Very Comfortable 2 bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms 720 sq.ft. condo in a great location, in heart of Mt Crested Butte!
Unit is located on the 3rd floor. I am sorry there is no elevator in the building.
2 free parking spots are available with this unit.
Rental License#301964, Sleeps 4 plus 2 extra available, max 6 persons.
Queen size bed in the master suite, owners updated mattress/spring box just this Summer 2022 and and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom.
There is a pull out, brand new queen size sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress in the Living room. Bedding for sofa available on request.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Big balcony overlooking Mount Crested Butte, you can see ski and biking trails from our balcony.
Big flat screen TV in the living room and small screen TV in each bedroom.
Free Private WiFi. Free parking spots for 2 cars, parking permit is required for each car.
We provide sheets, towels, basic stock of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel dish and dishwasher detergent. Hairdryer in each bathroom.
Condo is in very convenient location, free shuttle bus stops just across our parking lot, very easy to get around, it's only short walk to base of Mt Crested Butte, if you wish to walk. You can get on hike or bike trails straight from your door.

Enjoyable Stay

This property was good for myself, my husband and best friend. We enjoyed the skiing and the town of Crested Butte. The condo was comfy and gave us privacy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with separate entrances.

Great Spring Break Condo

This is the second time we've stayed at this Crested Butte condo. The Three Seasons complex is a short walk to the lifts. While the condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator, the views of Mt Crested Butte and the ski runs are amazing and worth the stair climb. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, amazing views, nice pool to relax in.

Perfect location for skiing and snowboarding. Shuttle stop is close and easy. Kitchen is well stocked for everything we needed, we cooked in several nights. Pool was fun for all ages after or before a day on the slopes. Amazing views from the deck.

Location is superb, quality unit overall

Everything about this place is great, the only complaint is the beds and pillows are dated (you can feel the springs in the mattress). If they upgraded to modern mattresses, it would be perfect.

Great condo with a great view

We got lucky with 30” of snow during our stay at this condo. We loved being able to see Mt Crested Butte and the ski runs from the balcony. It was a short walk over to the lifts. The condo had all the pots, pans, and amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great views & short drive to lifts

We enjoyed the view of part of the ski slopes; large building with nice looking pool & common spaces that we didn’t use. While you could take bus to slopes we had the advantage of not everyone skiing at once so took the 3 minute drive to drop off and pick up skiers. Great responsiveness by mgt company.

Great but where was the elevator

Very nice but should have been told there was no elevator to the 3rd floor . Glad I wasn't on crutches or needed an ADA compliant facility.

Great stay minus the hot tub being mechanically inoperative the entire time.

Hot tub didn’t work for a ski trip And no activity for me to think it was even a priority at all. There was nobody AB mail ke to speak to. Good place , I will ask about amenities because it wasn’t good after skiing hard.

Mt CB condo

No a/c seems to be normal but condo has no cross ventilation as the entry is in an enclosed common area. Even with fans the two bedrooms were unbearable. The pool had been closed all year even though pictures are still in the ad and no elevator so 3rd floor access with three children under 5 yrs was hard. Miscommunication? Maybe. Clean and easy transpo to Crested Butte. Owner very nice & easy to reach. Read the ad thoroughly for all your care-abouts.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and had a quality set of pots and skillets. The towels were fluffy and the beds comfy. Communication was great. The porch overlooks the main street through the resort and the mountains. We were there during a heat wave so it was a little warm in the bedrooms. But fans are provided and it cooled off at night. As others have mentioned, the code to the outside door changes frequently. If you are arriving late, make sure to confirm it.

Great location

Great location, bus stops right out the door, you can ride or walk to the lifts (we mountain biked). The only cons are no A/C and no elevator, but it does cool down at night!

Economical Choice in Crested Butte

The condo is small, and older, but it was the least expensive option we found in Crested Butte, so it met expectations. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working.

CB condo with pool

We love Three Seasons condos and Alenka was a wonderful owner to communicate with! She answered all our questions and was always available via message. Our family love the pool and hot tub! The kitchen was fully stocked! It was a perfect place for us to come back after a day of skiing.

4-1=Three Season's Fun!

Overall a great stay! Very clean, quiet cozy two bed room and a kitchen and tv room property. Stayed 5 days with 3 adults and 2 kids for a birthday and ate in most meals. The kitchen was well stocked with posts pans, basic spices, and room for food storage. Entertainment was great with cable tv in every room, dvd player, turn table, and BT speaker. The pool was large, slightly cool. The hot tub very comfortable and clean. Parking was at the door, bus on the corner. It was all very easy to navigate. My one negative is the pull out couch. It must be 20 years old. It is very uncomfortable and not suitable for adult sleeping after a long day at the resort. Bring your own baking sheets for the oven.

Incredible views and great location

I stayed at this spot for a month during ski season, and loved it. The balcony has unbelievable views of Mt Crested Butte and the surrounding range. The bus to the slopes was easy and convenient. The unit was comfortable and cozy. I worked while I was there and internet was generally great. Overall, this is a great spot and I will definitely be back!

Total enjoyment in Crested Butte

The indoor pool & hot tub were awesome and the shuttle service is excellent. The unit is lovely with a beautiful view and a well equipped kitchen. My only negative comment is that there is no ski storage or elevator.

First Trip to Crested Butte

We loved this space, perfect for us to unwind after long days of skiing. Shortest bus ride ever to get us to the mountain and was provided all the information needed for us to move around both Crested Butte and Mt Crested Butte as first timers. Alenka was a great host and extremely responsive to our questions. Planning to make a yearly trip here in the future!

Autumn Aspen Color Getaway

My son and I went to Crested Butte to enjoy the Autumn Aspen colors. This condo was a perfect place to stay as the balcony provided a perfect view of Mount Crested Butte Aspens. The condo was clean, well furnished and I would definitely stay there again.

Visit Crested Butte in the Summer

Woah!! Crested Butte is beautiful and this is a great place to stay. Electric bike rentals within walking distance was great! We rode all over the mountain and into to town and back- so much fun. The community pool and hot tub were put to good use.
