The apartment is equipped with all amenities, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels. The living room has wood paneling, with hand-painted ceilings depicting the history of architecture from the pyramids to the present day. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A kitchen cabinet equipped with everything you need to make kitchenette. The house is located a few meters from Piazza Navona, and in the heart of the historic center. From here you can easily walk to all the main monuments, churches and places of tourist attraction in the capital. A leisurely walk through the Baroque palaces and Roman ruins can be reached in less than half an hour, the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.

Fantastic characterful apartment in great location

Our family of four loved our stay in this apartment. It is situated in a charming, character-filled group of apartments just off Piazza Navona. The laneway and staircase are lovely, and the apartment itself is full of character. It has plenty of space and the kitchen is well equipped though compact. It has good wifi, a washing machine and aircon in all rooms. Two bathrooms. Great value for such a top location. The host who greeted us was friendly with lots of local advice. We would love to stay here again.

Very pleasant, central apartment with attentive hosts

We really enjoyed our stay. Very centrally located. Well appointed apartment adjacent to piaza navona. The hosts were very attentive arranging our airport transfer, providing information on local restaurants and greeting us with snacks on arrival. Our boys loved it and hopefully weren't too noisy for the downstairs neighbour which was the only stressful part of our stay.

Perfect place in a perfect location

We loved our stay here while in Rome. It was so nice to have so much space after the long flights and long days walking around the city. Way better than a tiny hotel room. Room was very clean. Host was very helpful with any questions we had. This was a great location for a 1st timers trip. One street over from piazza navona. It was nice to end each night sitting near the fountains with a gelato. Great bakery nextdoor for breakfast. All the main attractions are between a 5 and 20 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

It is better than the pictures!

This location is amazing! It is on the second floor, but there is an elevator if you need it. The host was really nice. The listing only says 1.5 baths, but there are TWO showers, which really helped.

Near to everything!

The apartment was located so close to many of the main tourist attractions including piazza Navona (less than 5 minutes), the pantheon (under 10 minutes, and the trevi fountain (under 15). We walked all over the city and most everything was within 30 minutes. The house is great with two full bathrooms. The only minor inconvenience was being told that we needed to be quiet lest we incur the wrath of the permanent residents... meanwhile, children were screaming and singing in the common areas. No issues with being respectful of others though. Otherwise, great location!

Amazing Location

We had a great stay here. Both Roberto and Alice were very responsive and very helpful before and during our stay. The location is great, making it easy to walk to all major attractions, while also being close to several taxi stands and public transit. The only thing I would mention is that this is in a residential building, so if you’re planning to be up/out late, keep that in mind. We had a great stay here, and highly recommend it to others visiting Rome!

Great place to stay

Great location yet still quiet at night. We had two adult couples and worked very well. Unique property with lots of natural light. Easy to work with owner. Couldn't imagine much better for us!

Great apartment in a great location

Very nice, smaller apartment near Piazza Navona in Rome. Very quiet location but close to all the important sights. Check in was super easy, host was responsive to the few questions/concerns we had. We had a lovely 30 days in Rome. I would readily return to this two bed, two bath apartment.

Clean and central

Property was very clean and location was central and within walking distance from all the sights. The host had great communication and helped us arrange all transfers to and from FCO and the cruise port. Highly recommend to anyone wanting Rome to be within walking distance.

FANTASTIC LOCATION

If there is a "good, bad, or ugly" rating: let me be clear. There are NOTHING ugly. Actually, NOTHING bad either. I have been to Italy many times and choose this VBRO due to it's location. It is second to none. We walked to just about every major "attraction." There was no need for a taxi or UBER. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are two levels to the apartment though. Even so, it all worked very well into our plans. Highly recommend.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Piazza Navona, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Our host was very helpful, especially in arranging transportation to the airport for our departure, which was a big plus. The apartment itself is pretty basic, with no frills, but it met our needs. It would have been nice to have a streaming TV for those nights when we wanted to unwind with a movie, but this was a minor issue. The host offered a selection of wines in the apartment for just €10 each, which we really appreciated. While the apartment is on the smaller side with limited common space, the location more than makes up for it. This is a perfect spot for those who want to be in the center of everything. The owner was also very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and they addressed it promptly. Plus, when we accidentally left behind a pair of AirPods, they kindly mailed them back to us in the U.S., which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, this is a great property for a quiet family or couple looking to stay in an unbeatable location.

Short trip to Rome

A beautifully situated apartment within walking distance of all of the significant sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Rome and this apartment was a calm oasis for us to return to after hot days. Unique Apartment

The apartment had lots of character and was perfect for our weekend in Rome. It was quiet and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The air conditioning worked well and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the wall of wine recommendations

3 nights in Rome

Most importantly, the location is excellent and even better than described in the listing. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, in all matters. The entrance to the property was unique and exactly as shown in the listing. Upon arrival, we were very pleased. The disappointment was the cleanliness. The bathrooms were difficult to tolerate for even 3 days. There was mildew and grime built up on the shower floors and curtain, drains were clogged, and bathroom floors were not clean. The host we worked with was very apologetic and said she didn't have the opportunity to inspect the property before our arrival. Other feedback, did not have impacted our rating, but should be addressed... We were provided with one towel each, half were stained, and we didn't even have a towel to dry our hands. Bedding needs to be replaced. It is thin and pilly, especially upstairs. We did enjoy our stay and I would recommend this property with a couple of adjustments.

Great location and accommodations

We stayed at this apartment as a family vacation (4 of us) in Rome for 7 days. The location is fantastic with many great streets with plenty of great restaurants, shops and dessert spots. All the key tourist sites are within walking distance and having air conditioning units in each room was perfect (it was exceptionally hot when we travelled in mid June). Would highly recommend for a family in a central location. Noise from the streets or Piazza Navona was not an issue at all during our stay. The building is very quiet with very few people coming in and out. The main bedroom is upstairs so be aware of having to go up and down. All amenities were present (washing machine, iron, hair dryer, etc.) and came in handy for us. All in all, great apartment and the location really can’t be beat.

Great location and property manager helpfulness

Perfect spot for all exploring, restaurants, and shops. The second bedroom is loft style, but there is a bathroom up there -- wifi not good in loft. The welcoming folder was full of recommendations including distances from the property. Property manager responded quickly when needed.

We enjoyed our stay in this boat shaped apartment. Two large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one small), and a small but equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for central Rome. Quiet at night.
