If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. + City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You MUST be 25 years or older to rent our properties
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.
+All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.

Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

Hands down best place to stay in the area
We booked this property for our Disneyland trip I booked because the pool is heated. We did not need it due to it being 105 but still a nice feature, layout was great with 4 additional mattresses in the family room, if your going to Disneyland I suggest parking in toystory parking lot it’s 35 a day they shuttle you to the main gates and you bypass security at Disney front gate the multiple host where very responsive and handle all Of our needs even have someone near who helped turn off the pool heater plenty of towels but would bring your own pans although they do have some there They are t that big no strainer either for making spaghetti over all I have no complaints and can’t wait to book this home again

Great time!
House was just as it was advertised! Clean, easy access, pool was well kept, was close to anything we needed and check out process was simple. Only thing it was missing (which is a tiny detail) was some sort of spray cleaner so we could properly clean up after ourselves. We would definitely stay there again.

Inaccurate website listing
While the house was nice and everything, do not be fooled by the fact that it says there are 4 bedrooms. This is VERY misleading. There are 2 trundle beds in the family/play room that leads out to a pool/outside. This room was not a room and I would not feel comfortable having my child sleep there leading out to the pool (although gated). There are 3 bedrooms and then 4 beds in the play room, so don’t get confused because this caused some issues with our stay and the people we had. This family/play room is very open with lots of windows so not ideal for sleeping. There is NOT a tram to Disney from this location so you do have to Uber, which we were also mislead about. Pool temp we paid to get heated and it was not warm enough to swim in (end of April). Some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. The house itself is nice, we just felt very mislead with the posting and a few other things that made our trip difficult.

Great Stay!
We recently stayed at Harriet in Anaheim and truly loved our stay. The home was adorable and very clean. We were just a short drive away from Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. The management company (Funtierland) was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our needs were met, and that all our questions were answered promptly. Overall would highly recommend!

It was fine.
The house was fine, not exceptional, but not bad. Little things like a really loud furnace that woke everyone up in the night, lack of kitchen tools like a drink pitcher, large pan (without all the Teflon peeling off), lack of hot pads and not being able to use the fun features of the game room between the quiet hours were what we didn’t like. I get not being loud for neighbors but having cameras show all your outside moves and all the giant stop signs just felt a little abrasive. We were there for Disney so the house was great for that and just a few minutes away.

Waaaaayyy outdated listing photos!
Based on the photos of the property listed on VBRO the place looked great, however once at the property things were quite different. For example, the photos show nice couches, floor coverings, and decor, but none of this was actual upon arrival. There was no couch or seating area located in the garage. There was no seating area in the large back room. The two day beds shown, had been replaced with very broken down day beds in which one was broken along the backside and had missing slats that supported the mattress causing a huge sink hole when laying upon it leaving this bed unusable. The white bunk beds pictured in the listing have been replaced with a very cheap metal framed bunk bed that had two very dangerous jagged metal pieces exposed on the top bunk right where a child would climb to the top. I could definitely see a someone cutting themselves very badly. The couch located in the main room was sunken in and had stains making us question if we even wanted to sit on it. The kitchen table wobbled back and forth as we ate at the table as if a 8.0 earthquake were occurring. The mattress in all rooms were horribly thin and didn’t seem like actually matteresses as they were so light and almost foldable. The pillows were like pancakes. One of the blinds in the back room leading to the pool area completely came off the wall when we attempted to raise it. It appeared to be a cheap temporary blind as it looked different then the others in the room. The kitchen cabinet knobs where all askew and ready to come off the doors/drawers and one cabinet door was ready to come off it’s hinge. Lastly, the master shower has some sort of plumbing issue as the water collects at your feet while showering and doesn’t drain down for a good 20 min after your done leaving it difficult to shower multiple people back to back since no one wants to stand in dirty shower water. As for the neighborhood, property is located on a court with very older, run down properties. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals around Disneyland and I know the neighborhoods are older but this one….no. There’s also a neighbor that has two dogs that bark during the night so if you have kids/babies….beware of this! For the amount of money charged I feel this was a complete rip off. Like paying for the Hilton but getting the Motel 6. Over $2,500 down the drain for a 4 night stay. VBRO YOU SHOULD REQUIRE YOUR LISTERS TO SUBMIT UPDATED LISTING PHOTOS MORE OFTEN!

Great house in great location
We loved the house and pool. It is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to Disney and close to lots of amenities. The staff were easy to reach and super helpful. The only cons would be that the pool area wasn’t super clean and neither were the floors. However, we loved it and would absolutely stay there again.

Great Disneyland Crash Spot
We stayed here during our Disneyland visit. The location was convenient for driving to and from the park. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated that the home had a stroller that we could borrow! It was everything we needed for this trip.

Problems with rental 1. The oven hood doesn’t work 2. Pool was not cleaned until requested 3. Pool light is connect but left outside of pool doesn’t work 4. front porch light doesn’t work 5. Wifi in master bedroom doesn’t work 6. House not ready during check in at 4pm 7. Patio lights in backyard don’t work 8. Remote batteries needed replaced 9. Mattress are lumpy need to be upgraded all… 10. Spiders found thought out the house, should spray. 11. Towel rack in 2nd restroom need fixed. 12. BBQ grease found on cement.

Great week of pool, sun and fun!
We had a great week at the perfect house and pool. We had a goal of spending a week at a pool and this house fit the bill. It had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool and the day beds. We are looking forward for the next chance we get to book the house!

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT- MISLEADING AT ITS FINEST!!
We should've believed the last review, but being that it was the beginning of the pandemic when the last review was left we overlooked it. We were in for a rude awakening!! The outside of the home was perfectly kept and clean just as pictured, but when we opened the door ...... In a nutshell ALMOST NOTHING is as pictured besides maybe the kitchen. The nice living room you see with trendy decor.... NOT!!! It doesnt exsist, not even a tad bit. 2.

Our first concern was with the lack of furniture in the rooms, leaving multiple times that we were scrambling for seating for all our guests. The pictures were very misleading in the aspect of our stay. Many furniture and decor items pictured were not advertised correctly in the property. The most disappointing being a lack of advertised seating, no cute decor, no board games, and only the bedrooms had big rugs leaving the rest of the home with only the cold wood floors which were also dirty. Also, we paid for the heater to be on for the pool. The first day upon arrival, it was ok warmth wise for the kids to swim but not adults. We feel for what we paid for the stay it did not meet our expectations. The property manager did address our concerns regarding the pool but no response regarding the misleading photographs.

Last Minute Booking Disney Trip
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The property was very close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and Downtown Disney. The property was well maintained and the pool was great. The backyard was really private and quiet. The only thing lacking was that there wasnt a Disney Theme that you see in their other homes. Other than that, the house was great, management team was very accommodating. The home was a great place to relax after walking tens of miles throughout Disney.

Great place to stay close to Disney
This was a nice space for my family to stay to compliment our Disney vacation. Check in is easy with door codes. The house is roomy. The garage is nicely decorated with games.

Awesome for everyone!
The house is setup great for families and small groups, you have everything you need and more here. If you are going to disney, universal, or even to a hockey or baseball game, this property is close and clean! The community is very nice and no annoying noises at any time. Book your next stay here and not be crammed into a small hotel.

Great place to stay
