Outside shower. Private parking. The accommodation is located within the perimeter of the residential complex "Zinnibiri", consisting of 25 housing units in Marina di Tertenia. Within the complex there is a common swimming pool open during the months of July and August. The beach, free or equipped, is located about 400 m. Walking to the beach or hiking in the mountains are possible without the use of the machine.

Wonderful view and relaxing neighborhood

Because it is in a very rural neighborhood, it is very relaxing. We enjoyed the nearby beaches and the view from the terasse.

Casa Carlotta2

Great stay with fantastic views. Very nice pool and friendly people around. Location is a bit away from restaurants etc but you need the car anyway to reach the accommodation due to the steep climb. Overal we loved it!

Ruhiges Haus zum Entspannen

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus. Wir haben nichts vermisst und Monica, unsere Ansprechpartnerin war immer erreichbar (deutsch/englisch/italienisch). Die Umgebung des Hauses ist wunderschön, von der Terrasse schaut man direkt auf das Meer. In gut 25min Entfernung erreicht man eine sehr schöne Badebucht .Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe , große Supermärkte ca. 25min. entfernt.

Wundervolle Lage mit Blick auf das Meer

Der Check-In mit Zahlenschloss war sehr unkompliziert. In allen Räumen außer Badezimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt eine komplette Strandausstattung mit u. a. Sonnenschirm und Stühlen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist wenig frequentiert und diese Sauberkeit haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt. Zum Strand Foxi Manna könnte man zu Fuß gehen, ist aber mit vielen Höhenmetern verbunden. Wir waren an mehreren Stränden auf Sardinien. Dieser hier ist der leerste von allen, mit sauberem Wasser, feinem Sand und viel Natur im Hintergrund. Insgesamt ist die Gegend wenig touristisch mit viel Natur. Für uns war es perfekt. Das einzige Manko war, dass der Müll der Vormieter noch in der Küche war und es insgesamt nicht unserem Sauberkeitsempfinden entsprach. Aber dies empfindet jeder natürlich anders. Nachdem wir alles geputzt hatten, war es perfekt.

Traumhafte, ruhige Lage uns top Ausstattung

Die Wohnung liegt mit wunderschönem Meerblick am Hang, als letztes Haus der Zufahrtsstraße. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super: komplette Küchenausstattung (außer Backofen), Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirme, Strandliegen etc. Zum Gemeinschaftspool sind es ein paar Schritte zu gehen entlang der Zufahrtsstraße, es hat einen tollen Meerblick, nur sind dort in der Wiese keine Liegen/Schirme erlaubt. Wir nutzten es nur vormittags oder abends. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, kein großer Ort in der Nähe und ein Auto notwendig. Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Strand könnte zu Fuß erreicht werden, ist allerdings sehr steil zu gehen und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze beim nächsten Strand (Foxi Manni).

schöner Urlaub mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen

wir waren 14 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Die Strände sind ein Traum. Monica war sehr aufmerksam und hat regelmäßig geantwortet wenn wir Fragen hatten. Das Haus war insgesamt in Ordnung. wir waren dort mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 2 und 5. Das Kinderzimmer und der Garten waren für die Kinder prima. Es war von allem genug da. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war nicht nach unseren Ansprüchen. Das Besteck und Teller waren bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Im Kühlschrank waren noch Essensreste und in der Kaffeemaschine schimmelnder Kaffeesatz. Die Spülmaschine benötigt eine Grundreinigung. Auch die Dusche könnte mit etwas mehr Einsatz beim Putzen in besserem Zustand sein. Der Duschkopf war mittels Kabelbinder notdürftig repariert. wir haben einfach selbst nochmal alles sauber gemacht und haben uns dann wohl gefühlt. ich denke dass man die Endreinigung besser kontrollieren müsste. da hat sich wahrscheinlich der Fehlerteufel eingeschlichen. Wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

Kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf's Meer

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in dem noch relativen neuen Feriengebiet Marina di Tertenia, dass in den nächsten Jahren sicher noch wachsen wird. Es gibt zwei Strände und zwei Supermärkte vor Ort (gute 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt). Das Haus liegt auf einen Berg mit einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer vom Garten und der Terrasse aus. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist klein, aber schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt WLAN, eine Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, eine Waschmaschine und eine Außendusche mit Warmwasser. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und hat einen zusätzlichen Sonnenschutz, der auch nötig ist, da es sehr warm werden kann. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht italienisch, englisch und deutsch. Sie ist nicht vor Ort, aber telefonisch oder per WhatsApp zu erreichen.

