Fantastic house just 2mins from Shanklin Village and the beach is 5 mins away. Very spacious and ideal for a family. Great communication and simple processes.
A really nice house with a very relaxed atmosphere. It was ideal for out group with plenty of space especially the kitchen where we like to gather, plan our day over breakfast or in the evening enjoy our pre- dinner drinks before heading out to the lovely restaurants near by.
We rented the property with 6 adults and 3 children. The size was great, we didn’t feel like we were under each other’s feet. Loving areas and bedrooms were all very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, just missing a coffee machine. The only negative I would say is that the bedrooms need blackout curtains, they are very sheer and it was light at 4.30am. Other than that, I would highly recommend. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Thanks again.
This property is in a lovely location within walking distance to shop, bars, restaurants & the beach.
The in door space is lovely & very spacious. The garden is a good size and due to the lovely weather spent a lot of time outside eating & chilling.
Would definitely be back to stay.

A fabulous property for a holiday for a large family
Very comfortable - several deep sofas, beds are great.
Plenty of space - large rooms and plenty of them!
Well equipped - all you would expect from your own home, well except for the missing coffee machine.
Great location - close to the Town centre and its shops and restaurants, but also only a short walk down the the seafront.

A lovely house!
We really enjoyed our week in Shanklin. Lovely big house with plenty of room for the10 of us. Short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes), lovely village at the end of the street and lots of good eating options around. The owners were really helpful with everything. Would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as described and we had a fabulous time.
Thank you Craig for making our stay so memorable and for having the house decorated so tastefully for Christmas. Location was great too with the beach only minutes away and a great pub nearby too. A super house for a large party with plenty of comfy seating for everyone. We would certainly recommend your house to anyone booking a holiday on the Isle of Wight.

Great property in a lovely Village
Would have been a 5 Star review if the communication from the owner had been better. We had to chase details on how to get the key and again chase the return of the deposit. However, the property itself was perfect for a family get together with everything you could need and more.

The home is warm, cosy and inviting. We had a wonderful family time over the Christmas holiday.
We lived the house and the thoughtfulness regarding Christmas secs and the fact that there was plenty of sundry items like
Soap, dish washer tablets and condiments. We enjoyed some sea front walks and felt comfortable and relaxed there

Happy holidays
Beautiful spacious house, excellent position perfect for restaurants and shops.useful to take car down to Shanklin beach as walk back is uphill. Only complaint is access through a narrow driveway and outside areas could do with some TLC. Would recommend house.

Lovely spacious and comfortable Victorian house.
Group of 7 plus dog we had a fantastic few days on the Isle of Wight. The house was so spacious that we all had plenty of room. The bedrooms are all airy and bright and whilst the house retains many period features it is also has excellent modern facilities - the breakfast kitchen is really impressive. The garden is ideal for relaxing with a drink or for having a barbecue. The only slight irritation on arrival was that parking on the drive of the property ( we had a 9 seater minivan)was impossible because of the narrow entrance and lack of turning room. There is however a public car park 4/5 minutes away where we bought a weeks ticket for a small outlay.
A minor point and in no way spoiled the holiday- would definitely return to Clarendon house. Would recommend to friends, also lots of dog friendly pubs and cafes on the island.
