Near Carquefou, continue on the D178 towards Saint-Mars-du-Désert / Nort sur Erdre / Châteaubriant. After the sign "Chambres d d'hôtes", continue straight ahead and up the hill, at the small chapel turn right. Continue straight until the dead end on the right, which is the road that leads to the Manoir du Perr
