lot of light in this room and a very nice view too. They open onto the terrace which has outdoor furniture allowing you to enjoy a moment of relaxation or to take your meals outside. Since we talk about "relaxation" you benefit with this apartment from an indoor jacuzzi for your exclusive use. In this room also a picture window allows you to enjoy the view while relaxing in the jacuzzi.
Back to the apartment: a bedroom with a large bed (160 cm) and bathroom with Italian shower completes the ground floor. Large picture window providing access to the terrace. The jacuzzi is in the next room.
A wide staircase takes you upstairs where there is a second spacious bedroom. It has 2 single beds of 90 cm and also a bathroom with Italian shower + wc.
You will find a TV in the living room as well as in the 2 bedrooms. Wifi is of course available for free.
A free parking space is reserved for you in our secure car park.
This is one of the advantages of this apartment: once you have parked the car you can explore the town of Sarlat on foot. In less than 5 minutes you are in the typical alleys of the medieval city.

Excellent Location

This apartment is situated in a fantastic location, about a few minutes walk into the beautiful rown of Sarlat. Was great to come back after a long day exploring and relax in the hot tub. So many places to visit. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice apartments

Great location - easy walk to restaurants and shops in old part of city. Easy private car parking. A little warm in afternoons with no AC but we were able to ventilate the house nicely in evening with nice breezes. Overall a very nice apartment to stay. Sarlat is a beautiful city with lots to do in the area

Not the property i booked and paid for

Started badly with limited communication. Was messaging host running up to stay regarding access. No reply until vrbo got involved. Host said we would be contacted on the morning of arrival by someone called Jennifer. We were not contacted. We messaged to say we would be arriving at 430pm. There was no one there. We rang the number and eventually got though to someone who was a colleague of Jennifer. She turned up a short while later. We were taken to a different property in the same development. This had no views a d the hot tub was outside. We had specifically booked the property with indoor hot tub. The rep spoke limited English so we used Google. When we said this was the wrong house we were initially told the hot tub wasnt working in the one we booked but after further discussions it turned out they had double booked the house we had booked and someone was staying in there! After further discussions we were taken to the house next door to the one booked. This did have views but again outdoor hottub and outdoor furniture not as good. We had no choice but to stay. Inside the house was clean but they had not cleaned the outdoor furniture so we had to. There were a number of times we could not use the hot tub due to bad weather which is why we had booked the indoor one. Contacted vrbo the night of arrival as the rep suggested vrbo double booked. This was denied. It seems the host advertises on other sites inc his own and it seems that how the issue arose. Poor

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un logement récent offrant de belles prestations. Le jacuzzi intérieur privé est très appréciable. L’équipe sur place est à l’écoute et très agréable. Calme et repos sont à l’ordre du jour. Autre point positif, le centre de Sarlat est à 5 minutes à pied. Location à recommander.

Great property in convenient location

Booked this property for two couples....worked out well for us. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and convenience. Stunning views, especially early evening setting sun and morning sunrises Owner was onsite to meet us and provide orientation to the unit
