Situated in the hamlet of Branchport at the north end of Keuka Lake, this modest home offers 4 bedrooms with sleeping for eight guests. Located on a private road just off the Main Street in Branchport, The Myst features a large side yard for playing outdoor games like volleyball and bocce ball, a nice view of Keuka Lake and the Keuka Lake State Park, and is even dog friendly, so no need to leave the family pet at home!
Parking areas are on either side of the house, and the main entry off the covered porch leads right into a spacious living room, with comfortable furniture and a flat screen cable TV. In the center of the house is a large, eat in kitchen, with dining table seating for four. A bedroom with a queen bed is located right off the kitchen, as well as a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and washer and dryer. A screen porch in the back of the house features a limited view of Keuka Lake and the state park. The second floor features three large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Located just 10 minutes from Penn Yan, and 15 minutes from Hammondsport, guests of The Myst will be conveniently located to area attractions such as the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, The Windmill Farm and Craft Market, and several fine restaurants. For those that enjoy swimming and boating, the Keuka Lake State Park is just a one mile drive from the house. For boat rentals, there are two marinas just a quarter mile south of this property. For kayakers and canoe lovers, there are several rental companies available that will deliver, or if you bring your own there is an easy launch area right in Branchport at Sugar Creek that leads into the mouth of Keuka Lake!
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
