This townhome can accommodate up to 13 people with a queen bed, 40” smart tv, private balcony and private bathroom located in the Master Suite; a queen bed, 40” smart tv, lounge chair located in the second suite; two twin over full bunk beds, twin trundle bed, 55” smart tv, and a sofa sleeper available in the living room for extra guests. High speed Wi-Fi throughout.

The living room area is setup with a 65” UHD smart tv, large open area to the kitchen and dining room.

The back patio is furnished with a table, chairs and gas grill!

Great Location, Great Property!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and trip to Zion NP. Fantastic pool with lazy river and large hot tub. What I saw in the listing was what we found on location. I would use this VRBO again!

Amazing place, stay, views.

We stayed here while we visited Zion and Bryce. This place was a dream! Every single thing you could think of was at our fingertips. The condo was beyond beautiful and extremely clean. The pool area was a huge hit after hiking all day. The town itself of Hurricane was perfect for our family as well. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Exactly what we were looking for

Very positive experience. The place looks exactly as in the listing. It is very comfortable and the it location is great if you want to visit Zion National Park or other places around St. George. Kids loved the pool.

Great southern Utah stay

Townhome is nice and clean. Great pool, clubhouse, and sport courts. We loved the convenience to Zion, Brians Head, Bryce Canyon, and Page, AZ. We were able to visit several great areas from one centralized location.

Great Community, Fun Pool!

The listing is just as described, so you are getting exactly what is listed. Great communication with property manager during check in process and when we had an issue with internet, it was quickly resolved. The size worked well for my family of 4 adults and two kids, but could definitely fit more people than what we had. I provided some feedback to manager regarding the lack of window coverings in the master bedroom, and they said they would resolve for the next guest. Also, we knew that there were only queen beds on property, but it wasn't great sleep for my husband who is 6'4 and myself. This property could "level-up" if they put king beds in the bedrooms. The rooms are so large that king beds could definitely fit. Otherwise, it was great stay and worked really well for our family!

Clean, new and spacious

Great place to stay, kids loved the pool. Only a half hour drive to Zion National park. Read the fine print about the number of guests. Can sleep up to 13. But any more than 6 guests are charged and additional $5 ea per night. I guess I missed that part. But we'd definitely stay again. We have used many vacation rentals and this one is definitely the nicest and cleanest we've ever used.

Great

The neighbors were in their hot tub every night we were there yelling and laughing until about 3 am. The windows do not keep much sound out. But as far as being able to hear the neighbors through the walls, couldn’t hear them at all. But other then that everything was as expected which is exactly what we wanted.

Gorgeous mountain hideaway!

This cabin was a sudden gem sitting right off the main road with the most spectacular sunrise AND sunset views. It was a special treat to wake up each day to the glorious mountains and valleys below ya. We err walking distance to the gas station/convenience store, the restaurants (2) and the bar!! And a short walk down the valley allowed us access to the Sevier river a little fishing at dusk. The house was beautiful—clean and well kept. Yeh kitchen was very well appointed — so making dinners was a snap! Only about 30 minutes to Bryce and Navajo lake the other direction, and Panguitvh another, made it absolutely perfect to get anywhere quickly which you can’t do in the mountains we learned. And the bonus was the owners horse sassy and cat socks. The kids both enjoyed saying hello each am... Overall a great place and location and the owner Leslie and her brother Dave were great!!

Family National Park Trip

Our family of 5 - kids 13,11,8 stayed at this property for our school vacation. Check in was seamless with the door code messaged to us. Rory was cheerful and responsive in his messages. The garage was great to park the car inside - being a rental gave us extra sense of security. We made this condo our home base and did long day trips. It was nice to be able to settle in and unpack at the same time seeing multiple parks. The multiple bed choices gave everyone their own space and the TV’s in each room was a special treat. The condo was clean and comfortable, I was pleased to find the corkscrew in the drawer after a long travel day! All appliances were included and in good working order. The master bedroom was spacious with a great bathroom and walk in closet. I loved my mornings on the porch! The pool and club house was great - the lazy river was fun, the hot tub was perfect after our long hikes, we used the workout room and air hockey table every day! Condo is close to Walmart and a gas station which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Clean, good location, and good value

We had a terrific time visiting Bryce NP, Zion NP, the Wave and Vegas during our 5-day stay. This place is close to Walmart and not too far from Costco and supermarkets. The place is new and check-in was painless.

Family Vacation to Zion

Our condo was very clean and nicely decorated! The pool and hot tub were great and well represented by the pictures. The hiking sticks and pool floaties were useful and appreciated. We had plenty of storage space and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen supplies needed some attention. There were no hot mitts or dish towels, and the cooking utensils were sparse. The cups and mugs were worn out and there few of them. We had very noisy neighbors on Saturday night that woke us repeatedly around 2-4am, but the other nights were quiet. Overall, this was a great stay, and the town of Hurricane was quaint!

This property is beautiful. It’s clean, has everything you need, and it’s in a central location! I was not provided the check in information in a timely manner so I had to reach out to the host. However, the host got back to me within seconds and sent me all the necessary information. I’m so pleased with the timely communication. From here on out, my group of friends and I had an amazing time. We definitely took advantage of the fantastic pool and hot tub. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Fantastic time.

Great trip!

Nice sized home with good proximity to Zion and North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Pool area was great as well as clean; quite stunning at night! Bring tubes for the lazy river. Has everything you need in the home for cooking but bring a dishcloth and dish towel; had dish soap and new sponge. Also, bring some extra garbage can liners (tall). Paper towels were supplied as well. Has a blow dryer for those who don’t want to pack one. Also, they had both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot; not sure if there were filters so bring some. Overall, I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
