Why rent it?
because it is a luxury mini-apartment, refined in a small residential complex suitable for couples or small families. Located in the splendid marina of Porto Cesareo (today one of the most famous summer tourist resorts of Salento) in front of Hotel "Le Dune", where a beautiful beach extends uninterrupted for 17 kilometers and from the sea rises an archipelago of islets often reflected in a calm, crystalline and uncontaminated sea. Just a few meters from the beaches and a few km from the marinas of Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo, Maruggio.
The mini apartment consists of a well-kept living area with fine finishes, parquet flooring and sliding glass windows with mosquito nets through which you can access the balcony with sea view, with an electric awning and electric shutters.
A refined pocket door reveals the functional kitchenette also equipped with a washing machine.
Equipped with air conditioning (independent heating is available in winter), it also has an independent double bed area with wardrobe and LED TV, in the living room a sofa bed for two people and a very refined bathroom / shower with hair dryer and linen .
You will have at your disposal an underground garage also connected with an electric opening lift to have a car / motorcycle always protected.
We remind you that you will be able to take possession of it on Saturday at 3.00 pm and then leave it free the following Saturday within and no later than 10.00 am.
