This apartment called Coba is one of 3 units inside the same villa: CASA LIBELULA.
Located in La Veleta in Tulum town: quiet, safe with a local atmosphere. Full equipped with AC, fans, kitchen, living room with TV and Roku system, free wifi, private terrace with dinner table and lounge sofa (perfect to chill out). One complete bathroom with 2 bedrooms. We provide amenities like shampoos, creams and soaps as well as sheets, towels and beach towels. Ideal for 4 persons with view to our spacious and luxurious jungle plot.
Few steps from Coba unit, you will reach our blue eye: a large rounded swimming pool surrounded by a huge tropical garden with sun chairs and hammocks to relax and enjoy Mother nature all around. The size and the privacy of the property will make you feel at home inside a peaceful green oasis in town. 10 minutes from the white sandy beaches by car and from refreshing cenotes. And 2 minutes walk from the main road where you can find restaurants, convenience stores and shop.

An oasis but Noisy

Great site, lovely house, lovely pool. Ricardo (who looks after the property) was very helpful. All I'd say is that we hadn't appreciated that there was going to be building work on site, and the noise levels really impacted our ability to relax by the pool. Once that is complete, it'll be a great place. We got along well with the folks staying in the other two apartments.Tulum more generally is a fun, bustling town, and you're aware of the road outside (as you would be with any property in the town). The town has become very expensive for tourists, including accessing the beach. The cenotes nearby are wonderful (though again, expensive).

La Veleta Paradiso

Charm & pure delight! I felt transported into aesthetic simplicity and embraced by nature!! I was in the Mexico that i love! The location is perfectly in its own oasis and 1 minute from its quaint amenities. Everything perfect including Host & Groundskeeper!

Casa in private , safe & serene jungle

This property was awesome: a gated, very secure unit. The rooms & veranda were spacious, with a touch of Mexican decor & many pieces of unique handcrafted wood pieces. The original jungle flora surrounds this property with serenity & peace, sunshine streaming thru the foliage. The pool and surrounding deck with its plants was so inviting: providing sun and shade. The maintenance person was very pleasant & helpful, the hosts were accommodating, available if needed, but gave you the privacy to enjoy this lovely location. Everytime we came back thru the gate, after being out & about, we felt the peace & beauty of this location. We are so grateful for our experience In Tulum . Thank you!!!!

A piece of paradise

After searching online for weeks to find the perfect place with fantastic outside area as well as inside, the second I saw the photos of this one I knew it was the one- and it didn't disappoint. Wonderful accomodation. Both inside and out. The photos don't do it justice. Fabulous location just a casual stroll to an infinite number of shops bars and restaurants. Perfectly safe to wander round. Ricardo on site in the grounds every day was a pleasure to chat to.

Private getaway in Tulum

We enjoyed the mini-jungle surrounding the house, the attached pool was a hit with the kids, this place made a good home-base for our week-long stay in Tulum.

Hidden oasis in Tulum

We found ourselves without accommodations at the last minute and came across this listing that seemingly checked all the boxes. It’s located in a developing area on the far end of Tulum but it’s walled and gated, which added an additional layer of security. We parked our rental on the street parallel to the exterior wall and it was secure the entire time. The property is well landscaped with many trees for shade, has a maintenance person who oversees the property during the week, and a very nice pool for cooling off at those especially hot, humid moments. Our “casita” was large, two bedrooms, one bath (double sink) open kitchen, bar, living room which provided more than enough room for we two. The outdoor porch was beautiful and provided many moments of relaxation. We trekked all over Tulum and felt so fortunate to have found this rental. Laura, our concierge, was super to converse with and most helpful when we had questions. Would not hesitate to return to this beautiful place.

Great Stay in Tulum
