Villa Oasis is not your average rental unit but a gracious home. It is a private villa situated directly on Grace Bay, voted as having the #1 beach in the world three years in a row. Right at your doorstep you will find miles of powdery white sand to stroll upon or to watch over. You might choose to spend the afternoon in our infinite edge pool with its crystal blue waters that magically meet the ocean hues. Catching a nap or reading a book under the magnificent cassuarina trees in one of the hammocks is also a favorite among guests.

The villa sits within Princess Alexandra National Park with its underwater nature reserve providing excellent snorkeling. Turtles are often seen immediately in front of the villa, while an easy snorkel will take you to nearby coral heads and the Bight Reef in front of Coral Gardens with its myriad of exotic marine life to observe.

Centrally located, Villa Oasis is within strolling distance of several restaurants, from casual beach side to Providenciales' finest. There are also spas and shops withing walking distance, and the main supermarket is only a five minute drive away.

The elevated main level has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The great room with its vaulted ceiling and tall sliding glass doors affords a 180-degree panoramic view of the beach and ocean. Central is the living room with comfortable seating for the entire party, while the entertainment corner, grand piano, gourmet kitchen, casual dining for four, and the formal dining room for 12 radiates out from this central hub. Three of the four bedrooms offer king size beds, with the fourth with two twin beds. All spaces are air-conditioned for your comfort. The villa is furnished with European oil paintings and art objects. The 110-foot wide outdoor terrace provides stunning views of breathtaking sunrises and sunsets where guests share unforgettable times with loved ones. This home has everything that one would need, from cribs and toys for the youngest members traveling to champagne and crystal for the more discerning.

On the beach level of Villa Oasis is our two-bedroom Beach Level Apartment. It has its own comfortable living area, dining room with seating for six, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two baths. This unit sleeps up to four guests and includes a large covered terrace with lounge chairs and table for dining al fresco, affording guests relaxing shade from the midday sun. The two bedroom is a fully air-conditioned space.

Next to the two bedroom Beach Level Apartment is a lock-out studio apartment that is perfect for the nanny or as a seventh bedroom. It may be connected internally to the apartment.

Villa Oasis may be rented as a 4 bedroom rental (Main Level); a 6 bedroom rental (Main Level 4 Bedroom plus the Beach Level Apartment 2 Bedroom); or a 7 bedroom rental (Main Level 4 Bedroom, the Beach Level Apartment 2 Bedroom, plus the Studio one bedroom that may be connected to the Beach Level Apartment). Regardless of the configuration that accomodates your friends and family, you will be the only guests of Villa Oasis during your stay. Please note our published rates on VRBO are for the 4 bedroom main level listing (8 guests). We will quote you for the 6 and 7 bedroom rentals.

Our rates include airport meet and greet as well as a daily maid service so that your stay at Villa Oasis is a relaxing experience from the moment you step out of the airport. Our on-island manager is available throughout your stay and is happy to assist you in planning activities and with all necessary bookings and reservations.

Location, location, location
We had the best family vacation at Villa Oasis. The location is ideal - right on the most beautiful beach with amazing snorkeling just a short walk away. The house is spacious and comfortable. It is an older house but we appreciated the homey feel. The grounds have lovely, mature palm trees which gave us lots of options for shady spots to read (or nap). The manager, Mr. Romeo, was incredibly helpful - doing everything from driving us to various locations around the island to suggesting where we could buy the freshest fish. Rosanna, the housekeeper, was lovely. Katalin, the host was responsive and patient with all our pre-visit questions. Would highly recommend.

Family Vacation 2025
We had 15 in our visit, 8 adults and 7 kids ages 9 months to 10 years old. The location superior with the house, patio, pool and beach closely situated which was nice due to all the kids. The beach was superb, one of the best I've seen and with the elevated wall, the kids had shade everyday until 2:00. Beds were very comfortable, every amenity needed was available, and we were very comfortable. House staff, Roseann was quiet, in and out and was a great supplement to our stay. Mr. Romeo had all the answers, coordinated our trips and grocery visits to perfection. If I was to have one critique, this is of personal taste, there was to much clutter, especially in the kitchen. Our family had a great stay.

