About this property

A homey luxury modern & quiet apartment with PARKING & garden within the walls

PATRICIA is a spacious 2 floors apartment located within the Medieval walls of Lucca, right next to the ancient Romanesque Church of San Francesco in a very quiet central corner of the town.

The apartment is REACHABLE BY CAR and come with a PRIVATE GARDEN and a PRIVATE PARKING, secure and fenced inside the property included in the rental price.

Patricia has been renovated with all modern comforts and up to a very high level with modern top quality brand facilities.

The garden is fenced and has an electronic gate to access with a car. The patio right outside the living room is paved and has a table and chairs for dining and a sofa with 2 armchairs to enjoy the outdoor and the old trees and wisteria around is lighted at night.

The spacious living room open onto the garden and has a French window overlooking the patio. The dining table seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, freezer, refrigerator, American coffee maker and toaster. The counter has a breakfast table with 2 stools overlooking the garden outside. On the first floor, the bedroom has a king size bed and a spacious wardrobe, a big French windows with terrace overlooking the greenery and a luxury bathroom with a spacious built-in shower.

The apartment comes with a very reliable WIFI connection provided by the national phone company.
The apartment is AIR CONDITIONED throughout!

Absolut empfehlenswert !!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen gepflegten Ambiente war perfekt. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Es liegt wunderbar central und trotzdem Nachts absolut ruhig. Super auch der PKW-Stellplatz im Garten !!. Sehr gute Restaurants sind z.B Trattoria la Dritta Restaurant La Norma sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect place to discover Lucca

The perfect location, the clean rooms and the fact that you could parc the car just beside the appartment. The Baking pans are not good quality, my suggestion is to replace these.

Wonderful find in Lucca

Beautiful apartment with private parking inside the walls of Lucca. Luxury apartment with great decor and immaculate. Has a small patio with comfortable furniture and a balcony off the upstairs bedroom. Property manager met us there within 10 minutes of our arrival. Chiara was professional and very pleasant. We will be back.

Perfect location

We had a change of apt, the week before travel but we’re not disappointed with the alternative given. The apt was in a perfect location, nice and quiet but just a short stroll to restaurants and shops. Couldn’t fault it one bit.

Hidden gem in heart of lucca

I cannot recommend this property highly enough (and i am a fusspot!) the location with own parking and outside garden area were ideal. Easy driving in and out of the city. 1 minute walk into a gorgeous square with bars/restaurants and a mini supermarket. An additional mirror either in the bedroom/downstairs if bathroom is occupied!

Wonderful modern apartment

Wonderful modern and well designed apartment in a quiet area very near a charming piazza and the park(s) atop the wall which surrounds the town. We were met by Sonia who let us in and quickly took care of the fact that the apartment had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We returned after a leisurely lunch in the piazza to find the place nicely cleaned. The garden terrace is wonderful and really expands the usable space of the property. One note, the unit is, as we were informed when requesting additional toiletries, "a self catering apartment" so be prepared to purchase additional items (toilet paper, soap shampoo), breakfast, coffee etc. which is quite easy as there are several small markets within walking distance. All in all a really nice place from which exploring Lucca is a pleasure.

Sensationell gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der eigene Parkplatz vor der Tür und die Terrasse sind nicht zu toppen.

Modernes Domizil in der Altstadt von Lucca

+Sehr gute Lage, wertvoller Privatparkplatz, gute Kumminikation und Untersützung, Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet -leider sehr viele Mücken auf Terrasse und Balkon, -Fliegengitter wären notwendig, weil man kaum lüften kann Insgesamt aber durch die tolle Lage empfehlenswer

Excellent location in Lucca

We were staying for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the location of this beautiful appartment. Important was for us the dedicated car parking place which is a big plus of the property. Communication with the agency and even the owner was easy and they were all very helpful. To mention is also the little balcony and the table and chairs in the garden directly in front of the entrance to the appartment - it’s secluded and perfect for a breakfast or lunch in the sun. We would stay there again if we were to return to Lucca!

Guter Platz in Lucca

Das Apartment ist funktional eingerichet. Die Bilder stimmen 100% mit dem Apartment überein. Wir haben insbesondere den Garten genossen. Die Lage zur Stadt ist hevoragend, insbesondere entfällt die lästige Parkplatzsuche in Lucca. Eine kleine Anmerkung. Um den Chartakter eines gehobenen Arpartments aufrecht zuerhalten, sollten die Wände einen frischen Anstrich erhalten.

