Ladies getaway

Great stay. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Only comments are main bdrm shower heads leaks at coupling, bathroom rugs were dirty and some of the instructions could be more clear. Nothing that negatively affected the stay. I e had a really good time. Thanks

Great Location for Golfing

Stayed with friends for a golf trip. Was nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with shower. Location was very close to La Quinta resort. Could walk to restaurants. Would stay again.

Great location, spacious bedrooms

This is a lovely home with beautiful finishes. The bedrooms are large with tons of closet space. Two rooms have onsuite baths and the extra powder room is convenient. I was surprised by the pool in the FRONT yard, but it makes a lot of sense and is very pretty. Parking is a bit tight but quite workable. Onstreet parking fills up quickly. We were RIGHT across the street from an amazing art show that went the whole weekend. It's an easy walk to the cute old town of La Quinta with lots of great restaurants. The Nitroinfused Ice Cream... to die for! The location is fantastic. Overall, we loved it and would definitely book again.

The property overall was everything we needed and I highly recommend it. However, there are a few items showing some wear and tear (ie cabinet door broken off) that could easily be attended ro which would make it so much better.

Group stay for the Iron Man

This was the perfect spot for our group! The house fit our group with room to spare and the amenities were amazing. David was wonderful and super helpful throughout the whole process. This house was also conveniently located near the start and T2 for the Indian Wells iron man (which we were staying there for) ! Would definite stay here again :)

Golf Trip to La Quinta

Thank you for a nice stay for our yearly golf trip to the desert. The location is close to PGA West and walking distance to downtown La Quinta.

In town with some colleagues working in the area. We appreciate having a nice home to stay at it is more comfortable than hotels! The property was well kept, spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend !

October 2024 weekend

Great property and location. Walking distance to Old Town and Fritz Burns Park with Tennis and Pickleball. Excellent cycling in the area too! Property is quiet with very little street noise. Felt safe because the La Quinta Police department is across the street. Excellent communication with manager when I had questions about the operation of the hot tub. I highly recommend this property!

Great Getaway

I loved the setup of the property. The pool was located at the front of the house, which is a great concept. It was spacious and very clean. The only complaint would be that the beds were too squeaky. Any sudden movement made on the bed, it would squeak. Other than that everything else was great.

This place is amazing, from the inside decor to the pool outside. Gorgeous and very spacious throughout. Communication before the trip was seamless. This house was perfect for our group of 10, moms and daughters. The open concept was perfect for all of us to be hanging out in the kitchen and living room at the same time. The beds are comfortable, with ample bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and backyard areas also. Great place for a bunch of girls for stagecoach. Would stay again.

Great Location - Great house

The house is a 5 minute walk from Old Town La Quinta with many shops and restaurants and a Sunday Morning Farmers Market. While we were there, we got to enjoy a Saturday Art Market as well! Super convenient location near a number of hiking/biking trails. house has generous room sizes, comfy beds, well equipped and clean. Great owner with very good communication.
