Affordable luxury with air conditioned game room, heated pool, and hot tub.
Welcome to our home in Doral Woods, a quiet conservation area! Located only 20 minutes (14 miles) from Disney!
There is a private heated pool (28 x 14) and a spa. The pool area is protected with child alarms on the exterior doors and a screen. The pool deck is enclosed and there is a deck with a 6-burner gas grill and seating outside. The neighborhood also has pool and tennis courts. The entire area is surrounded by lush vegetation creating complete privacy from neighbors.
Four bedrooms including one king en-suite, one queen en-suite, one queen room and one room with two sets of twin bunk beds that share a third full bathroom. There is a new pack and play with two sheets and high chair as well.
There are two large living areas including TVs (with PS3 and a printer in the front room). There are smart TVs in the en suite bedrooms.
The garage has been converted into an air conditioned/heated game room including a pool table, foosball table, large TV and bar table with bar stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, large prep areas and island, refrigerator with ice maker, two types of coffee makers (one being a Keurig) tea kettle, and other necessities.
The front entry has a ring doorbell but no other surveillance is on property.

About the host
Hosted by Richard and Buff Clark
Buff and I (Richard) live in Knoxville, TN, where I am an administrator in a small university that also has a campus here in Kissimmee. Buff retired a few years ago from the Indiana High School Athletic Association. We have lived in North Carolina but mostly raised our two children in Indiana. When we started looking for rental properties in Florida, we almost did not come to look at this home, but as soon as we walked in Buff knew this was to be our home away from home and we are trying to gradually put our touches on it.
Why they chose this property
There is something about this house that feels like home to us. It is partly intangible. But it is also about the way it opens up when you walk in the front door. The colors are warm and inviting. The furniture welcomes you to come have a seat. From the front door, you see out to the pool and sense that the reason you came to Florida (it is the Sunshine state after all) is right there in the family room. The furniture in that room is just slightly funky enough to appeal to the way we like to think of ourselves, as well.
What makes this property unique
The fact that everything is on one floor but the master is at one end with all the other bedrooms at the other is a nice feature. Further, the separate living room with TV and game console for the kids appeals to us since our grandchildren will share this home with us as often as possible. The room that caught my eye more than any other however, was the game room. All the other homes had a game room, however, they were not air conditioned and heated. When we added the spa to the heated pool, the home felt complete.
