Family Friendly Beachy House

Enjoy a family friendly retreat less than 1 mile from the beach and downtown Encinitas. Relax in the backyard or cook in the large kitchen! Easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Enjoy this relaxing 2 bedroom 1 bath house with a private large back patio. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest room has a queen size bed and opens up to a large patio/deck with outdoor shower. A large sectional in living room has a pull out sleeper. Eat dinner outside at the patio furniture set with seating for six or improve your tan on the lounge chairs. Shower outdoors with the outdoor shower. We provide a charcoal grill with tools, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach towels. The home has a laundry room with ironing board and iron. The large kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your gourmet dreams. We provide all the full-size appliances and coffee maker. Kitchen is open to the living space for great entertaining. The house is less than a mile from the world-famous Swami’s surf spot, downtown Encinitas restaurants and shops. All major grocery stores are within a five-minute drive. Legoland California is 15 minutes away and the San Diego zoo is 30 minutes away. Pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Pets acceptable with prior approval by owner.

This property is permitted in the City of Encinitas (RNTL-008151-2019). Permit includes 2 bedrooms, maximum occupancy of 5 and vehicle parking for 1 vehicle. Please note we collect the City of Encinitas 10% Occupancy Tax.

Note the house is located on a lot with two houses. The property is the back house on the land, has off-street parking and its own separate secluded fenced backyard. The owner/operator lives in the front house but provides total privacy to property guests. If anything comes up during the stay, we are very responsive due to our proximity.

Nice place

My husband and I and our dogs traveling cross country and rented this home for a month. The description of the property is spot on and Crystal is wonderful to work with. The floor plan met our needs and is dog friendly. The back yard is so cozy and intimate but yet large enough to have space.The neighborhood is safe and close to many dining options, the beach and retail.We definitely enjoyed our stay and this rental property.Julie and Dave

Perfect house for our family trip

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The outdoor space is amazing and house was well stocked. Hosts were available when needed for questions. We would stay here again.

Perfect Holiday Febtal for our small family

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was clean, nicely decorated, well appointed, cozy and had an amazing backyard! We really appreciated having shampoo/conditioner in a dispenser in the shower and beach items at our disposal otherwise (chairs, towels, blanket, cooler, umbrella). The property is in an ideal location close to town and we will definitely be back!

Great vacation rental

Had a very nice stay here. Crystal was very welcoming and helpful. Loved that the house had a washer and dryer and a nice outdoor space to enjoy the sun. Very roomy and cheerful. Loved the big tv too. Location was very handy for all I wanted to do. I would rent this vrbo again.

Comfortable, and Thoughtful Details

The Family Friendly Beachy House lives up to its name! If you have kids, there are toys and games. There are safety plugs in the low outlets. For the beach...chairs and other equipment for your outing. The washer and dryer are handy. The yard has plenty of room for relaxation. Personally, I like the knives to be sharp, and they were! We appreciated the snacks upon arrival. I could go on and on, but this rental was great and hopefully we will stay here again sometime. One more thing...it is within walking distance of a large grocery store, and downtown, as well (a mile or so).

Great Family Get Away

This house exceeded our expectations. It was adorable and super clean. Crystal was a great host and checked in with us regularly. We are a family of 4. With teenage/adult children. The house was plenty big enough for us. The backyard was a great place to hang out and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. My daughter loved the outside shower where she showered after the beach before entering the house. The house was equipped with everything we needed including two ways to make your morning coffee, and all the beach items your family would need. My family spent most of our days at Moonlight Beach which is about 1.5 miles away. It's an easy, quick drive. We will definitely look at this place again for our visit next summer.

Very Comfortable Home

My husband, our daughter and I stayed at Crystal's home during the last week of January 2023. The house is located just off the I5 and is about a half hour drive from the airport, depending on traffic. Easy to find. Crystal was at the house when we arrived, and was very pleasant to chat with and helpful with area suggestions. The house is clean, well organized, and spacious. While the bedrooms aren't large, there are spacious closets in each bedroom. The kitchen is well appointed. We ate at several of the restaurants that Crystal recommended, and all were excellent. Highway 101 is close by and offers lots of restaurants and shops. Grocery stores are only a short drive away. So many local beaches to explore! All in all, I'd highly recommend Crystal's Beachy Home!

