Tolles Ferienhaus

Von den Balkonen des Hauses hat man einen fantastischen Meerblick und falls es abends zu kühl ist, um draußen zu sitzen, kann man den Blick auch von Innen am Esstisch oder von der Couch durch die große bodentiefe Fensterfront genießen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Man kann zu Fuß in kleinen Nebenstraßen runter nach Santa Maria al Bagno gehen und dort gut essen oder einen Caffè trinken und leckere Pasticcciotti essen. Die Kommunikation mit Giampiero und Rosy ist sehr unkompliziert und beide sind sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Giampiero für die tollen Ausflugstipps und Restaurantempfehlungen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Schönem Meerblick!

Very nice view

After we climed the 21 + 10 steps to the fully equipped apartment we enjoyed the nice view over the other parts of the village and the sea. For shopping and sight seeing a car is essential. The commuication with the housekeeper is only in Italian language possible but with the nice hosts also in English.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and decorated, modern and full of light. We very much enjoyed the luxury of getting to chose from three fantastic terraces, all with a breathtaking view across Santa Maria al Bagno to the sea. The beds are very comfortable and the showers excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean, we felt at home right away. The contact with the host was delightful, he provided us with very useful tips and all the information we needed for a carefree stay. Highy recommended.

Amazing View

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment near Santa Maria al Bagno. The apartment was perfect. It was a great location. We could either walk to the “lungo mare” and walk all the way to Santa Caterina or drive. It was a perfect location for access to local other beaches as well as the r towns of Nardò and Lecce with their historical baroque centers. We look forward to going back.

Semplicemente Fantastica

Come da titolo semplicemente fantastica posizione casa magnifica con una vista mare unica tramonti bellissimi posizione strategica ottima.La struttura è come viene descritta casa molto fresca e ventilata volendo si può fare a meno dei condizionatori ampissimo parcheggio privato,avevo letto dei gatti,non sono un grande amante di felini ma posso assicurare che non danno alcun fastidio sono puliti e discreti. Mi sono sentito a casa mia tutto è andato per il meglio ottimo rapporto con la proprietà e vicini.Per chi vuole una vacanza rilassata senza caos ma vicino a tutto questa è la struttura giusta.Voto 10

Haus mit wunderschöner Meersicht

Frühstücken auf dem Balkon im 1. Stock, Sonnenbaden auf dem Dach zwei Stöcke höher, Apero auf der Terrasse im 2. Stock...Abendessen auf dem Balkon im 1. Stock bei Sonnenuntergang über dem Jonischen Meer... Die schönen italienischen Stätdchen und die Strände habens und angetan. Vielen Dank dem Eigentümer für die schöne Unterkunft! Beautiful, clean apartment with wonderful views

We loved the views and sunsets from the apartment and very much appreciated the sunshade as, although it was September/October the afternoons were very hot. The apartment is well equipped for self catering, which we made full use of. Having a secure car parking area was also very useful. The promenade in Santa Maria is great for walking or early morning runs. The beach is small, which we knew but as we are not sunworshippers this was not an issue for us. The welcome gifts were enjoyed after a 4.5 hour drive and the fact that we did not have to wash our towels and sheets was a real bonus. Giampiero was extremely kind to carry our booking over from 2020 and was very easy to deal with - thank you.

Super logement avec vue mer

Logement tout équipé, spacieux, dans un environnement calme, terrasse avec transat, barbecue, fantastique vue mer et coucher de soleil. Place de parking privée, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et tout l'équipement cuisine. Le logement se trouve sur les hauteurs de la ville à environ 1,5 km du petit port.

Nice apartment, like a house ! with a great view and terrace

We had a great stay in the apartment: it feels like a house with its three terraces and the wonderful view on Santa Maria al Bagno. The equipment is just perfect and the communication is very quick. Santa Caterina is very close and is great for an evening too in bars and restaurants. One must be aware that a car is necessary to enjoy the little cities around and the beaches. Next time in Santa Maria al Bagno, I will go for sure in the same place!

Al di sopra di ogni aspettativa

Gentilissimo e premuroso il Signor Cozzani che ci ha fornito in anticipo ogni indicazione e consiglio sia sull'appartamento che sui luoghi da visitare. La casa gode di una vista spettacolare e lo spazio è curato nei minimi dettagli, posizione comoda per gli spostamenti sulla costa. La casa ci ha regalato dei bellissimi momenti di relax, sodisfatissimi!!!!torneremo sicuramente! *importante attenzione alla raccolta differenziata.

Soggiorno piacevole

Anche se nei primi giorni del ns soggiorno abbiamo avuto dei problemi X la mancanza di acqua, il proprietario , seppur non presente in loco, si è prodigato per la soluzione del problema ed è stato molto gentile. La casa è come descritta e le foto rispecchiano quanto riscontrato: davvero molto bella la vista mare dalle tre terrazze ; unica accortezza di non lasciare le finestre delle terrazze aperte per non ritrovarsi uno dei gatti ( direi un po’ numerosi!! ) della vicina di casa !!per raggiungere il centro e le spiagge è necessaria l’auto. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato per visitare la bella e vicina Nardò, Gallipoli ed il borgo di Presicce. Ottimi i suggerimenti dati dal Sig Giampiero per i ristoranti ed i locali . Puntuali per check in e check out e molto gentili i gestori dell’agenzia immobiliare. In loco.

Buena casa en buen sitio

La casa está bien, todo funciona excepto el wi-fi, que por la noche se enlentece hasta que deja de funcionar. No había mocho para fregar (?) y en la inmobiliaria nadie habla inglés, así que te apañas con el italiano, que tampoco es tan difícil. Lo recomendaría.

La soluzione migliore che potessi desiderare.

