Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! Super Comfortable for a Family of 6!

We loved the location. It was so close to the beach and the families staying in the same complex were very friendly. The condo was clean but nothing extra included. There were some small beach chairs and beach towels. Wed didn't want for anything though as we had planned. Would stay here again!

Birthday Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at the Marbella Villas. It was the perfect location to Anna Maria And Longboat Key. Everything you need is right there and the beach location was perfect.

Great Location

Nice clean place, great location to walk or take trolley to dine out, shop or just explore. My family vacations in this area mostly and we have not been disappointed with any condo or house we have rented from Vrbo ( Home Away).

Vacation with my Sister and two cousins

It was the best and most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. The condo was perfect. The beds where comfortable and the rooms where a nice size. When I had a question I send a text to the number provided and did get a response back in no time. The beach and water was clean and beautiful. The town offers free rides, so if you don’t feel like driving walk a few feet and wait a few minutes for the bus. I will recommend this to anyone that is thinking about going on vacation!!

Anniversary Treat for older Parents

This is our second time staying at this property. It was a perfect place to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. So nice to be on the beachfront and was very helpful to have an elevator for them. They were able to spend time with their adult grandsons staying in Bradenton and it was a good location to many nice restaurants. They raved about the view of the ocean, loved the balcony with table and chairs and just the overall comfort of the condo. ❤️

Fabulous location - needs some improvement

Just returned from this property. Pros: -The beach access. So easy + great view from the condo. Beach chairs and plenty of beach toys! -Parking was super easy and convenient. -Heated pool. My kids loved their time in the pool when the waves were too choppy. There is a bathroom by the pool, which came in handy when down at the beach or pool. -Comfortable beds, plenty of linens. -Kitchen had enough utensils, plates, glassware, etc. -Two of the bedrooms are windowless, which helped my kids sleep great :) Cons: -On our first night we were in bed when there was a knock at the door followed immediately by someone entering. She apologized, said she was an owner looking for something in the owner's closet. Totally scared us - our kids were asleep in the other rooms and we weren't sure this was actually an owner or a former renter. Contacted the management company, who responded quickly that they would get to the bottom of this. Didn't hear back until I reached out again - they thought the owner had contacted us. Additionally, the front door was unlocked when we arrived at the property, 3 beach towels we had on the back porch were stolen our first night, and coupled with the intrusion made this place feel unsafe. The area itself felt very safe, and I'm sure without these problems we wouldn't have felt this way. -The cleanliness could use an uptick. When we arrived, there was a clump of dark woman's hair at the top of the kitchen garbage can, there was a pile of recently collected shells/sand on the patio table, and some dining chairs remained on the patio. There was mold in the master shower, and every screw on lightplates were rusted/gross. The kitchen cabinets are visibly worn around each handle. I will say the appliances appear new and in great, clean condition. These would be easy fixes that could make a big difference in the place's feel. -Stingy supplies. Only one kitchen garbage bag, and no trash bags in the bedroom trash cans. They ask that you remove trash, so of course this makes this difficult. Our family of 5 used up all the provided toilet paper. We never reached out to the housekeeping line, so maybe these could have been provided had we called. A few extras could go a long way. Pros: plenty of coffee filters, a small dish soap was provided, and one roll of paper towels which got us through the week just fine. Overall, we'd consider returning with our expectations adjusted. The beach access and pool made it an easy vacation with kids.

Just what we wanted for our family vacation

Everything was great... excellent location, clean, fabulous view of the sunset over the Gulf, fast and professional customer service. The pool was clean and warm, quick access to the beach, covered parking. Large kitchen, nice balcony, excellent access to the pool. We would rent this property again.

Lovely beach condo

We had a wonderful stay in Bradenton and highly recommend this condo. The owners were very friendly and gave us lots of great places to see. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. We rented bikes and rode to the end of the island. The beaches are gorgeous with crystal blue waters. We will definitely be back. The view from #4 is wonderful!!

Most beautiful sunsets and amazing beaches!

Our family spent a week in the fabulous condo right on the water in Anna Maria Island. The accommodations were comfortable and a terrific floor plan for 3 couples. We cooked every night with a very well stocked kitchen. Be sure to put salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags on your grocery list before arriving! Covid has changed allot of things. We did not have enough wine glasses so I contacted the management office and she arrived with a box of brand new ones! We were so impressed! we will be back and hope to stay longer than a week. Truly amazing!

