Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. This is a 2 story duplex and this rental is for the ground floor & use of everything at ground level, bicycles, beach chairs, outdoor shower, fire pit, outdoor eating area. There are 2 Bedrooms & 1 full bath and a outside shower, the one bedroom has a Queen size bed and plenty of drawer and closet space. The second bedroom has a double bed and 2 singles. There is a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. There is an additional outside shower located in the rear patio area. It has a full kitchen with Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishware & silverware. Washer & Dryer. Comfortable Reclining couches, leather lazyboy recliner & Smart TV Hulu and WI-FI.

Nice Nest

Our stay was wonderful. The property was just as described. I give the owners an A+ for cleanliness. Everything was laid out for you when you arrive. It was great being able to use the beach chairs, umbrella and bikes. The trolley runs right in front of the house so you do not have to fight for parking if you go to the boardwalk!

Clean, quiet, cozy and comfortable

We felt very welcome and at home. Can’t think of anything else we could have needed. Six minutes to the beach or boardwalk (less if you take the bikes). No problems at all with parking. We loved the crab quesadilla and the hash at Island Grill and breakfast on the boardwalk at Brown’s. See the Mummers on the boardwalk on Tuesday nights. Thank you, Petros, for being great hosts.

Wonderful Stay

We just had a wonderful at the North Nest. The apartment was neat and clean. Louis and his wife could not have been more helpful and friendly. The place came with beach chairs, bicycles and beach tags. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had a great front deck to relax after a day at the beach. My wife and I will definetly stay again and again!
