Newly renovated, beach block condo with ocean views from the balcony!

This 2nd floor condo has 2 beds in the bedroom, a Queen and a Full. There is a Full Futon sofa in the living room. WiFi and Smart TV provided. Kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Small stacking washer/dryer unit in kitchen closet. Unit also has a few beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler for guest use. Just bring your bed linen and towels for beach/pool and bathing.

Easy, convenient and relaxing! Elevator building with pool, just steps from the beach, restaurants, night life, amusements and more. Located on north end of Ocean City, close to DE line for tax free shopping. Don’t miss Sundaes in the Park with live music & fireworks every Sunday from 7-9pm at Northside City Park & Recreation Center just a few blocks away. One reserved Parking Space with ample free street parking surrounding the building.

Our condo is in a great location - much less crowded beach than other areas in OC. Relax and enjoy!

Great quiet location steps to beach

This condo is in a great location with lots of places within walking distance to check out. It was very clean & well equipped. Phyllis was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

Accurate description and perfect location

The description was 100% accurate and it was only steps from the beach which with two little kids was perfect. It was quiet, well kept and clean. The host is proactive and responsive . Perfect spot for a small family.

Great for a quick get away

Fist time in OCMD for my small family

We wanted a quiet front ocean property for our first time in OCMD. This condo was just what we were looking for. Clean, well equipped, and great access to the beach. Host was quick to respond to messages and provide a great property in a more quiet area of Ocean City. 5 stars all around.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

We were all happy with our stay at Top Royal North. We had the pool to ourselves for most of the weekend, and there are plenty of dining options in walking distance. The blocks around the 120s and higher skew a bit quieter, but the beach is right there and Northside Park is just lovely. Definitely would stay again.

100% LOVE this PLACE

This is such a beautiful condo! The view is amazing! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony watching the ocean. I had an issue with getting on the internet for school and the communication was fast and fixed within no time at all! This was our second time staying in this condo and my family and I plan on coming again next year!

Great Fall Weekend

We travelled to Ocean City for a long weekend getaway. The unit was just as described and perfect for two. Beach access is just steps away! We didn't spend much time inside but it is very comfortable and everything you need is there! Several restaurant options are within walking distance. I cannot say enough about Phyllis & Mark. We had originally planned to travel a week earlier but they were gracious enough to let us reschedule due to terrible weather from Hurricane Ian. Due to a comedy of errors on my part, we had a small problem upon arrival and Phyllis was available and helped with everything. I give them 10 Stars!!!

Simple living

Had issues with BR air-conditioner. Was unable to reach the host until following morning. (Need to include phone number of host with information.) Do not plan a trip to OC in mid September there is a yearly Motorcycle convention 100,000 bikes-noise level is unbelivable.

Great location

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful beach. Having an elevator is a huge plus for me. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner. The balcony has a lovely view of the ocean, but the small table and chairs are extremely uncomfortable, limiting the time I spent outside.