La cosa che mi preme sottolineare è che i proprietari mettono a disposizione dei loro ospiti una casa curata nei particolari, funzionale, comoda e con panorami mozzafiato che accompagnano l'intera giornata, dall'alba al tramonto. Ritengo sia una delle case migliori di tutta Santa Maria. Ormai la bellezza della terra salentina e delle sue spiagge è cosa nota, ma svegliarsi sorseggiando un buon caffè e godersi il panorama all'aperitivo da questo appartamento fa la vera differenza per una vacanza indimenticabile. I proprietari persone squisite.. Grazie!

En skøn lejlighed med den mest fantastiske udsigt som indbyder til et glas kold vino om eftermiddagen, når man kommer hjem fra stranden. Alt fungerede perfekt og Giampiero sørgede for råd og vejledning med hensyn til restauranter, indkøb og udflugtsmuligheder. Vi var meget begejstret og kunne sagtens se os besøge lejligheden og Santa Maria al Bagno igen.

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit viel Meerblick in guter und ruhiger Distanz zu Gallipoli

Diese Unterkunft liegt am oberen Ende von Santa Maria al Bagno eher ruhig gelegen, was für uns als vierköpfige Family als Abwechslung zum sehr lauten Gallipoli gelegen kam (weil dort Ende Juli die Heilige / Schutzpatronin v. Gallipoli (Santa Caterina) gefeiert wurde und deswegen absolut laute, chaotische Verhältnisse herrschten). Diese Wohnung auf drei Ebenen bietet überdurchschnittlich viel Meerblick und ist sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr praktisch auch der Parkplatz im Innenhof für unseren Viano-Merc. Apropos Auto: ohne geht nicht viel! In kurzer Zeit kommt man auf die Zugangsstrassen zu kleineren oder auch grösseren Einkaufsläden und zu den verschiedensten z.T. äusserst schönen Stränden (speziell haben uns die Strandpartien um Lido San Giovanni u. Baia Verde gefallen. Eher weniger hingegen die von Rivabella, die ihrem Namen nach eigentlich ja schön-sauber sein sollte! An einem Sonntag empfiehlt sich die Strandpartie um Padula Biancha). Gallipoli selbst als vermutlich eines der Hauptattraktionen verfügt im Juli zwar über viele Parkplätze, die Suche selbst aufgrund des mega-grossen Zulaufs gestaltete sich absolut unmöglich. Wir empfehlen eine Ankunftszeit ca. zw. 18.00 u. 19.00 abends (für ein Nachtessen) oder zwischen 11.00 u. 15.00 (gratis beim Hafen/ Porto), weil es dann weniger Besucher hat. Die unmittelbare sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarschaft dieser Unterkunft hatte Kätzchen, was für unsere jugendlichen Kids sehr toll war. Planen wir einen nächsten Süditalien-Aufenthalt, werden wir diese Wohnung / Reihenhaus als 1. Priorität in Betracht ziehen.

Beautiful flat with a fantasic view on the ocean

We spent 2 weeks in this appartment. It actually looks exactly as shown on the pictures. There are 2 terasses. One is directly connected to the living room/kitchen and is really nice for having breakfast in the morning with an astonishing view on the ocean. The second terasse is on the first floor. In addition there is a larger roof top terasse with an option for barbequing. The flat is really well equipped. Several sandy beaches are within 20 min driving distance. Santa Maria al Bagno is a cosy little city with various restaurants and is also having a small city beach. The water is georgous with an almost turgoise colour. I am definately recommending this appartment. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Mit Überblick und Weite

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Der Blick von den verschiedenen Balkonen aus (vor allem am Abend) ist einfach herrlich. Von Maria al Bagno aus lassen sich viele schöne Orte im Umfeld erkunden. Auch zum Baden im Meer gibt es viele gute Möglichkeiten. Da die Wohnung nicht direkt im Zentrum des Ortes gelegen ist, kann man sich dem lebendigen (und zuweilen sehr lauten) Abendleben des Dorfkerns gut entziehen. Allerdings ist es gut, wenn man mit Auto unterwegs ist, denn sonst ist der Anweg doch etwas anstrengend bis ins Zentrum. Diese Wohnung ist eine der schönsten, die ich im Laufe der vergangenen Jahre entdeckt habe.

piacevolmente sorpresi

abbiamo soggiornato dal 05 al 19/08/2017 in questo appartamento super accessoriato, pulito e molto confortevole. Pare di essere a casa propria. Bellissima veduta sul mare e la sera si è potuto cenare su uno dei tre terrazzi ammirando stupendi tramonti. Per ultimo e non meno importante il costo settimanale è giusto per il servizio ricevuto. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difettuccio eccolo: non si può andare al mare a piedi perchè dista 1,5 Km su strada trafficata in discesa e ahimè al ritorno sarebbe in salita ma per noi non è stato un problema in quanto nel Salento ci sono tantissime e bellissime spiagge da visitare e sarebbe un peccato soffermarsi solo a Santa Maria Al Bagno.

Tranquilla e funzionale!!!

Siamo stati due settimane in questa splendida casa a luglio dello scorso anno. Situata in posizione tranquilla, con una splendida vista che regala tramonti meravigliosi (tenere reflex a portata di mano!). Gentilissimi e molto disponibili i proprietari che, pur non essendo in loco, ci hanno contattato durante il soggiorno per verificare che tutto andasse bene. La casa è perfettamente arredata e dotata di tutti i confort (elettrodomestici nuovi). Insieme con i nostri due figli di 9 e 7 anni siamo stati benissimo, la consiglio anche come punto di partenza per esplorare le bellezze del Salento. Unico neo, su cui il proprietario mi ha informato che provvedeva, la mancanza di una tenda sul terrazzo di ingresso, per il resto tutto splendidamente ok.
