Apartment located in front Square Sagrada Familia. Ideal for family or group of People Who wanted to experience living and authentic Within the heart of the Barcelona city flat. Enjoy views of iconic Sagrada Familia basilica, and Its relaxing square.

The apartment is well-furnished, comfortable, well-lit, clean, and recently renovated. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single bunk beds. The apartment Also has a big living room with dining table and two balconies. From the balcony you can sit and enjoy the views of the basilica and park. It is close to the underground metro station (one block walking) That connects to two meters lines (Blue line 5 and Purple line 2).

The maximum occupancy is six people and includes internet With wi-fi, TV, AC, heating and basic cooking utensils. The apartment is located in the first floor, but the building has a small elevator if needed.

Avenida Gaudi is very close (walking promenade boulevard) and two Unesco world heritage sites must see, the Sagrada Familia and Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau.

Great safe location!
Nice location with views of Sagrada Familia but obstructed with the facade restoration scaffolding and screen. Nice newer bathrooms with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Walking distance to several markets and restaurants. Train line short walk. The train system is clean, safe, efficient and cheap. Has a small elevator for suitcases vs carrying up the stairs. Although not needed, apartment has a security alarm you can use. Would stay here again.

Location as advertised. Great spot to be in heart of city. Metro a block from the condo. Rooms a little on the smaller side and scaffold took from the view, but that wasn’t owners fault. Great property and communicative staff was great.

We loved our stay in this apt. The location can’t be beat-a beautiful park and on the other side the Sagrada Familia. Very safe and secure building. This listing should also mention the apt has a view!! Super convenient area to the subway stops, multiple restaurants and the hop on hop off bus. I really appreciated the larger shower in the bigger bathroom and the washing machine! Would recommend!

This apartment was in a great location with views of the Sagrada Familia and stores/cafes nearby. It was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved being able to walk everywhere easily and enjoy the Christmas markets right outside our door.

Right in the heart of everything
Our stay in Barcelona was fantastic. The apartment was clean, had plenty of space for our family, and had everything we needed. It was nice to be right next to La Sagrada Familia. The trade-off for that is that the area of town is very busy as well. This is not a quiet place to stay but the perfect place to see Barcelona. The metro was close and easy to figure out. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was very good. We were able to easily travel around the city on the metro. The grocery store was convenient. The apartment was nicely furnished, but had smaller sized rooms. We would have liked to have had a coffee maker with pods. The elevator was old and hard to use. But all in all, we had a very good time and enjoyed our stay.

Overall great experience, would recommand! The apartment is in a perfect location, we can see the Sagrada from the balcony!! The hosts were always quick to answer, it had all the essentials (shampoo, soap, oil, spices, kitchen appliances, etc) and was clean. Only down side was the beds that weren’t comfortable and the noise at night (from the street and neighbors). But being in an old building and a popular spot the noise was to be expected…

Incredible location!!!
This is our sixth trip to Barcelona and our first staying in this neighborhood. The view and proximity to La Sagrada Familia is exceptional. We enjoyed the abundance of good restaurants and transportation is easily accessible. The metro and bus routes are very convenient and the fact that it is a block from La Sagrada Familia makes flagging down taxis very easy. The unit itself has three bedrooms, two baths which makes it ideal for families. I'd like to point out that the third bedroom with two twin beds are separated from the other bedrooms and are at the front of the house. If you have small children be aware that there is a sliding glass door to a small balcony. The living room and kitchen are small but definitely livable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and the couch was quite comfortable. There are two bathrooms, one quite large and the other small but it is an en-suite. Both only have showers so no bathtub. The water tended to cycle a lot between hot and cold. One drawback about this unit is the fact that it lists an elevator but we were told it was only for permanent residences because it was tricky to operate. The greeter did let us use it to take our luggage up but the rest of the week it was broke and someone was working on it the whole time. I specifically look for elevator access because I have an artificial ankle and using steps can be quite difficult.

Fantastic apartment in a Fabulous location!
What a great apartment and what a location!!! 3 bed apartment it has everything you need and more. To be honest we didn’t spend a lot of time in it but we didn’t want for anything whilst there, an immaculate place in a lovely old building right next to La Sagrada Familia. I would highly recommend if you’re thinking of visiting Barcelona.

Our stay in Barcelona was great! The location can’t be beat if your goal is to have the Sagrada Familia at your doorstep. There were restaurants nearby and metro stations if we didn’t feel like walking. We found that with a family of 4 the taxis were very cost effective. The hosts (Allan & Hans) were easy to reach and quick to respond. The apartment was comfortable and just like the pictures. Overall a great stay!

Location, location, location!! The location is just superb. very convenient. the supermarket is just half a block away. Sagrada familia is one block away. and yet the area of the unit is not congested since there's a park in between the unit & sagrada familia. we get to say good night & good morning to Sagrada Familia. Hans is a very accommodating host. He sent me info/details about the place. He even has a binder of restaurants to check out, places to visit, supermarkets, souvenir shops The unit was sparkling clean (thanks Alan the caretaker). Alan even went to the supermarket to provide more stuff (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) i will definitely be back & will book Hans place again
