Girls Trip

The property was amazing! The owner/manager was very responsive in all of my queries/questions. The listing is very accurate! Will definitely be looking for this place again for our next stay!

As long as you don't mind the noise!

We rented this place for it's convenient location to the convention center for a conference. The host notified us immediately that, because it was the weekend, that we could expect some noise and were welcome to cancel if desired. We opted to stay- the place was wonderful BUT, indeed, the bar upstairs was BUMPING friday night! I used headphones and white noise but could definitely hear all the footsteps and music. Given the host's gracious warning ahead of time, I didn't mind. DON'T stay here on the weekend if party noise bothers you. DO stay here if you want a great rental surrounded by fun restaurants and convenient to the convention center.

Neat Place, Loud Nightlife

First, we were told about the loud nightlife. We were still surprised. Overall a great place to stay. You will hear loud nightlife in this unit. The nightlife was off the hook. Communication with owner was outstanding. Apparently we had issues with VRBO’s messaging system on arrival. We had to intact the owner for entry instruction. Not a big deal. Owner was nice and cordial. We were able to park In the fenced in area. Not sure where you park otherwise Overall, a positive experience and nice unit.

Circumstances beyond control

For over half of the stay we were inconvenienced with no running water. So we had to Uber 45 minutes to a relative’s home to shower. However the property manager was extremely helpful and the place was awesome. Communication was pretty good and we could tell that this was beyond the property manager’s control. We don’t know why there was no running water and this was unfortunate for our trip. But we would love to give the property another try in the future.

Houston for the International Rotary Convention

The location of the property was just a short distance to the Convention Center. There are many bars and restaurant options in walking distance. There is a rooftop bar above the unit. There is a DJ every night of the week. The music is very loud and goes until approximately 2 am every morning. It was very difficult to fall asleep. The owner of both the condo and the bar are lovely. The residence is lovely. Be prepared for the loud music nightly.

Fantastic downtown location

There is no better location to stay if you want to be right in the mix of things. It is completely surrounded by bars including the sunset bar on the roof. Bonus property manager gave us coupons for free beer at the local brewery one block away. Over 10/10 experience

We enjoyed our stay!

This place was beautiful and in the heart of downtown city life. We absolutely loved it. Very clean and owner responded to all questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a spot in the heat of the city.

This condo was perfect!

Our family was in Houston for the quilt show. There were 5 of us and wanted a place that would be comfortable and convenient. The condo exceeded our expectations. Since we were traveling with my grandmother, Mike made sure that we were aware that we were in the middle of the night life area and it might be loud with the live music. We all were able to get to sleep every night, it wasn’t really bad, plus it was nice having places within a very short walk to eat. We will probably return for the quilt show in the future and will definitely try to get this condo for that future trip.

Great place, active nightlife

The space is clean and very comfortable. Nicely appointed with everything you need, just be sure to a) bring ear ugs or b) go enjoy the nightlife. We knew this coming in and the owner stresses this throughout the posting and checking but the condo is surrounded by bars, really cool bars at that. I recommend staying here, so long as you are prepared for the nightlife.

Outstanding Stay

I booked this hidden gem for my bday weekend events. If you want a location for the nightlife and convenience of walking around EDO, this is the place! Eight of us stayed here and had ample room. I loved the fact that all bedrooms were on the same floor which is hard to find in Houston. Understand that there is a rooftop club that is open until the early mornings and you will hear everything. We enjoyed it! We actually went up to socialize twice. The two couches downstairs turn into beds and my guests stated they were comfortable. I loved the open kitchen. I had a beautiful birthday dinner with a private chef and he had a lot of space to prepare a five course dinner. This place was extremely clean and had enough bedding and nice towels for my guests. **My only recommendations are install brighter lighting and mirrors in the two smaller bedrooms. Replace the loud master bathroom vent to something quieter.

I celebrated my birthday here with about 10 friends. Location location location!!! Right when you walk outside the night life awaits you within steps. Mike was a great host and answered any all questions me or my guests had. Parking is tight but we were able to find spots right near us. Would definitely book again!!

Exactly as advertised!

I stayed here with some friends and family to celebrate my Birthday and this property did not disappoint. Close to night life, great food, downtown, and overall a super cool unique property. Will be staying here again!