Ein Bijou am Berg

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen. Meerblick pur und der Pool - meistens leer - befindet sich ein paar wenige Schritte entfernt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, so dass man sich einfach einrichten kann. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und involviert und hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Lage des Objekts setzt allerdings ein Auto voraus. Ohne Auto ist der Strand zwar erreichbar, doch der Weg befindet sich auf der Strasse. Bei Hitze nicht sehr angenehm. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ohne Auto viel zu weit. Eine B-Note gibt es für die Müllentsorgung. Der Müll muss zur Müllhalde "isola ecologica" gebracht werden. Achtung: Keine Abreise am Sonntag Vormittag, da die Müllhalde erst um 15 Uhr öffnet. Das ist aber wirklich alles, ansonsten wirklich perfekt!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Es waren super schöne 3 Wochen bei Monica im Haus.Klein aber fein.Die Aussicht ist der Hammer und der Infinity Pool topt alles! Es ist abgelegen und sehr steil zum rauf und runter fahren mit dem Auto,aber jede Steigung wert.Typisches Sardinien,nicht überlaufen und schöne Strände,herrlech.Die anderen Hausbesitzer sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Sehr empfehlenswert auch mit Kinder.Jederzeit gerne....

Sehr erholsame Woche

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön überhalb des Meeres. Wir sind erst bei Dunkelheit angereist, weshalb sich die Anreise sehr schwierig darstellte. Wir gaben did Adresse bei Google Maps ein, und wir landeten 3km entfernt. Erst als wir Residence Zinnibiri Eingaben kamen wir auch endlich an. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Und die Kommunikation mit Monica super. Wir würden wieder kommen!

What a wonderful view.

A great end to a beautiful vacation in Sardinia. Monica and family were great and extremely welcoming. The accommodation gives you everything you need for a long or short stay. Just perfect!

We spend in the apt. 13 days and we enjoyed every second of it. The apartmenet is very clean and has everything you need but we were mostly impressed with the terrace and magnificent view. It is priceless. There is also a pool just a few meters away and our kids enjoyed it very much. There are also many beaches near by and are not crowded. A car is a must. Monica is super host, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Wohnung super, Aussicht unbezahlbar!

Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war zwar nur virtuell, aber war super nett und es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Selbst die Anfahrt am späten Abend war mit Hilfe der Beschreibung möglich. Ein wunderschöner Flecken Erde zum Entspannen und Ausruhen. Touri-Trubel darf man und sollte man hier aber nicht erwarten. Das sollte alles so bleiben wie es ist. Danke.

Entspannung und Erholung pur!

Era fantastico! Die Casa Carlotta ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts! Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, fantastische Aussicht! Der tolle Strand bei Foxi Manna war im September beihnahe leer und in den umliegenden guten Restaurants gab es ebenfalls immer genügend freie Plätze. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und danken Monica für die sehr nette und unkomplizierte Betreuung!

Stunning apartment in a stunning location

The whole experience was an absolute joy. Monica’s communication throughout was fantastic and made it very easy for us to book and then locate the property. The property itself was everything you could wish for and more. The pictures don’t do justice to how lovely the location is and the apartment itself was very clean and very practical. Tolle Wohnung, traumhafter Ausblick

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung und es war wie beim ersten Mal traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung ist toll , der Ausblick fantastisch. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist notwendig. Wir werden wieder kommen!!!!

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblicken

Wir waren im Juli mit unseren beiden Mädels auf Sardinien. Die Kommunikation mit Monica hervorragend: Monica war jederzeit für Fragen aller Art erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht; sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Garten mit Terrasse und dem unglaublichen Ausblick ist einzigartig, ebenso der große Pool. Ein kleines Geschäft ist in der nähe (5 min mit dem Auto). Restaurant (eher teuer) zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Viele wunderbare Strände in der Umgebung.

Top marks for "away from it all" experience out of season.

+ Superb sea view, cozy, clean and comfortable, helpful owner. - rough steep access road, Wi-Fi not useable, phone signal intermittent, occasional temporary cut-off of water and electricity. Overall, really enjoyed our 2weeks at 14b. Don't let our minus points put you off, unless you need everything to be perfect.
