house of 72m2 with a terrace of 30m2, 10 minutes from the beaches and the airport figari, 15 minutes from bonifacio and 25 minutes from porto vecchio, the place is in the countryside on land closed by an electric gate.
the house is new and fully equipped, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, bath, nespresso, canal +.
It is composed of 2 rooms for 3couchages, I accept 4 people maximum as well as your pets.

Maison agréable et bien située
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est fonctionnelle, moderne et convient parfaitement si vous avez des enfants comme nous. La localisation nous paraît idéale pour explorer le sud de la Corse en variant les sorties chaque jour. La plage la plus proche est à 10/15 minutes de voiture. Nous avons apprécié la maison au calme, dans un cadre très naturel, et le centre du village (5/10 min à pied) avec quelques animations lors de notre séjour (août).

Location très bien équipée, hôtes très sympathiques
Le village de Monacia est bien situé pour visiter le Sud de la Corse, village typique et très calme, proche des plages et des commerces. La mini villa est parfaitement équipée et très agréable, construite dans la propriété des parents de l'hôte. Très bon accueil de la part de tous et très bons moments passés avec Mario et Letizia que je salue et remercie vivement.

Parfait!
Super séjour dans une maison récente propre et très bien équipée. Petit village typique très joli à proximité de commerces de proximité. Un grand merci à Mario le papa au grand coeur qui nous a accueilli et a veillé à ce que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. Merci également pour toutes ses attentions tout au long de la semaine. Nous avons pu découvrir des produits locaux et goûter un très bon sanglier. N'hésitez pas à séjourner dans ce logement vous ne serez pas déçu !

On a bien passé un super séjour chez Laetitia et son Papa Mario au petit soin pour nous. au calme à la campagne et belles plages tout proche. Emplacement idéal pour faire Rando et plage. Sans oublier les îles lavezzi où on en prend plein les yeux. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Ortsrandlage direkt am Wanderweg. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und, nicht zu vergessen, einige wohlerzogene Katzen, die uns jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse begrüßten! Mit dem Auto kann man in 10-20 Minuten einige schöne, ruhige Badestrände erreichen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Au calme, parfait pour rayonner sur les cotes sud est et ouest. Nous avons passé 10 jours extra, entre ballades baignades et visites. Maison tres agreable, accueil au top. Merci pour cette belle destination.
