Lovely clean property in perfect location with large balcony next to the pool. Beautiful new bathroom with a powerful shower. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. We would definitely recommend !!

BRILLIANT

A great apartment. Spotlessly clean. Towels and linen changed 4 times during our stay. Brand new bathroom fitted with huge shower. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Been coming here for 8 years and never fails to please. Quiet pool, usually, is right outside apartment. Not too far to walk to beach area and lots of restaurants n sitting areas. Easy level walking right along the coast. Love it.

Great place to stay. Great location for bar's, restaurants etc. Very close to the pool which was quiete most days and no problems getting a sunbed. Stayed there numerous times and will stay there again.

First time at the property and everything was just as we hoped. The only small gripe we had was that the pillows were pretty uncomfortable but that is only a small issue and would not stop us returning. Thank you Irina.

Just a lovely studio ideal for two on the edge of the quieter of the two pools on the complex,within easy reach of everything San Eugenio had to offer. A very enjoyable third stay at this property. Thank you once again Irina and Neal. We will be back

Perfect little bolt hole

Went with my daughter to celebrate her graduation. The property was just perfect. Great terrace right beside the lovely quiet pool. We loved the location, near the beach, a great supermarket and the brilliant Siam shopping mall. Just everything we needed and so quiet! We will be back 100%. Thanks so much.

From start to finish the whole process was faultless. Never booked with homeaway before but had no problems. Communication with owners was great and replied in quick time. The studio was clean great location everything you need on the doorstep. Definitely be using again

5 steps from pool!

Lovely little studio. It is small, with no internal relaxing seating except the twin beds. Good kitchen lacking some utensils, spatula etc. Great quiet location next to cool water pool, most use the other heated pool and lovely big patio. No wifi as mentioned in ad. Check out time 10, which is a bit of a rush, but showers and storage at reception for cases.
