About this property

With its south-facing lanai, this tastefully-furnished private home located in prestigious Lely Resort makes it easy to soak up the warm Florida sun all day! It offers a comfortable, open floor plan and a spacious lanai which easily accommodates six guests. The master bedroom has a memory-foam king bed, private bath and walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms are furnished with another memory-foam king bed and twin beds. Bath towels and bed linens are replaced frequently so that guests will always feel special.

The secluded lanai boasts a 14’ x 28’ heated pool, Weber gas grill, and inviting patio furniture. This outdoor retreat is peacefully quiet and surrounded by dense landscaping for complete privacy. There is also a community pool and heated spa within a short walk. Four adult bicycles, tennis racquets, golf clubs, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, a cooler, and plenty of sand and pool toys are also provided.

Golfers will be pleasantly surprised to be only a couple of minutes from the two championship golf courses at Lely Resort. The Flamingo Island course (designed by Robert Trent Jones) has been hailed as one of “America’s Best” by Golf Week Magazine. The Mustang course (designed by Lee Trevino) is over 7,100 yards long and has multiple tee boxes for golfers of all skill levels. The newly-remodeled Flamingo Island clubhouse features Sam Snead’s Restaurant with picturesque golf course views – one of the owner’s favorite dining spots.

Guests can also visit Eagle Lakes Community Park (immediately west of Lely Resort) which has paved bike paths, tennis courts, and nature trails. The new aquatic complex features a large heated pool, children’s activity pool, open and closed water slides, and a wading pool – definitely a fun spot for everyone!

Lely Resort has long been regarded as one of Florida’s premier vacation communities. It is centrally located between downtown Naples and Marco Island – both famous for their pristine beaches, exquisite shops, and many fine restaurants. Nearby attractions include Naples Municipal Pier, Fifth Avenue and Old Naples, Corkscrew Sanctuary, the Naples Zoo, Sun-n-Fun Lagoon, Naples Princess Boat Cruises, Tin City, Rookery Bay National Reserve, and Everglades National Park.

Great Vacation!

We thoroughly Enjoyed our entire month at the Lely House. it was extremely relaxing and the house had everything you would need. Hosts communicated with us perfectly and were available as needed. We would definately stay here again. Pool was awesome. Was hard to leave. Julie & Bill

Très belle maison

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à Naples dans un quartier idéalement situé et magnifique (parfaitement entretenu). La maison était idéale pour 5 personnes. Ne pas se fier aux photos en réalité la piscine ainsi que la terrasse sont beaucoup plus grandes. La maison est très bien équipée, il y a tout le nécessaire. Je recommande vivement cette villa ! Beautiful, well-equipped holiday home

There were five of us and we had enough space. The house is excellently equipped and very well maintained. The support from the owner and the descriptions of how to use all the facilities were exemplary. The well-equipped kitchen (large fridge with ice cube maker, large stove and oven), the beautiful large pool area outside (with a large dining table and Weber grill), the stable internet connection and the well-functioning air conditioning are to be emphasized. There are enough sun umbrellas and beach chairs available in the large garage for visiting the beach. The Falcons Glen gated community is well maintained and quiet. Shops (Publix, Walmart, Aldi, Staples, CVS, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes by car). The beautiful beach in Naples is about 15-20 minutes by car. It takes about 40 minutes to drive to Everglades City to take an obligatory airboat tour. In Estero (about 40 minutes by car) is the large Miromar Outlets with very good special offers. Everything worked perfectly and our deposit was refunded.

A lovely holiday rental

The villa was really well equipped and very clean and spacious. We loved the pool and access to pool toys for the kids. It was great to have a washing machine/dryer to keep up with our washing. The beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood very quiet. It’s close to supermarkets and restaurants and about 15 mins south of Naples centre. Lely resort is extremely well manicured and we even spotted an alligator (at a distance!). We really enjoyed our week and would definitely recommend it!

Amazing house

One of our best vacations in Florida…Naples is amazing…My family and I, rented this house for the first time. We were very happy with it. We loved the house and the pool was great. The house had all the amenities we had wish for!! We will definitely choose it again. Thanks to Tom and Re for everything.

Lovely stay

Enjoyed our stay, good location and pool was a great size, you could actually swim in it. Bed not comfortable for us but that’s a personal preference. All in all a great holiday.

Nice home. Had everything in the house that would be needed.

Enjoyed the month-long stay. Lely is a beautiful development. The Falcons Glen section was nice for walking and well as access to one of the main roads. Beds were very comfortable and family room furniture was also comfortable. BBQ worked fine though a couple of times, used the lighter to ignite the non-starter side (not an issue). Pool was nice to have

Comfortable Christmas Stay

This villa is very comfortable with everything you would need for a great family stay. This was our third year staying in Lely at Christmas. We take our sons (18 and 19) golfing nearby and enjoy the area restaurants. But this home had all the necessary kitchen amenities so we were able to cook more this trip. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen table was large for us to play cards and put together a puzzle, and having two full bathrooms was fantastic. The master bath is a bit small but we made it work. Huge closets, great TVs, extra blankets, and very cozy. This is a well cared for home that has every detail accounted for. The location is also great! There’s a Publix within a mile. It’s 20 minutes to downtown Naples or Marco Island. Either direction, you can get to great restaurants and beaches from this villa. The home’s pool was cleaned so well routinely, it was warm, and the garage had many toys and floaties. Everything you need for a beach visit is there too! Bikes, golf clubs, etc.. The outdoor furniture was perfect for morning coffee and the outdoor dining table was great for us too. We love in the north so we wanted to spend as much time outside as we can and this home made that possible. The community pool was also so nice and allowed us to get more sun. We used both pools and loved that we had options! Great stay - would rent again and highly recommend for families!

Naples Getaway December 2022

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Falcons Glen. Everything was absolutely as described and the pictures were accurate. The house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was really well-equipped and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week-long stay. The pool was clean and comfortably warm. The fact that it is facing south makes a real positive difference in the winter months as it was sunny and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and the wi-fi worked very well too. Five stars plus for this wonderful home! Tom was a great host and did everything possible to make our stay a very pleasant one. The communication was excellent. We look forward to staying here again, and can heartily recommend Falcons Glen to anyone looking to visit Naples. Thank you again Tom!

comfortable house with all amenities

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable, had all the amenities, plenty of TVs, plenty of pool toys and other thing such as bicycles available for use. Kitchen was fully equipped. The glass cooktop stove had a crack but a property care taker lived right around the corner and brought an electric pan that, together with the grill, was sufficient. The property owner was very responsive and responded right away to any questions we had. The pool area was also very comfortable and the pool was clean and heated. We ended up being stuck there during Hurricane Ian and I am happy to report that this house is absolutely hurricane prove! Overall we had a great stay despite the hurricane.
