Columbia Lake Chalet (Hot tub & Sauna; Sleeps 8)

Nestled amongst the trees a top a hill, sits this beautiful chalet overlooking Columbia Lake Valley. With breathtaking scenery all around and a warm and modern interior it has everything you need to feel the relaxation and rejuvenation you would expect from a mountain getaway retreat. Close to lakes, ski hills, hot springs, golf courses and more the location of this home is perfectly placed to keep you entertained during your stay. Enjoy a nice relaxing soak in your tub or a warm coffee on the deck.

The home is located just outside of Fairmont Hot Springs town, across from Columbia Lake. The house is situated on 4 acres of land with a hill behind the house that includes a beautiful viewing deck of the lake and valley. The area is quiet and relaxing, perfect for the weekend getaway or to enjoy one of the many attractions within the area. The home is a a newly renovated A-Frame chalet style home with all the comforts of a hotel including bathroom soaps, hairdryer, internet, coffee & tea, washer and dryer.

There are 2 bedrooms, one large master with king bed upstairs & ensuite bathroom and one queen bedroom on the main level with its own full bathroom. The large 8 person couch easily pulls out into a queen-sized bed, and there are 2 single beds in the loft that can be pushed together to make a king. The master bedroom has space for an air mattress on the floor, should your party require space for more than 8 guests (at an extra fee) The land has tons of space to park your boats, RV's, sleds/atvs you name it!

Guests have access to the whole main level & top level of the house, as well as the utilities washer/dryer room downstairs. Please note that we may be in the basement-level of the house during your stay with shared access to the laundry space (all areas have private locks to the individual spaces, and parking areas are separate.)

*If you wish to use the hot tub please let us know min. 24 hours prior to arrival and we will unlock it. Please note there will be a $250 deposit we will need to hold via E-transfer to ensure the hot tub is left in the condition it was found in. After you checkout and the hot tub is inspected to ensure no damages were made, or significant cleaning is required, we will reimburse you the $250.

We have a tandem Kayak available for rent, and we also offer boating excursions on our 15 person Calabria Wake boat. Inquire if interested in either.

You may need a 4X4 in the winter to climb the small hill getting up to our house. If your car cannot make it up that there is a ring road that leads into the back.

We have three older huskies, Roy Sam and Arwen, who have a large kennel in the back of the house who will be present if we are in the basement suite. They are extremely quiet and friendly, and can be introduced to you if you wish (prepare for lots of dog kisses if so!) We have a cat, Oliver, who lives inside with us if we are present.

Please be aware that the home is not actually located in Fairmont Hot Springs town, we are 13KM south.
