The property is located at the bottom of the village of Bormes, in the heart of the small district "pines", walking distance to many shops and services: morning bread, the small newspaper, the market, doctor, etc. .. and even a starred restaurant or tennis club.
The villa is located 150m from the big bike path; Bicycles await you at home and in a few minutes you will be without difficulty in the pedestrian center or the large beach of Le Lavandou.

Mountain, Wine, Bike and beach…

We liked the hilly area with the old village of Bormes, the Rose wineries and to go by bicycle to the beach. House, Pool and sleeping rooms are well, contact and help of owner very pleasant and caring. We loved it.

Review of Bormes Les Mimosas Villa

We had a lovely stay at the Villa and enjoyed the pool very much and the close proximity to Bormes Les Mimosas and the wonderful beaches. The villa was well equipped and we had a very comfortable stay. In terms of making this an excellent experience for the guest, I think there are a couple of areas that could be improved upon. I know in the facilities section the villa is listed as having air conditioning, however this was a little mis-leading for us. When we arrived we asked if there was air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms but in fact, the air conditioning was only in a hallway that the bedrooms led off - not in the lounge at all or the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms did have ceiling fans (one a little noisy) so because we visited at the end of May, it was ok for us but we thought we'd highlight this as in the heat of July or August, guests might be left disappointed that there is no air con in the lounge or bedrooms. I also think that in order to give guests an excellent overall experience, it could be made much clearer that it is expected that guests pay a cleaning fee of 150 euros on departure. When we mentioned we were happy to clean ourselves (in the contract it does mention it is the lessee's responsibility) we received two texts from the cleaner and an email from the owner and I feel it was very much frowned upon that we were happy to do this ourselves. So if what you really want to happen is for us to pay the cleaning fee, then just amend the wording to say it is mandatory and is payable locally on departure. I think it is much better to be completely clear so that the guest, the cleaner and the owner are all completely sure of what is expected and guests aren't bothered with having to resolve this when they are on holiday. It most definitely could be made a lot simper through clearer communication and being upfront. Overall however a lovely stay and we would return to this area.

Séjour Aout 2021

Grande maison, de belles chambres, belles salle de bain, belle cuisine, joli jardin, grande terrasse, belle piscine, bon contacte avec le propriétaire et la gouvernante. Entretien de la piscine régulier. Maison pas très propre à notre arrivée (les chaussettes des enfants étaient très vite noir du sol, baie vitré trace de projection de liquide, beaucoup de poussières,... Frais de ménage beaucoup trop élevé, à ce prix le ménage doit être au top. Chaise en paille cassée, concernant les bancs solaires on a resserré tous les vis, sinon impossible de s'y poser, la mer beaucoup trop loin pour y aller à pied, vélo sur place ne sont pas en état de rouler, pneu crevé. La circulation en vélo avec enfants très dangereuse, les pistes cyclables sont souvent interrompues, du coup il faut rouler sur des départementales. Le village est accessible à pied, attention sur la route, circulation très dangereuse. Belle maison pour y passer des vacances lorsqu'on reste sur place on dispose de beaucoup de place.

Magnifique maison avec piscine dans le bas de Bormes les mimosas

Cette maison située à 10 minutes des plages du lavandou en voiture est très bien conçue et très agréable à vivre. Tout y est prévu pour que les locataires passent un très bon séjour. Les chambres bien séparées du sejour. Nous avons apprécié les soirées à l'extérieur près de la piscine- le temps s'y prêtait, la partie de ping pong ou de pétanque entre amis. Idéalement placée pour circuler le long de la côte, tout en étant au calme et découvrir les plages alentours, lavandou, Collobrieres, Bregancon ... et Bormes évidemment. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et apprécierons de pouvoir y retourner.

Superbes vacances

Séjour de rêve dans cette magnifique maison très spacieuse et joliment décorée. La description sur le site était 100% exacte . Aucune fausse note. Tant la disponibilité de Pascal que sa bienveillance ont été exceptionnelles. Organisation check in parfaite. Piscine, piste de pétanque et table de ping pong nous ont permis de passer des moments mémorables. Toute la famille a vraiment adoré ces vacances entre farniente au bord de la piscine, randonnées dans l'arrière pays, plage à quelques minutes en voiture et découverte de la côte et des îles en voilier...

Superbe endroit

Super villa proche de Bormes village (accès à pieds facile), piscine très agréable. La personne de contact est très disponible, le pisciniste passe deux fois dans la semaine pour que la piscine reste propre. Le petit bémol concerne la literie (hormis chambre parentale) qui pourrait être changée afin d’assurer un confort optimale. Mais super séjour, merci à Pascal et Dominique.

