Good
We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was so easy. The cottage was very clean. We walked to dinner on Main Street and enjoyed live music. This unit does not have a bath tub. I picked it because the pictures showed a bath tub but it has a shower.

Quiet and Cozy
The cottage was perfect! We loved the cute decor and spacious room. We used the jacuzzi both night and enjoyed meeting the other guests. Too far to walk but easy short drive to all the shops in town.we will be back.
Very nice location and environment. Loved the pool and patio area. The only concern was that we did not realize this was an all adult location. I had invited my grandkids to come swim and eat pizza on the patio for the evening as we were in Fredericksburg to experience a family event. I would suggest installing a sign in the pool area that states adults only. Other than that we had a great experience and would book again.
Overall the stay was great. The room was lovely and the place is on outskirts kinda so it's quite yet u can still walk places. I will say the pillows where way to soft lol that's no issue tho I enjoyed it and the wife did too
Close to shopping and everything main street. Clean and spacious. Nice property. Only drawback - there was a ton of mosquitoes that made it hard to enjoy the pool/hot tub or sit on porch.
Truly enjoyed our stay. Quiet property. Close enough to the shopping on Main Street and short drive to Enchanted Rock and wineries. Comfy bed and linens, but I wish I had brought our pillows from home.

Locked Out
My husband and I accidentally left both key swabs in our room while enjoying the hot tub Friday evening. We were not able to get ahold of the property management co. (After hours went straight to voicemail). Luckily my husband was able to get ahold of someone through Linked In. No one ever returned our phone call after several panic messages. Staying 4 nights we were only given 4 towels and no one ever came to replenish or check our room.

Just Okay!
I have stayed in much nicer vrbo’s for the price. Sheets had stains, black hairs in bathroom, and on sheets. Over all the place could be much nicer, it just needs some tlc.

Very minimal
The property is nice enough from the outside, but feels very minimal and somewhat half-done upon arrival in your room. Cabinet doors would not fully shut without some adjustment of the hinges. The tile floor in the bathroom had cracks in the grout. The towel bar in the bathroom had been recently replaced, but the anchor holes from the previous towel bar were simply left un-patched. Most importantly, the tub/shower didn't drain consistently while showering, so you have to stand in an inch+ of soapy water the whole time. Overall, there location is great, parking is easy, and the pool seemed nice enough. But, the room itself had several issues that should be easy enough to address (especially for the price paid). Don't expect any communication from the host, we messaged at least twice and never heard anything back.
Spent three nights in this delightful studio. The property is just a very short distance (a few blocks) from the very busy downtown shopping district and many other historic attractions, so no big deal. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful and the room’s jacuzzi tub was a big hit after hours of walking. We found the bed very comfortable. There was more light penetration from outside at night than we prefer, but it didn’t stop us from getting a decent night’s sleep. We recommend this very enjoyable cottage complex.
We loved staying at this property. It was my first time in Fredericksburg and we found the amenities to be great. It is a bit far from downtown if you're forced to walk like we were.
