Well-equipped house on the beachfront - ideal for family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house is very clean, cosy and very well-equipped, especially the kitchen and outdoors, + board games and surfboards for the kids. Also baby equipment available on demand. 1 fridges and a washing machine make life easier. The house is beautifully located on the beachfront with great views and sunsets. (The beach is not directly accessible from the terrace but a 1-minute walk around the house + there's a little sand beach and then rocks, which is great to look for crabs etc when the tide is low). The house is a few minutes' walk away from the centre of La Cotinière with all commodities (fresh fish, bakery, small supermarket..). Bike rentals available. We discovered the island by bike which was great. The owner is very friendly and was available for every question / request during our stay. Would come again anytime!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus für Familien direkt am Meer

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) äusserst erholsame und ruhige Ferien verbringen können. Die einzigartige Lage direkt am Meer und die Terrasse mit Ausblick übers Meer werden uns unvergesslich in Erinnerung bleiben.

Superbe maison les pieds dans l'eau. Quel bonheur de se réveiller face à l'océan et de pouvoir admirer un coucher de soleil sur l'eau depuis la terrasse, chaque jour ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, ces vacances en famille ont réjoui petits et grands. La maison nous manque déjà...

Un sejour parfait

Location ideale pour tout le monde. Il ne manque rien , tout est là pour passer un sejour parfait. L'equipement de la villa etait au delà de nos espérances... les propriétaires ont pensé à tout et pour tous, grands comme petit. Quant à la situation géographique, on ne peut pas faire plus proche de la mer.... c'est magnifique.

Accueil Maison parfaitement agencée et niveau des prestations exceptionnel. Sa terrasse en front de mer vous permet de profiter de ce cadre magnifique au bord des plages. Je recommande sans aucune restriction.

Une parenthèse enchantée pour cette fête de Noël

Tout s est passé à merveille.Grande villa où il ne manquait absolument rien,tout est prévu notamment pour la cuisine.inutile de se charger,tout y est.La maison est vraiment au bord de l ocean,endroit très calme,bercé par le bruit des vagues.ce n etait bien sûr pas la meilleure période pour le tourisme et les baignades mais nous y retournerons.Un grand merci à Catherine et Thierry.

Haus traumhaft

Das Haus ist ein Traum!! Die Lage direkt am Meer, Sonnenuntergänge inklusive. Die Küche umfangreich ausgestattet, großer Grill. Ansprechend eingerichtet, Strand-, Kinderspielequipment vorhanden. Super Lage zum Städtchen mit Hafen und kleinen Geschäften/ Restaurants. Viele Sitzplätze/Liegen im Außenbereich des Hauses. Der Strand ist schön, allerdings felsiger Untergrund und Algen. Der perfekte Strand zum Baden ist circa 10 km entfernt. Im „Schlaftrakt“ gibt es nur ein WC (WC‘s von den Bädern getrennt), das andere ist von der Küche aus erreichbar. Wir haben direkt nach Buchung einen extra Vertrag bekommen, die hohe Kaution wurde erst 5 Tage nach unserer Abreise und ordnungsgemäßen Übergabe (anstandslos und vertragsgemäß) annulliert.

Maison magnifique mais propriétaire difficile

La maison est très bien située, les pieds dans l’eau, vue magnifique, très bien équipée mais la propriétaire est un peu difficile, état des lieux fastidieux(plus d’une heure), bonne communication avant notre arrivée mais plus rien après… dommage!

Des vacances de rêve!!!! 😇😇😇😇

Une MAGNIFIQUE maison, super bien équipée surtout la cuisine...on se croyait chez nous. Un vue époustouflante sur l'océan et la plage... un emplacement près du port et des commerces... un accueil chaleureux et dans le respect des règles d'hygiène. Bref rien à redire! On y retourne dès qu'on peut. Merci Madame Catherine 😉

Un lieu exceptionnel

La vue imprenable sur la mer, la terrasse avec vue 360, le salon spatieux pouvant accueillir des grandes tablées, son équipement et sa proximité avec le port en font une destination rêvée pour passer des vacances entre amis.