1週間滞在しましたが過ごしやすく、ファミリーの5人家族にはぴったりでした。 スーパーまでは徒歩圏内でVONSスーパーマーケットは安くておしゃれで新鮮な野菜も取れて会員に入会してもらって食材を安く変えましたクリスタルさんはあまり干渉せず足りないものをリクエストするとすぐに置いてくれました 高速のインターからすぐ近くて便がよかったです

Great home!

What a great house rental! Great location, well equipped, family/pet friendly. We were here with our young toddler and dog and it was perfect. The back patio is large and spacious. We stayed in December so it did get a little chilly in the bedrooms at night (the furnace is in the living room) but nothing uncomfortable. Crystal is a fantastic host, super responsive to all questions or requests, so accommodating, and so friendly! All around a great stay, would definitely stay here again!!

Exceptional host

This property is clean and inviting. But what really makes it stand out is the exceptional host. Chrystal is a warm, friendly individual, who lives on the property and is always available to help with any problems. We will definitely stay there again, though next time we’ll pick a cooler week.

Friendly Neighborhood

This is a delightful neighborhood, with easy access to downtown and walks along the ocean. Crystal is a delight to work with and was willing to offer assistance with great ideas on restaurants and activities. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!

Relaxing stay

The property has a beach cottage vibe. It is conveniently located in Encinitas on the East side of the freeway. We appreciated that it was set up for our 2 week stay with plenty of towels cleaning supplies, TP, beach equipment, etc. Kitchen was well equipment without being cluttered. It was well labelled. The property is spacious, clean, private with a tropical feel. Loved the back yard which had plenty of places to sit and sun. A great value. A nice place to unwind.

Amazing stay!

Crystal is a master of details. She thought of everything to help us feel right at home. So close to skate park for oldest teen and close to beach maybe two minutes drive. Games, beach equipment, snacks, coffee maker…spectacularly soft sheets. Loved it. Don’t think twice, just book a stay. We will be back. Great communicator and kind and professional. Thanks Crystal

Family Gathering

We can’t say enough about this place! It is equipped with everything you will need and more. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. The backyard is large to hang out and bbq instead of eating out. We had a great time and made our family gathering special.

Great Place for Our Little Family

This was a great place to stay for our little family. So close to great beaches, grocery stores, amazing parks, and dining. The freeway entrance is only a minute away so it was easy to get to everything we wanted to downtown. It has SMART TVs in all of the rooms so we could cast whatever we wanted from our phones. The hosts were great and answered all of our questions in a timely manner and the property felt very safe and secluded. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

Wonderful place to stay, close to the dog-friendly beaches and Encinitas shops. Crystal was a great host, a basket of snacks and coffee was provided for us when we got there. The yard is huge and so peaceful, a lovely place to relax and read and entertain. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again next year.

An excellent property - exceeded our expectations!

Sparkling clean! Owners have thought of (and supplied) everything and organized and labeled it all. Wonderful deck and back yard, very spacious kitchen and family room, comfortable beds. Everything about the place is top notch!

Amazing house

My family loved this house and did not want to leave. I have a 3 and a 5 year old and they loved the toys (a nice touch). We had everything we needed to cook and quarantine here. The back patio is amazing and had just the right amount of sun and shade. We went to the beach daily (A short drive to many beaches) and were grateful for the chairs and sand toys. The house was clean and the beds and linen were top notch. Thanks for the memories and we will be back.

Nice place close to town and beach

Really enjoyed staying here. It’s a nice 2 br accurately represented by the pics. It’s a short drive to town, beaches, etc. Owners are in the front house on the property but there’s privacy and they’re very responsive if you need anything.
