The Haven is perfect for groups 8-12 in size, and is our only home with 8 bedrooms at one location. This 4,600 sq.ft. Scottsdale home was completely remodeled summer of 2019, and now includes a pool table, 10 HD TVs, heated pool and spa, and more! You may also enjoy the newly renovated 900 sq.ft. guesthouse with one bedroom and a full bathroom, as well as golf simulator and lounge area. Complete with 8 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 12 beds.
The Space:
The Haven is located in the heart of Scottsdale, and near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Just ask for recommendations!

Heat set to 85 degrees = $50/day
To include this with your stay, we need to collect payment at least 48 hours prior to checkin. Heating must be for your entire stay, we cannot do certain days, or part of your stay. We can not turn the heat on after your stay has started. Actual pool temp will depend largely on your ability and willingness to keep the solar cover on when not in use. Please note: The waterfall feature of the pool does not currently work.
In order to keep the pool serviced and maintained properly year round our staff and our pool guy come by on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Pool servicing generally only takes a few minutes depending on the condition of the pool. Please do not be alarmed. It usually only takes a few minutes, and they will not be entering any part of the home.

The home is only a few miles from plenty of amazing restaurants and shopping at the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Check them out!
Getting Around:
I also work closely with GolfTroop, a golf vacation company. They have awesome discounted rates at most of the area golf courses, as well as rental vehicles through Alamo, and even rental clubs. Just ask me for details, and I would be happy to have someone reach out!
Other Things to Note:
Welcome to the wonderful Haven! This home is about a 5 minute drive from the Kierland Commons where you can find many shopping and restaurant options. You can find a variety of options here like Culinary Dropout serving delicious American food or The Mission Kierland serving tasty Latin American food. Local entertainment that can be found in the surrounding area include Bowlero North Scottsdale, Fort McDowell Casino, West World and more! If you’re looking for more outdoor activities there are many incredible hikes like Javelina trail and Quartz Trail. There is plenty to check out during your stay!
There will be a house manual upon arrival that you will be expected to read. All important complex rules and expectations will be outlined in the manual.
Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy.
Important Rental Policies:
A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. A link will be provided for completion.
Per VRBO policy, we directly collect the rental payment. Any payment made at booking is a VRBO platform fee and is not applied toward the rental amount. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings within 30 days of arrival, the full payment is required at booking. For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit will be required and applied to the final balance.
Specific payment details will be shared after booking. Please adhere to these policies to avoid disruptions. Feel free to contact us with any questions on this.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire home. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option. Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit, plus any expenses incurred by needing to move your personal things out of the home, or from moving the incoming group of guests to a new property.
For any booking 28 nights or longer, any adjustment to the booking resulting in a reduction in the length of stay will incur a $500 fee, plus 10% of the difference in price.
Electricity will be charged separately ONLY FOR STAYS 28 days or longer. There is a large monthly discount applied, so in an effort to keep your price as low as possible, we ask guests to pay for the electricity separately. Everything else will be included (wifi, cable TV, tax, cleaning every 2 weeks, pool/gym access, etc.) We estimate the average electricity bill to be $300/month. It's possible it may be a bit more in the summer with heavy A/C usage, and it will most likely be quite a bit lower in the winter. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send a request to pay a $300 electricity deposit for the reservation. This will be applied to your final electric bill. Any difference will be refunded to you, and any additional amount will be withheld from your security deposit. Checkin details will not be sent without the $300 electricity deposit paid in advance. Payment instructions will be sent to you and processed directly through me with a valid credit card.

Interaction with Guests:
I will be available via email during business hours. Your check in information will also include an After Hours/Urgent phone number for issues regarding lockouts, water leaks and heater or A/C failure. No one will be on the premises.