Great location and property

You cannot beat the location of this property. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. We were able to walk or take the trolley or a local golf cart service (work on tips) to most anywhere on the island even though we did have a rental car. The well-stocked local grocery store was just a couple minutes away. Our 14, 11 and 10 year old boys loved the option to enjoy the pool or hot tub or head on to the beach. The unit was clean. The beds had recently been updated from the photos in the listing. There is a double over double bunk in the third bedroom now which was perfect unexpected surprise for our family. The linens were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The unit had also recently been painted and was nice and bright. The new flooring was beautiful also. It was awesome to have a full washer and dryer in the unit. There were a few small glitches that did not bother us, but may be an annoyance to others. The master bath toilet would occasionally run unless you jiggled the handle. The televisions and remotes were a bit difficult to figure out and a set of directions would have been appreciated, but once we got the hang of it they were all the same. The kitchen appliances ran fine, but could be updated. There can be a lack of privacy on the lanai of this unit as the spiral staircase is literally right outside the lanai and we would have other guests walking by just a couple feet away as we enjoyed our morning coffee or evening glass of wine. One night there was extremely loud road work being done immediately outside the master bedroom from midnight to about 4am, but this seemed to be out of the ordinary and not a reflection on the attractiveness of this property. Please read the full property description as there are very limited supplies provided upon arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee makers, etc., but you should expect to buy additional kitchen and bathroom soaps, trash bags, paper products, laundry detergent, etc. for your stay. We did understand this going into our stay. We would definitely choose to stay at Marbella Villas again in the future. Our first choice would be to check out a unit on the top floor next time, but we would definitely not be disappointed to stay in this particular unit again.

It was a nice property right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen needs a few upgrades of utensils for cooking but otherwise a nice place.

Great location perfect for families

We loved staying in Villa 4. Six of us including 2 young kids stayed. Perfect location right on the beach. Loved the screened in balcony with separate entrance/exit to beach/pool. Plenty of towels, dishes, beach toys. We had everything we needed. Full washer and dryer was great!! Our only complaint was the A/C did not keep the condo cool. It said 72 degrees but def was not. We did call the property manager once and they sent someone right out to take a look but they just told us to keep the balcony door closed (which we already were). Luckily there are ceiling fans throughout and in each bedroom which helped. That was our only complaint and would not keep us from coming back. Highly recommend for families wanting to stay right on the beach.

Location is great, unit needs some TLC, outdated, especially the kitchen.

A bit expensive for the state of the unit, plus the kitchen ware isn't really there for cooking and eating at the Condo. The internet continually going in and out was not much fun either, and trying to get in touch with someone to get It fixed was even more fun.

Nice condo-Beautiful beach

Nice condo on a beautiful beach close to everything on Anna Maria island. The condo was very clean, albeit a bit outdated, but that was not an issue as we were only inside during evenings. I would recommend this to all of my friends. The only issue we had was our large Tahoe was hard to park. Not much parking area for a large vehicle like this. Especially for the #4 villa we stayed in. Kinda had to have a helper to guide us in.

Stunning sunsets

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Location was perfect. Linens were excellent quality. Enjoyed the heated pool with plenty of chairs and loungers. Others in the complex were friendly and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for more. Only suggestion is have someone look at the dishwasher, it isn't properly secured.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view!

Great experience other than the construction noise being done on two other condos in the building. It was sooo loud . Otherwise the stay was great. We will book again but will verify if they will be sawing tile and jackhammering up tile in the building. Condo is spacious and very nice. Love the large screened in deck with full ocean view.

Wonderful stay at very nice property

Experienced a mild mildew odor coming from dresser in master bedroom and a minor plumbing issue in hallway bathroom (which property manager resolved immediately). There are only 6-8 beach loungers for the entire building, so I had to get up early to claim a couple otherwise we’d be out of luck. By 9 am they were all taken. Unit was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool/deck/hot tub Is nice and kept clean. Location is perfect, right on the beach. We will definitely return.

Nice place

Our 1 week stay was mostly good. There was a cold snap while visiting the area with temps down to the high 30’s one night and 40’s for a couple more days and nights. We tried to turn the heat on at the thermostat, but the furnace would not turn on. We called VRBO to report the issue. They responded by sending a technician. He was not able to resolve that day. We went 3 nights without heat. It wasn’t extremely cold, but a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, the condo was lovely! The location was awesome. The heated pool and hot tub were very nice.
