You will often see dolphins and whales, and hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing on the beaches below. Indah's perfect location is private and quiet, yet close to Los Muertos Beach, the Malecon, Mantamar, Blue Chairs, and hundreds of other spots in Puerto Vallarta.

Indah has every amenity imaginable. There are two gorgeous infinity pools and separate hot tubs. The lively rooftop pool has plenty of sun loungers, a large dining area, and swim up bar with music and incredible service- just like a boutique resort. Both pools have towel service. Breakfast and lunch are served on the lower pool area (8am-3pm) and lunch and dinner are served on the rooftop (12pm-10pm). The prices are extremely reasonable, and there is room service available too for no extra cost. With a large staff of over 20, you will always be taken good care of.

Master Bedroom:
Complete with a custom built king bed, flatscreen Smart TV, bedside USB ports, lockable glass doors, a spacious ensuite with walk-in closet and 30"x15" rainfall shower, and direct balcony access.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

A $500 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Maxwell Residences.

Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.

Starting March 1st, all renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. This replaces the previous practice of holding guest IDs at the entrance.

Due to scheduled maintenance, the third-level pool and restaurant will be closed from May 7th to July 20th. All other amenities remain available, including the rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar, which will continue to operate normally.

The on-site Concierge team is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and can arrange a wide variety of additional services such as antigen and PCR Covid-19 testing, airport private transportation, SPA treatments, private Chef experiences (cooking classes, tequila tasting, appetizers, and bartender service), food & drinks fridge pre-stocking, tours and activities, and many more!

RESTAURANTS:
- The 3rd-floor bar opens at 14:00h and dinner service at 18:00h to 21:30h.
- The rooftop terrace Restaurant & Bar is open 08:00h - 18:00h.
- Room Service from 8:00h to 22:00h.
- The Restaurant is credit or debit card only.

POOLS:
- The 3rd-floor Infinity oceanfront pool and hot tub are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- The Rooftop terrace Infinity oceanfront pool and hot tub are open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

FITNESS CENTER:
- Fully equipped, oceanview, open 24/7, no reservation needed.

PARKING:
- One parking spot is available in an underground garage.

The Neighborhood:
Built in the affluent Conchas Chinas neighborhood, this new building neighbors luxury villas, boutique hotels, and the sea.

Getting Around:
Zona Romantica (and all of its bars, restaurants, shops, and cafes) are a 15 minute walk down a quiet cobblestone road. Guests can also take a 3 minute Uber for $3, or a taxi (as there are several that stay next to the condo lobby)

Other Things to Note:
How to get to the beach:
Take the street outside Indah, and follow it down for about 200mts and turn right. This is a Public Beach.

IMPORTANT House Rules:
- speakers are not allowed at the pool
- strict quiet hours after 11pm
- no music on the balcony any time
- no smoking in building including balconies
- no parties