Beautiful property on a beautiful beach
The beach and grounds at Villa Oasis are beautiful. The host, Katalin, was very responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had before arrival. The house manager, Romeo, was a great help with transportation and quickly responded to any issues we encountered during our stay. We so appreciated Rosanna who tidied up around us every day. While the immediate grounds and beach were beautiful, the surrounding “neighborhood” was not quite as appealing with various stages of construction or demolition on either side. The accommodations and amenities within the home were suitable, but fell a little short of luxurious in several ways with multiple things needing repair, a deeper cleaning or updating. That said, our 4 generation family had a nice time swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in the sun.

Dream Vacation
This was a dream vacation, just as you would imagine in the movies and Villa Oasis was absolutely beautiful. The beach is your backyard and the remainder of the property is stunning, comfortable and cozy. Katalin was beyond kind and dedicated to making sure we would have anything and everything we could possibly need while there and having Me. Romeo onsite to answer questions and help as needed was wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Oasis as a perfect retreat in a beautiful location.

Beach birthday party
Our family of 15 (4 months to 80 years) had an exceptional week at this special house. The pool and gorgeous beach are all steps from your bedroom and the smaller kids were in and out of the water all day. Despite being right on the beach the house is very private with lovely gardens around it.. The host Katalin was very gracious and helpful as were the staff of housekeeper and Mr. Romeo. Our different ages of people enjoyed snorkeling, scuba diving and beach strolls. We had some lovely meals prepared by the chefs who were suggested by the host. T & C is a beautiful place to visit. Family birthday celebration
Our stay at Villa Oasis was a wonderful family experience that was planned for more than a year ahead to celebrate a special birthday for my husband. Katalin, you are a wonderful host and we were appreciative of how you were very attentive to take care of any of our needs. Right from the beginning when we were looking at different rentals, our decision to rent your property was made because of how personable, warm and communicative you were with us providing information and addressing all our questions ahead of time and just being available. That is not always the case with VRBO hosts as we have dealt with. And that continued after we arrived, being available thru the week. Having Romeo the property manager and concierge was so great to pick our family members up from the airport as they arrive and also drive us a different times through the week as well as making grocery runs for us as needed, And we so loved having Rosanna, the house keeper to come in each day to tidy up our bedrooms, linens, do endless loads of beach towels for 11 people on a daily basis including a few loads of personal laundry. Your home soooo captured the family experience we had planned for. Can’t beat the location… Beach is steps away and amazing snorkeling and all equipment provided! Our only suggestion would be to update some of the appliances, AC system, TV, Internet, connection issues, A memorable vacation for our family, bless you and thank you Katalin! Fondly, Meg and Joe!

Absolutely Beautiful Beachfront Paradise
Beachfront property was as beautiful as you would hope for. It was an amazing privately owned home and the property owner, property managers and other staff wanted to do everything necessary to ensure your enjoyment. This house, with pool, is located steps from the most beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear water you have ever seen. The house is perfect for a large family group and the daily cleaning services and the houseman make this an outstanding luxurious vacation memory!

Amazing location on beach
3 generation family trip. 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 work well for couples, 2 single bed bedroom sharing a bathroom with one of them is ideal for couple with 2 kids. Master is big. Great open living/kitchen/dining area. Pool is excellent with in water bench seating and lots of patio space. Sitting area by beach may be best part with 8-10 lounge chairs under palm trees with nothing but ocean in your view. Beach, sand and water great. 3 mins walk/swim to good snorkeling. Romeo is great at organizing chefs, massages, transportation, groceries. Dailing cleaning makes everything easier. Downsides: Not much in walking distance for restaurants/bars, house could use updates, lower level space is great for extra sleeping but you have to go outside to access it and it’s not as nice as upstairs. Pictures are accurate.

Amazing Vacation - Three Years in a Row!
This was the third year in a row my family and I stayed at Villa Oasis for a week of vacation. As always, everything was absolute magic! Romeo helped us navigate from the airport to Hertz, to the villa and helped us with everything we needed all week. Rosanna kept the house in a state of perfect cleanliness. We did 4 amazing boat and snorkel outings with Grace Bay Adventures (you MUST request Captain Jack and Lunchie - they will keep you safe and they are so FUN!!), parasailed with Key to the Sea, scuba with Dive Provo and horseback riding with Unique Tours (be sure to request Miguel). Thank you, Katalin, for sharing your home with us again this year! We are already talking about visiting again next year! Absolutely LOVE Villa Oasis!!!

