YOUR TROPICAL OASIS WITH PRIVATE POOL

The new owners have lovingly updated this beautiful home with your comfort and enjoyment in mind!

Splash in the clear blue Gulf waters at one of the several nearby beaches, Manasota, Englewood, Venice, and Nokomis, to name just a few. Chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and sand toys are provided for you with this rental!

Come home to your beautiful screened lanai with heated pool for refreshing relaxation after a day of sightseeing or beach-bumming. An outdoor dining table is provided for those nights you'd prefer to eat at home while enjoying one of our gorgeous sunsets by the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you'll need, and overlooks the pool.

Our comfortable open living room is equipped with a 50" smart TV (bring your own streaming services or use the free Roku channels) and free WiFi is provided for our guests.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and en suite bath. The second guestroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom/den is furnished with twin beds for additional guests.
The two-car garage is supplied with all the necessities required for a day at the beach. A fully equipped laundry keeps you available for any outing.
Our vacation home is close to shopping, dining, boating, fishing, hiking, biking and golf. Downtown Venice, a palm-tree lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants, is only a short 10 minute drive.
Venice, Florida is the shark-tooth capital of the world, and many beachcombers find these hidden gems while strolling along the water's edge. Come on down and see what you've been missing!

Love Venice
We love visiting Venice and spending time at the beach looking for shark teeth. This house was great! Very quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, stores and restaurants.

Lovely home!
All around great place to stay in Venice! Clean, comfortable, convenient. We enjoyed the pond, the privacy and walking the neighborhood each morning. Access to the beaches was easy and relatively close. The pool was a must for us and didn’t disappoint.

Great Home Base and Location
This wonderful home is a great central location to beaches, parks, bike paths, and shopping, all of which is just minutes away. The home itself is a great oasis and solid "home base" with the large sunny space and pool, all of which contributed to our overall vacation and our relaxation throughout our stay. My family enjoyed our daily coffee with the lake view and birds, our morning bike rides and swims, and evening BBQs together. The property manager (Bud) was readily available to answer any questions, and was responsive to any concerns that surfaced.

Was a nice house
It was a nice house. The managers were very nice and friendly. We got to check in a little earlier. The only thing I would suggest is a couple more pots that have lids and are a little bigger. Otherwise wonderful stay.

Quiet, private, peaceful stay.
They say location location location is important. That is certainly the case at this south Venice rental. Very close to stores restaurants and beach. We felt Bud Johnson the property manager, was extremely helpful and friendly, and got back to us right away if we had any questions. In fact we would have booked for next year if the dates were available. Hope to rent this property again sometime in the future.

Very nice home in an excellent location..
We enjoyed our stay for a month. Would have been nice to have more than 1 t.v. since my husband and I watch different channels but all in all, very nice. We liked the heated pool and also watching the birds in the pond behind the house.
