Our two bedroom, two bath penthouse is within fifty yards of the water’s edge and offers panoramic ocean views. It features three spacious lanais and a gourmet kitchen designed by Hawaii’s renowned chef Roy Yamaguchi. 2008 construction, featuring natural woods, granite and marble, enhance your feeling of total luxury.

What a view!

Wonderful view. Great for enjoying morning coffee, but beware, you might just decide to stay on the deck till noon. We rented multiple condos for a family holiday. Our four grandkids, who don’t yet know how to swim, enjoyed the pool and beach. The condo is just as described. Very well equipped. Management is very responsive. We will definitely come back here!

Heavenly views

Condo was as described with excellent views. Whale watching was awesome, with some of the best ocean views we could imagine. Condo was well stocked and property was beautiful with great beach and amenities. Not inexpensive but well worth the price. Area could use a few more restaurants, but not a big issue. Highly recommend

Excellent unit and location!

This penthouse is the best condo in all of Ko Olina Beach Villas, as it has the best view! The unit is very clean and nice, perfect for our week stay on Oahu. The grounds are beautiful, and we loved the pool and beach access. It is very easy to walk up to the shops and restaurants, which was nice to not drive. There is underground parking available, which was very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Superb hosts!

Our trip had to be cancelled very last minute because of our flight being cancelled out of Dallas. The airline was not able to get us out of Dallas for several more days, so we had to make the extremely hard decision to cancel our trip. Meg was WONDERFUL to work with on this process! We hope to be able to stay here next year once our trip is rebooked!

My family of 5 could not have asked for a better host. The communication was clear and organized. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Hawaii, it was spacious and clean. It’s a Family friendly area and the staff were excellent. You are in walking distance from restaurants, luau, stores and the beach. We plan on going back and would love to stay there again.

Impressive view and beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this beautiful ocean view condo. Meg was very responsive and accommodating to our pre-arrival requests. Due to the delay of our flight, Nicole was very accommodating in our late checkin. We were met with a beautiful welcome basket filled with snacks and coffee. The condo is very clean and well appointed throughout with everything needed for a relaxing family vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything including cookware and utensils for cooking meals.❤️ Costco is close by for purchasing food items as local stores may be pricey. This is one of the most beautiful and relaxing condo’s we have ever enjoyed during our many visits to this property. We look forward to returning again soon. Thank you!

Paradise found

We had a wonderful time here! The house looks better than the pictures and comes with everything you need for the beautiful beach just steps in front of it. Sunsets and dinner/drinks on the lanai were stunning. There is no other place we will stay the next time we visit O‘ahu! Oh, and the double rainbow that arches across the sky, we saw it too! Mahalo for a perfect time!

Perfect condo in the lagoon

Best oceanfront place we have ever stayed. Lagoon location is great, pools were comfortable and never crowded. Easy to walk to Disney lagoon when looking for more crowds. Cooking and eating dinners on the lanai were amazing. In future we will only stay at the beach villas when coming to ko olina.

Gorgeous Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit at Beach Villas! It has a beautiful view that can’t be beat. We prepared a few dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. We prefer Ko Olina to other areas on Oahu. We usually rent a car for driving around the island. There are nice, clean walking paths around the lagoons and the lagoon beaches are clean as well. Communication was excellent along the way, but we didn’t need anything at all during our stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Best view at Beach Villas

The unit has the most spectacular view at the beach villas! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Lots of beach toys to choose from. We will definitely be back to this unit.

Best View in Ko Olina!

This is by far the best view in Ko Olina. Check in process was a breeze and Nicole (POC) is super nice and accommodating. Next time I come back to Ko Olina, this is the only place I would stay at.

The property in a whole was nice. Access to the ocean and pools were great. The room had a great view. Roomy enough for the 6 of us. The beds weren’t that comfortable for what is expected from a room like that.

Absolutely wonderful stay

This property is wonderful. Starting with the communication up front, clear instructions on the arrival, and help with recommended restaurants, we were were well guided and prepared. The views from this condo are stunning, and access to the pools and lagoon are quick. The owners have provided a full suite of kitchen amenities, as well as chairs, a wagon, snorkeling gear, beach towels, and everything one would need for the beach and pool. The condo was clean and comfortable. We watched perfect sunsets on the lanai each night. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely return.

Excellent Beach Rental

Ko-Olina is an excellent alternative to Waikiki and We have been vacationing there since before Disney arrived. This was our first time staying at the Beach Villas property and this may be the best unit there? It’s on the top floor of the front facing units and has a large Lanai with spectacular views.

Unobstructed Ocean Views. The owner thought of everything!

Our family stayed here for almost a week and it was perfect. The owner thought of everything from beach toys, cooler, chairs, towels to coffee filters. Have two bathrooms and washer/dryer was also so good for our family. The views are even more beautiful in person, unobstructed ocean front. It has to be the best place to stay in Ko Olina. We hope to return as soon as we can.