Perfect Place to Stay on Turks and Caicos
The Villa Oasis was the perfect place for our family of ten adults. If the entire property is rented, there are seven bedrooms and multiple baths. There were several things we loved about Villa Oasis. It sits literally on the beach at Grace Bay. I have never stayed anywhere where I was as close to the beach as at Villa Oasis. There is a shaded lounge area at the beach with several comfortable lounge chairs. The pool has a bench seat around the inside and was plenty big for our group. There is a large family sitting area at the back of the house with sliding glass doors and windows that open to the beach. I started every morning by opening all of the sliding glass doors to hear the gentle sound of the surf. I made a cup of coffee and went to sit in a lounge chair at the beach. The kitchen is big and very well stocked. The Villa has a staff which includes a house keeper who cleans every day. There is also a general caretaker who will assist with any issues that arise and can even provide transportation. I have never stayed at a VRBO with such a level of service. In addition the owner is very responsive to any questions and provides lots of information about the island. The beach is beautiful and there is great snorkeling right offshore. We also enjoyed walking to a beach restaurant called Somewhere, which was close by. The house itself is very spacious. It has a very interesting history which is revealed in its artwork, pictures, and books. We loved it!

This is a very beautiful sea view house
This is a very beautiful sea view house. Behind it is the beach and the sea view, which is as beautiful as a painting. The owner is very nice. She arranged everything perfectly for us. Special thanks to her butler Romeo. He helped us with many things. Very good. Also, thanks to the housekeeping staff who clean the house every day. Coming here, just enjoy all the good times. It's truly a holiday destination here. This is our second time here. We really enjoy vacationing here.

Mar 26, 2024-April 2, 2024. Our family of 16 had a wonderful time. That size group requires a lot of work and Romeo and Rosanne where wonderful. The house is beautiful, nothing like it in that area. Katalin was a wonderful host to work with, and very accommodating with info regarding restaurants, tours, etc. We left leaving a little pice of our heart in Turks and but took memories we will never forget. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay, Incredible Property
This property is unique on the beach in that it is a private home, pretty much alone on a lovely stretch of beach just up from the Bight Reef. Romeo was an unbelievable help ferrying us around and getting groceries. The pool, views and facilities were great. We spent a week at Villa Oasis with friends to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. It was such an amazing week. The location of the house is one in a million. Greatly suggest doing at least one meal with a chef in the house.

Three families all vacationed at this wonderful house with a perfect location. You can't beat waking up every day and looking at the water out your window! A few steps away is the most amazing beach where we had drinks and relaxed. The owner, Katalin, was an absolute delight and was very helpful in planning our trip. Romeo picked us up at the airport, did our grocery shopping and was able to drive us around as needed. Perfect vacation spot with the perfect hosts!! Absolutely recommend!!

Great property in a great location
This is a wonderful property accurately depicted in the photos. It is in a great location, right on the beach, with a swimming pool and beautiful ocean water. The house is extremely well stocked. The security is great with full time guards in a private gated area. The housekeeper Rosanna was great. She was very discreet, non-intrusive and seemed to be in a constant state of making sure everything was clean and orderly. We were 3 generations, with 2 adults 69-74, 6 middle generation and 4 small grandkids. There was plenty of snorkeling available, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a host who checked in by text regularly to see whether there was anything we were missing, with a caretaker Mr. Romeo who made sure all needs were me. He also met us at the airport, did some shopping for us and arranged two catered in home meals which were delicious. The home furnishings were great. Everything was perfect.

The most epic vacation ever!
The owner of the property, Katalin is an absolute delight. She’s poured so much heart into this property that you can feel it from the second you open the car door. It’s literally the best location on the island. We swam right out to snorkel and saw sting rays, turtles, puffer fish and so many more varieties of fish! The staff is very accommodating and professional. Recommendations for excursions were top notch! We had in villa massages, parasailing with Marvin, boat day with TCI excursions (captain Rice), rented a car and drove to various beaches across the island, and Mr Romeo prepared the most delicious in room meal. It was literally the vacation of our dreams! The owner was such a joy to speak. We absolutely adore her!

Our home has a European flair and is filled with love and tranquility. There is privacy yet, you are in the middle of the beach and all it has to offer.
