Natural light pours into the home through a wall of windows that reveal beautiful views of the lake located in the backyard! It's the first thing you see as soon as you walk through the front door!

A large, open-concept living area greets you with new furnishings, new decorations, a cozy fireplace(no fires indoors allowed-sorry), a new 65" inch flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix as well as YouTube TV(local channels +MANY more), and Disney +, and a formal dining room table - perfect for your lakeside retreat.

The second living area offers additional seating and opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with new cooking supplies, new stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for extra dining space.

Need fresh air? Head out to the backyard and sit out on the patio, grill out, or walk down to the private dock for a fun day on the water. With 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards it will be easy for everyone to enjoy the lake. End the day around the fire pit and watch the sun go down while enjoying some smores.

For rest and relaxation, head to the bright master bedroom and cozy up in the king-sized bed while gazing out at the moon reflecting off the lake through the glass wall of sliding doors. The rest of your crew will find comfortable sleeping accommodations throughout the rest of the home.

This whole home was renovated in 2019 and improvements to the property are consistently happening. You can keep up with the updates on our social media pages. Look for Whitetail Rentals. There are too many updates to list but the newest update for 2022 is a new floating dock with boat and jetskis slips will be installed end of February-this is going to be an AMAZING upgrade to this property. This is a quiet cove with neighbors that look out for each other and are super friendly!!

The convenience of this location is one of it's bigger selling points. It's right around the corner from Burnet County Park -where you can launch your boat(close enough that you can walk there if you want to).

We are also just down the road from Canyon of the Eagles (great restaurant with a view & for a small fee, great hiking trails) and Vanishing Texas River Cruises. We are also just 5-10 minutes from the brand new Spider Mountain Bike Park. This park has super fun bike trails for the whole family-they take you and your bike on a lift to the top of the hill and you bike down on one of their varied trails! This place is really unique-you'll want to check it out!

Things to remember:

-Lake Buchanan like Lake Travis and most of the highland lakes, is a variable level lake.

-for insurance reasons we do not allow our guests to use the indoor fireplaces

-we are not responsible for power outages, and weather patterns, lake levels, things of this nature, and therefore no refund will be given for something completely out of our control.

-No discounts or cancelations will be given because something was broken by a previous guest and there wasn’t enough time to fix it before your arrival. We address ALL issues as soon as is humanly possible. Examples of this would be things like a broken shower, a broken chair, some gadget in the kitchen, etc., if it’s possible to fix it before your arrival you can rest assured it will be fixed.
