This cute condo is located just west of downtown / Pearl St. Mall near Settlers Park. It was completely remodeled in 2018. There are tennis courts right next door. It is easy to access the hiking trails at Red Rocks, Sanitas, Eben G. Fine Park, and the Boulder Creek Bike Path.
This is a quiet neighborhood, not appropriate for parties or loud groups.
MAIN FLOOR
The main floor is an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is also a half-bath and double doors out to the deck. The deck area is lovely with patio table and small grill.
UPSTAIRS
Up one level is the master bedroom with queen bed, TV, bathroom, and huge walk-in closet.
One more level up is another bedroom with queen bed and closet. There is no TV, and the bathroom is shared.
BASEMENT
Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom with queen bed, sitting area with TV, and bathroom.
PARKING
There are 2 uncovered dedicated parking spots right outside the unit.
NO PETS / NO SMOKING
