Loved this cozy and warm cabin in the woods. Waking up in the morning to have coffee overlooking the stream was perfect and we even saw two bald eagles! Our teen age boys loved walking around on the bank of the stream while my husband fished. It was truly the relaxing time all of us needed!
We really enjoyed the cabin. It wasn’t as secluded as I expected but once you were at the cabin, you really couldn’t see the cabins on either side of this one. The view of the river was beautiful and my babies enjoyed bouncing on the porch and watching the river.
Beautiful cabin right by the river! Very private with everything you need for a romantic getaway. We loved it!! Paula is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend!!
It was cold and snow came in and shortened our trip. However, the cabin was so cute and quaint. Loved the fireplace and the king bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the hot tub due to weather but it was clean and hot. Very secluded but felt safe. The Hosts, Paula and Greg were great. They were very gracious with an emergency re-schedule. This cabin would be amazing in the summers!
This is the perfect place if you don't like being crammed in neighborhood with 20 other houses right on top of you. The cabin sits right on the river. We will be back!
The property is in the perfect location, away from the craziness of Gatlinburg but close to a grocery store and the park entrance. Lovely setting along the river. The cabin was the perfect size for us. Thank you!
Everything has been thought of. The river is gorgeous. It is secluded and private. There are a few cabins near by but not in your space. Neither happened to be rented while we were there. So, that was a bonus. Location is close to anything in Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. Buck’s Cabin is/was everything we were looking for in cabin.
Great host and communication is outstanding. This cabin is not glamping but it's better. This is exactly what we were looking for. A rustic river front cabin in the woods, with privacy. Comfortable furniture and beds, good AC and heat, nice large new shower, and a great river front porch. If your looking for a 5 star resort, with the downtown hussle right out front, this isn't it. Other then a few passing trucks and cars on the other side of the river.....it's just crickets. The driveway is a little tight and turning around at the cabin in a truck takes a little maneuvering but it can be done. Remember this is a mountain cabin in the woods, not a condo. That's what makes it special. I'm sure we will be renting again in the future.

Cozy rustic cabin that was spotless. The river is literally right out the back door. Super communication and flawless check in. A bit hard to get to but, hey, it's the mountains and it's supposed to be that way! We'll be back!
What a great cabin! Comfortable, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Paula and Greg have done an outstanding job providing a cabin that exceeds expectations. Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The Bradys are excellent communicators who provided info about area restaurants, etc. This was a perfect getaway!
Our 2nd time staying here, cozy and peaceful. We enjoyed the river and hearing the rain on the roof at night. I communicated with the owner a few times and they were always quick to respond and professional.
Had a great time just sitting on the porch and listening to the creek babbling by. Very nice cabin and well appointed. Would definitely recommend to anyone
The other cabins were empty so we had the entire area to ourselves. Thunder storm was awesome with the rolling thunder that lasted for about 15 seconds each time. Hot tub was covered which we prefer. In our opinion the parking was very tight for a full size truck you can barely turn around and backing out would be crazy. We would stay again the river was really relaxing.
I can’t get enough of Sevierville, and this cabin is truly a gem. Within the last year I’ve been twice and I look forward to booking another trip soon. Thanks so much for sharing your gorgeous property with us.
We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again. The cabin was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed for the perfect weekend getaway.
This is our second time of staying at this cabin and it will not be our last. To be right on the river in the mountain is just nothing but tranquility. We love to be able to fish right off the cabin and it is so quiet. The owners are fantastic to deal with and answer all your questions. We have stayed in other cabins down in this area and nothing compares. If you want away from all the hustle and bustle this is the place. Great memories in this cabin.
We had a great stay! Perfect sized cabin for a small family. Love the location on the water.. my husband and son caught several small mouth right behind the cabin.
The property was amazing on the outside of town away from all the crowds. We enjoyed it so much. Owner are very responsive. We loved it. If we would ever come back we stay again
We had an amazing time in this cabin for thanksgiving. Thanksgiving afternoon we had a Bear visit to just check us out for a few seconds. It was amazing. The wildlife was amazing. Very peaceful and secluded and highly recommended
We enjoyed our stay at Riverfront Refuge. Very peaceful and quiet. Even though this cabin is remote, it is actually close to town and all of the tourist attractions, less than a 20 minute drive. The best is being on the river and having access to walk down to the river bank. We took our foldable camping chairs down to the bank and enjoyed listening to the water and birds. We also slept with the sliding glass doors opened so we could sleep to the water streaming, so relaxing especially with the cool air and being bundled up in flannel sheets. The screened in back porch is the best. The hot tub was very relaxing and secluded. Paula was very quick to respond. We both enjoyed our stay.
We absolutely loved the cabin. The location on the river was great.

About the host
Hosted by Greg or Paula Brady
My husband Greg, and I moved here from Texas in 2017. We absolutely love living in the beauty that East Tennessee offers. We enjoy motorcycling, nature and the outdoors. Greg is a retired airline pilot and I am a Realtor and manager for our cabins. We have a Westie named Jackie & a Havanese named Havana plus a toy poodle named Button and live within 25 minutes from our cabin. We strive to give our visitors a cabin they will make memories in and want to visit again. Our goal is a five star visit that will make our visitors comfortable in a cozy cabin to get away from the every day stresses of life while they enjoy nature, magnificent views, privacy, but still close to the attractions that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge offer. Unlike some out of state owners, we are in the vicinity and strive for excellent visitor care during a stay. Five cabins are available. Four have beautiful mountain views and the 5th, our latest has a magnificent riverfront view. You are sure to enjoy any of these special getaways for a honeymoon, family outing, relaxation or just fun. Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. We look forward to your stay.
