About this property

Our home includes a Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a king size bed, ample storage space, a his and her closet, dresser, and lots of natural sunlight.

The Guest Bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, closet, chest of drawer, and a large window that faces our backyard. This bedroom is conveniently located right next to the guest bathroom which includes a spacious bathtub, shower, and a large vanity.

The Living Room/Dining Room is an open concept. The Living room hosts a futon which can be converted into a bed to fit an extra person, and a red couch large enough to be used as a bed for one more person. There is a 50” Smart TV with complementary access to Netflix. You’re also more than welcome to log into any of your own applications. The Internet is fast and reliable. The Dining area is conveniently located close the kitchen and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, a large island, and all the necessary supplies for a home cooked meal. We provide complimentary coffee and tea for our guests. Attached to the kitchen, is a fully furnished outdoor floating deck where you can enjoy chirping sounds with your morning coffee or an evening drink under the stars.

The Backyard is extremely spacious and equipped with a picnic table and a hammock perfect for an afternoon nap. It's partially fenced to allow your pets to roam with minimal supervision. Parties and/or large gatherings are not allowed. If guest would like to use space for a gathering additional fee will be charged. Approval is at owners' discretion. If guest is found to have a gathering without owners' knowledge, guest will be asked to vacate the property and reservation will be canceled with no refund.

The Laundry Room is in the basement foyer and available for guests staying longer than 7 days. Guests saying less than 7 days can access the laundry room for an additional fee. Please contact our property manager for more information.

Family Visit

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this home. Fit well for our needs. Nice sized kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space. Bathrooms stocked with toiletries. It is a duplex and the person downstairs seems to be a permanent renter. Very nice and quiet gentleman. The neighbors on the street were all very quit as well. There is a dull roar from the busy road nearby. But not bothersome. I enjoyed reading on the back patio. The driveway is very steep. There are some things in disrepair that would improve the experience. Some broken blinds and the 2nd bedroom door is almost inoperable for closing. The owner was very quick to communicate and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Good Place

This house was a good stay, very clean and the layout was awesome. We did have some hiccups though. The internet was not as strong as we needed (as discussed before we booked the location) BUT the owners installed an EEROS system and it helped until the power went out, two weeks after, and then for the last two weeks we had spotty wi-fi and had to use our hot spots on our phones for work. The owners did jump to help the first time BUT not so much the second time which was very irritating/frustrating. Second issue was the fridge went out on our last week. Mind you, it's not a big deal if you are staying for a short time but we were there for a month and had food that went bad bc of this. A mini fridge was given to us BUT no compensation for the food that went bad or even 'hey let me know what you spend on a night of eating out and I will help pay for it' which was frustrating. All in all, this house is nice BUT those two things did put a damper on our stay and made it more expensive (hot spot/cell phone charges, throwing away good food and eating out more).

Very comfortable

Nice beds and great shower! Check in was very easy even though we arrived as a Nor’easter just finished leaving 10 inches of snow and ice behind. The driveway was ready for us, the entry is steep. Responsive heat, plenty of hot water and a nice kitchen with a selection of pots. Towels and living room furniture were a little skimpy. Overall, It was a great week and we would definitely rent again.

Clean /good location

Very clean and centrally located for our needs. The only complaint is about the beds. The futons were super uncomfortable.

Comfortable and Convenient

The positive, The apartment was clean and comfortable and it was located near the main highway which made traveling to other cities and towns easy. There was parking off street as well as on street which was convenient for loading and unloading our vehicle. The Beds were Comfortable and having two bathrooms with showers was a plus. Although we ate out most of the time, the kitchen was well equipped for dinning in. The negative, During the really hot days (90 Degrees +) The air conditioning Condenser unit only cooled the apartment to 79 degrees. The smart TV was great for movies and game shows, but the regular local channels for sports was limited. (I love my Boston Sports).

Great rental!

Great rental - we stayed with our dog for a night and the apartment was very clean, easily accessible, ample amount of parking and a great yard for the dog! We had a few questions when we checked in and the owner was very responsive. They responded to our message almost instantly on a Saturday. Great place to stay!

1st Time

This was my first booking with any vacation rental. Great experience. 1) we initially booked for end of March- just as covid shutdowns were happening. Property manager was extremely helpful getting our trip rescheduled. Many thanks for that. 2) property was clean, conveniently located, and enough space for family of 5 with 3 teenagers. 3) Asha was prompt with all communication and questions. Seamless process. We will use this company and this property again.

We stayed at this property for two weeks while our house was being worked on. Had all the comforts of home. Convenient to the highway and area restaurants. Pet friendly! Easy check in and out and Tom was quick to answer all questions and checked in with us often. Highly recommend staying at this property.
