Near the village on foot with all the shops (grocery, butcher, bakery ...). This property has a magnificent view of the Petit Luberon mountain. You will appreciate its heated swimming pool (10m * 5m) equipped with a motorized shutter for the security, its spa area with hammam and Jacuzzi, its courtyard and its garden landscaped closed of 2,500 m2 with bowling and plancha for grills.

The house of 300 m2 is composed of 6 air conditioned bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that can accommodate 12 people. Wifi and satellite TV.
You will find on the ground floor a very spacious fully equipped kitchen and its utility room, a dining room - living room, spa area steam room and jacuzzi (3 people).

The night area on the 1st floor consists of 3 bedrooms:
• Spacious double bedroom with bed 180, bathroom-WC independent (n ° 1)
• Double room with 2 beds 90, bathroom-WC independent (n ° 2)
• Bedroom with double bed 180, bathroom-WC independent (No. 3)
The continuation of the sleeping area on the 2nd floor:
• Very spacious double room with bed 180, bathroom-WC independent (No. 4)
• 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with 2 beds in 90 (n ° 5 & 6)
• Shower room - WC (independent) shared for rooms 5 & 6

The rental price varies depending on the season, from 3500 € to 5900 € per week depending on the season.
It includes bed linen, towels, pool towels, change of linen every week in case of renting more than a week.
Out-of-house cleaning and 4h week cleaning are also included but we ask you to throw out the trash and leave the house in an acceptable state of cleanliness.
Extra cot and high chair are available on request.
