Apartment in Plaza Sagrada Familia

Apartment located in front Square Sagrada Familia. Ideal for family or group of People Who wanted to experience living and authentic Within the heart of the Barcelona city flat. Enjoy views of iconic Sagrada Familia basilica, and Its relaxing square.

The apartment is well-furnished, comfortable, well-lit, clean, and recently renovated. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single bunk beds. The apartment Also has a big living room with dining table and two balconies. From the balcony you can sit and enjoy the views of the basilica and park. It is close to the underground metro station (one block walking) That connects to two meters lines (Blue line 5 and Purple line 2).

The maximum occupancy is six people and includes internet With wi-fi, TV, AC, heating and basic cooking utensils. The apartment is located in the first floor, but the building has a small elevator if needed.

Avenida Gaudi is very close (walking promenade boulevard) and two Unesco world heritage sites must see, the Sagrada Familia and Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau.

HOUSE RULES

- Have parties, make noise or disorderly conduct That will disturb the neighbors
- Barbecues or light fires in the balcony
- Smoke inside litter or throw cigarette out the window
- Bring pets to the property
- Hang towels from balcony rails, there is a space provided for esta
- If you use elevator, shut all doors close well after use.

- Close all windows and balcony doors before leaving the house
- Do not leave keys lock on the inside, as you Might forget them When you leave the apartment. Locksmith expenses will be charged.

City Tourist tax (BARCELONA) you will have to pay in cash on arrival (excludes less 17 year old). Barcelona city tax is 2.25 euros per night per adult for tourist apartments (updated April 1st, 2017). Tourist License HUTB-010882.

ARRIVAL: I'm happy for you to check in early or late check out if there are no other guests before or afterwards, Otherwise check in is from 14:00 and check out by 11:00 to allow plenty of time for the flat to be professionally cleaned. If You have a late flight time let me know and we can work something out.

Fantastic apartment in a Fabulous location!

What a great apartment and what a location!!! 3 bed apartment it has everything you need and more. To be honest we didn’t spend a lot of time in it but we didn’t want for anything whilst there, an immaculate place in a lovely old building right next to La Sagrada Familia. I would highly recommend if you’re thinking of visiting Barcelona.

We really enjoyed this place. It is right across from Sagrada Família. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The owners were really nice to wait for us after our plane was delayed and we were late getting there. I would definitely come back!

Sagrada Familia

Our stay in Barcelona was great! The location can’t be beat if your goal is to have the Sagrada Familia at your doorstep. There were restaurants nearby and metro stations if we didn’t feel like walking. We found that with a family of 4 the taxis were very cost effective. The hosts (Allan & Hans) were easy to reach and quick to respond. The apartment was comfortable and just like the pictures. Overall a great stay!

Superb location & clean

Location, location, location!! The location is just superb. very convenient. the supermarket is just half a block away. Sagrada familia is one block away. and yet the area of the unit is not congested since there's a park in between the unit & sagrada familia. we get to say good night & good morning to Sagrada Familia. Hans is a very accommodating host. He sent me info/details about the place. He even has a binder of restaurants to check out, places to visit, supermarkets, souvenir shops The unit was sparkling clean (thanks Alan the caretaker). Alan even went to the supermarket to provide more stuff (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) i will definitely be back & will book Hans place again

Sagrada Familia

We loved this unit and it's location. The area has an abundance of dining and nightlife options. In addition, because it's so close to the Familia Sagrada, getting a cab is never a problem.

Great location.

We did not realize that the apartment was right across from a beautiful park. And sagrada Familia is right there we enjoyed coffee out on the balcony, and the neighborhood is just fantastic. We took the metro easily to different areas. We had everything that we needed.

Lovely apartment, great location

Perfect Base of Operations

The location is perfect! Right across from Sagrada Familia, Hop-on-hop-off bus stops a block away, and a metro linr that goes straight to the gothic quarter. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment for what we wanted to do in Barcelona.

Location is A+

There's nothing like waking up to a view of Sagrada Familia and hearing the bells throughout the day. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. The communication was quick and Gabriela was very helpful.

Great apartment in a great location

Excellent location

Hans was a great host. He communicated frequently and was very responsive to questions - even helping us find a ride to the airport. The location is excellent. The accommodations were just as advertised. My friend and I really enjoyed the apartment.

Comfortable apartment near Sagrada Familia

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. It was clean and easy to access. While not in the main tourist area of Barcelona, it was very convenient to the metro and within walking distance of restaurants.

We really loved staying at this gorgeous apartment. The location was incredible (you can see the sagrada familia from the balcony) and it had everything we needed for an amazing price. Great space in a great spot

We loved this space! A beautiful location with a view of La Sagrada Familia just through the park. Metro a short walk in either direction. Easy access to groceries and restaurants. Clean, well stocked, safe and charming.