Beautiful city of Lucca

Upon arrival Property was very clean and spacious. Mrs Sonia met us and showed us round. On our visit the weather was chilly but we were told the law was that heating was not allowed. We are not sure that anyone had stayed in the property for some time before us. Air con remote didn’t work and tv remote had flat batteries which we had to replace. The property is marketed with a car parking space yet when I suggested getting a hire car from the airport prior to arrival, Mrs Sonia told us we would get fined by the cameras of the police if we drove into the walled city and it was best to use public transport, taking her advice we did this, but felt that the property was marketed to allow the use of aircon and car parking then not recommended on arrival. So we were slightly disappointed by this. The property although painted white does not get a lot of sunlight. Small Patio faces east so gets the morning sun briefly. The tyres on the bikes in the shed were not pumped up so we were unable to use them. The office said they would sort for the next guests. However Lucca is a lovely place to stay and we would love to visit again. However for the extra we paid for this apartment we would not use this apartment again.

Location centralissima

Posto all interno delle mura di Lucca con parcheggio privato è molto comodo se si vuol vi ere la città a piedi oppure in bicicletta, tra l altro disponibili all Inter o del costo dell affitto. Pulizia della cucina soprattutto non all altezza dell immobile purtroppo.

Great apartment inside the wall on quiet street with parking!

My husband and I enjoyed 1 1/2 weeks in this delightful and well appointed apartment. There is a private security gate that opens to allow a car to park. Nice private patio and from there you enter the ground floor apartment. Quiet street, washing machine in apartment with laundromat 2 doors down if you feel the need to dry clothes there rather than hang on the supplied clothes rack. Very nice kitchen. Upstairs is the large bedroom with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Small balcony with 2 chairs from the bedroom overlooking the garden. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town with cafes and good grocery store nearby. Mrs. Sonia was very quick to get back to me when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Tolles Appartement in zentraler Lage

Das Appartement entspricht genau der Beschreibung und auch die Fotos sind authentisch. Bei heißen Außentemperaturen war die Klimaanlage unverzichtbar. Schön, dass wir einen Auto-Stellplatz mit abschließbarem Tor hatten. Tagsüber konnten wir dank der zentralen Lage Ausflüge nach Pisa, Viareggio, Siena, Florenz, Carrara, San Gimignano, Volterra usw. unternehmen, abends spazierten wir auf der Mauer entlang oder stürzten uns zu Fuß ins Nachtleben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

a perfect spot in Lucca

Sonia's apartment was perfect for our stay! Me and my husband were very comfortable there. The garden is magnificent for early morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We used the bicycles nearly every day and the location was superb. Sonia was very kind and helpful. We adore Lucca and will definitely return; when we do we will certainly try to stay here again.

Lovely place for two in Lucca

The Appartement was everything it was advised for : Modern, clean and in perfect location to explore Lucca and surrounding areas. The agent, Sonia, was not exactly very helpful. The final info before check-in was a general list for all the apartments on her books - it would be helpful to specifically get instructions on how to drive to the apartment. Also our email questions concerning this matter did not get answered. Furthermore, we arranged with her on the day before check-in to meet at 2pm. She arrived 45 minutes later, and only after we sent another email that we were still waiting in the heat in front of the apartment. No mention of an excuse. .. Also beware - we had to pay an additional Euro 50 apparently for cleaning, even if it said on the website that final cleaning is included. .. Sonia showed us the additional sentence on the website. But why write further up that linen AND CLEANING is included and then add more costs to be paid on check-in? Doris & Walter, New Zealand

Feeling welcome at this place!

We were very happy with our stay at Casa Patricia. The apartment was nice, peaceful, clean, safe, new and well-maintained. The private garden was big and lovely, even nicer as it seems in the photos. We could park our rented car easily with the electronic gate. The location was good, it was near the market and the Anfiteatro with an easy access to the railway station to reach Florence and Pisa. The beach was pretty near too. It was nice to walk along the beach in winter with the view of the mountains with snow. Lucca had very nice shopping opportunities, the price level was low compared to Rome or bigger cities. We found also very nice restaurants near the apartment. There are plenty of shops and groceries nearby, and some really good restaurants (our favourite was Imbuto half block away from the apartment) Mrs Sonia was very helpful and very easy to contact. She have been so lovely and provided many precious suggestions for places to visit and where to eat. It was our third time renting from her and next april we will rent her aunt’s villa on the hills for the second time. We can fully recommend Casa Patricia and we could have another vacation there whenever. Scott and Beth

Perfect

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Everything was at hand, Mrs Sonia thought of everything to tell us about apartment and the area. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with a great bathroom and kitchen. Loved the living room both for breakfast and at the end of the day to enjoy a glass of wine! Fantastic in all respects, and would stay there again in a moment!!
