First return to Oceans Reach since hurricanes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this was our first opportunity to return to Oceans Reach since the hurricanes impacted the island. Overall the units were in great shape with many improvements and furnishings. Unfortunately the island vegetation was still badly damaged and several of our favorite business were not operating. Sad to see the destruction wreaked by the hurricanes. We still booked our unit for 2026 and will be back.5

Great Stay ar Oceans Reach

Spectacular view, Perfect location & Clean!!!

This was our 4th trip to Sanibel and now Ocean's View is our new favorite place to stay! This unit has amazing views. It was very clean and updated. The king size bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean. (There is no bathroom by the pool.) The location is perfect. We spent most of the time at the beach and in the water. This stretch of beach is very private and not crowded. The sand is soft and pretty. It is a very quick walk to get to the beach. They provide beach chairs. We rented bikes and an umbrella from the office on the property. It was so nice to wake up to a beautiful view and not have to drive or bike to a beach. The beach is only steps away. Couple things to note... bring your own beach towels as none were provided. Around 5 or 6pm, the noseeums get really bad, so either have plenty of bug spray, cover up, or plan to leave the beach at this time. Overall, this was an excellent vacation and we hope to come back.

Beachfront Beauty +++

Gulf views unbelievable. Unit is well kept with beautiful beach decor. Had coffee on lanai each morning with incredible view of gulf. Beach chairs included in this rental a big plus. Umbrella rental a little extra from property, but worth it.

First time using Vrbo.

We were beyond impressed with our unit and the whole condo complex at Sanibel Island. It was so clean, and it was very modern and attractively decorated. The washer and dryer were a blessing along with the full kitchen and great balcony. The other guests were very nice too. We will absolutely be back and will bring more friends/ family to rent other units as well. I think we found our new go-to vacation spot. Great price and great experience.

Wonderful!

Was one of the most wonderful vacations we have ever had! Very relaxing. Beautiful view! The condo was up to date and clean. It was nice that they provided beach chairs for us to use. We'll definitely be back!

Paradise Found!

This was our 1st trip to Sanibel and we could not have been happier with our stay at Oceans Reach! The unit exactly matched the photos, no surprises! The staff was super helpful and kind. Great stay

We loved our condo at Ocean's Reach. It was perfect for us - a great kitchen for preparing our meals, a comfy couch for relaxing, a beautiful porch for viewing the beach, an overhead fan for staying cool, and a comfortable bathroom with plenty of hot water. The beach access was also fine, with well-built pathways and water rinsing facilities.
