This newly remodeled home was added to the existing attached carriage house in November of 2022. This full property listing includes
6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a gym, theater and hot tub. The property sits just 2 doors away from Wheat Ridge's main street and most walkable restaurant / pub area directly between Denver and the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Feel free to walk over to Colorado Plus which hosts over 50 Colorado Microbrews on tap and plenty of delicious food options. Or, even closer, sip on a latte at Stylus and Crate just a 1 min walk around the corner. (License 023648)

Because the guest house is adjacent to the main residence and we love our neighbors we ask all guests to refrain from smoking(tobacco and weed).

I charge $250 to any guest that makes the place smell like smoke. End of story. It takes too much time and money to remove. No loud partying.

Great location and house

Rented for over ten days . Had a great time and loved the location. Everything advertised and owner was great to work with. Look forward to staying there next year.

Place is broken

So I stayed here on a business trip. Upon arrival there was water all over the floors due to a leak in the roof. I contacted the owner to which he came over to repair the issue. The leak wasn’t able to be fixed while we there and to solve the issue we threw towels on the floor. Upon further inspection of the building we noticed a lot of things were broken or out of order. The couch was broken and so was the dish washer to name a few. There were so many rules with the hot tub we didn’t even use it. I contacted Vrbo trying to pick a different location to stay at and they never reached back but it seemed the owner knew about the issues before hand and failed to mention anything about them. Had we known before hand we would have just stayed somewhere else.

Great place for a family gathering

We needed a place for my father to stay after surgery to recover before going up in altitude. This was a GREAT location for him to have a quite area and the rest of the family to be able to gather and enjoy time together. Great to have 2 separate locations and a great yard for outdoor conversation. Hot tub was an amazing perk!!

Just awesome

The house just was as posted. We came in for a guys trip and didn't want to leave the house. The property was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

Way more comforts then home

Had an amazing stay, we are from Michigan and work for one of the local utility companies. It was so nice to be able to relax after a long day in the jacuzzi or even get a quick workout in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place close to Denver or shopping, great location with a couple nice pubs in walking distance.

Comfortable Space

Comfortable kitchen, sleeping and living area. Parking was a challenge due to tight space in driveway. Great location and host were great to work with. Would stay again.

Cozy and comfortable

Aside from some heating issues which Henry was very responsive to fix, we had a great stay at this property. The bedrooms are small, and there is little privacy between the two (the cool sliding door does not fully close), but the common space is sizable and all is very comfortable. The beds were great. Bring slippers in the winter as the flooring is mostly a cement slab.

The place was nice. The description of the beds was not very accurate, anyone who can sleep in that top bunk needs to be very small and not afraid of heights. Booked this place because we thought it was close to red rocks but it really wasn’t. It always wasn’t a quick walk to the food and bar scene. The pictures of the back yard also decieving their really is not much space.

We had a great time! The location cannot be beat, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. There were some toiletries left in the shower and towels in the dryer but otherwise the place was super nice!

Very nice space

Was very comfortable and nice vibe. Thought we'd be able to enjoy the door up and hammocks but rain and cold and a sprinkle of snow in early may resulted in us getting to know the wood burning stove. Took awhile to figure out heater and slow to warm up, but was warned about this and to use stove. Beautiful kitchen but not all things we needed ... but we like to cook. Will make suggestions to owner. Would recommend. Top bunk appeared not very functional as stated.