Rundum zufrieden 👍

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Familienhaus . Der Pool ist sogar für kleine Runden zum schwimmen geeignet . Man genießt eine sehr private Atmosphäre da rundum alles sehr grün ist und kaum einsehbar. Die besten Strände ( Plage de Jean Blanc ) erreicht man mit dem Auto in circa 20 Minuten. Eine Bäckerei für das obligatorische Baguette und Croissant ist circa 5 Gehminuten entfernt . Da wir nur zu zweit unterwegs waren nutzten wir auch nur ein Badezimmer sowie ein Schlafzimmer ( das große Doppelbett war sehr bequem 👍 das Badezimmer mit Wanne und begehbarer Dusche war perfekt ) TV wurde von uns nicht genutzt , daher kann ich auch nicht sagen ob es deutsches Fernsehen gibt . Ach ja , die Harman Kardon Anlage nicht zu vergessen 👍 Natürlich fiel auch der riesige Kühlschrank auf 👍 Unser Fazit: wir hatten eine traumschöne Woche und kommen gern wieder

Une semaine dans une villa très agréable

Satisfaction totale des 5 personnes sur place. Le descriptif est 100% conforme à la réalité. La villa est grande, très propre et très bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité, la piscine est nettoyée tous les jours par le pisciniste, terrain de boule et boules à disposition, table de ping pong ..... Le propriétaire est très réactif pour répondre aux questions. Bref un séjour réussi.

Sejour pour tout decouvrir

Belle propriété, bien équipée (sauf les vélos annoncés, non utilisables) et un peu de propreté laissant à désirer. Bon emplacement, tout proche du tres joli village et à 35 mns à pied des plages et du port. Vue mer très lointaine mais très bel environnement. Piscine non chauffée non pratiquable en Mai et plein de feuilles et saletés à cause du grand vent. Proche de divers sites paysagers et randonnées à découvrir. Très belle Région.

Dieses Haus ist einfach nur spitze! Wir hatten noch nie ein Haus das so Sauber und Tip Top gepflegt war wie dieses. Die Küche alles was man braucht, die Betten besser als zu Hause, die Badezimmer sind renoviert und die Toiletten auch. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage.

Eine provenzalische Villa wie im Bilderbuch

Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum, geschmackvoll innen und aussen und der Pool ist eine Wucht. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 3 Jugendlichen und jeder hat seinen Rückzugsort gefunden. Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern. An die tollen Strände fährt man 10 Minuten und zu Fuss ist man in 12 min in der Altstadt von Bormes les Mimosas. Würden sofort wiederkommen, ein Sehnsuchtsort.

Un séjour parfait

Échange très cordiale et efficace avec le propriétaire. Séjour en famille, villa très bien pensée avec une vue sur la piscine pour surveiller les enfants, très bonne disposition des chambres, cuisine ouverte, Terrasse très sympathique avec terrain de pétanque top! Un séjour excellent, je recommande vivement. Nous y retournerons très probablement !!

Entspannte Familienferien

Insgesamt schöne, entspannte Familienferien in Haus mit viel Platz sowohl innen wie aussen. Viele schöne Strände in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Wunderschöner, gut gepflegter Pool. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank.

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, ist schön eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Hier kann man gut mit zwei Familien einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Lediglich einen Kritikpunkt haben wir: Bei FeWo-direkt stand „Bettwäsche vorhanden“, vor Ort mussten wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher bezahlen. Zugegeben, im Vertrag stand ein kleiner Passus dazu, trotzdem sollte es im Inserat dann nicht als vorhanden stehen. Ansonsten alles top.

Ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes und sehr sauberes Haus. Die Einrichtung und die tollen neuen Bäder sind grosse Klasse.Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt und mit 18 Grad doch sehr kalt, was bei 25 Grad Aussentemperatur sehr schade war.Ein besonderer Dank an Madame Djekhar,die uns sehr gut betreut hat.

Sehr schönes Haus - gerne wieder!

Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit top und absolut empfehlenswert. Lediglich zwei kleine Anmerkungen: beim nächsten Mal würden wir eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen, da die vorhandenen Decken entweder aus zu warmen Wolldecken bestanden oder aus sehr dünnen Betttüchern. Um auch Fleisch mit genügend großer Hitze grillen zu können, wäre statt der Elektro-Plancha ein Gasgrill schön, außerdem eine Nespresso- oder Senseo-Maschine für die schnelle Tasse Kaffee statt der konventionellen Kaffeemaschine.
